So Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to populate a contract, add signers and cc multiple people at a company. I also love that I get an email whenever someone does anything I've sent out (views it, forwards it, etc). I've used other software before, and the Pandadoc UI is much cleaner and easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be a feature where you can reassign all of the fields of someone to someone new. That has been gone for a few months now, and I wish we had it back! I sometimes need to reassign the signature field to someone else at a company, and I've been clicking on every box to reassign that field for a signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send a contract over easily, have multiple eyes on it, and get an immediate notification once an action has been completed is fantastic! I used to have to schedule time on my calendar to check on the status of contracts being signed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of PandaDoc. The interface is very straightforward, and they don't overwhelm with too many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to send signature reminders from the document list rather than having to go into each individual document to do it would be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy digital signing of sales contracts helps bring in sales quicker.

I like the ease of use and the simplicity of the product. It has significantly made my work life easier.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about it.

Nothing really. I haven't had an issue with it yet.

Being able to adjust contracts where needed and being able to see where my prospects are at in filling out the agreement

Panda Doc allows me to collect health information and obtain electronic signatures quickly. This enables me to develop my business because I don't worry about compliance because of Panda Doc's security system.

PandaDoc makes it easy for the client to sign and pay in one app, making it easy for us.

The only downside is the editing part, where you lose signatures etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using PandaDoc exclusively for the past 2 1/2 years for all sales orders. It is easy to use and I like the dashboards and the way that it organizes the files in buckets that help me manage my pipeline. Customers don't have a problem using the application to authorize documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few changes with the new version that I hope will be corrected. Not being able to tab through the fields that need to be entered for customer information, for example. This slows my process down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get secure customer authorizations via email which eliminates the need to print, sign then scan and email back or even FAX.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the low barrier to entry, the free signing and the integration into Hubspot and Google Docs that allows us to make tailormade proposals that prospects can review, forward and sign in an easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow from Hubspot contact to using/completing a Google doc document to sending it to customer is more complicated than I'd like to see. Could be easier for users in my opinion.

Give it a try instead of emailing, photographing and scanning PDF's it's free and painless. No nagging limitations.
