PandaDoc makes sending documents very easy
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to upload a document and create for customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to make changes once a document has been sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This process makes it easier for our clients to complete a document without having to print it out.

The ability to have Hubspot properties autofill into PandaDocs

Sometimes you have to refresh for it to pull the info from Hubspot properly

Custom agreements & easily editable agreements

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Panddoc is easy to use. It works a lot like a drag-and-drop page builder so it felt familiar to me right off the bat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. It does what it says and I can't say I wish it did this or that. It gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it real easy for my clients to sign a contract and get the ball rolling fast.
Pandadoc is a great tool for sales and marketing. Packages everything you need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can create in other software then simply upload to PandaDoc. The templates it offers seem to fit most applications and it makes it easy for me to track proposals already submitted, so I can see the signature process along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to work with as some MS Office programs and frankly, tends to be a bit much when editing. All that said, it still powers through with a robust signature tracker to ensure edits are reviewed/approved prior to sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a lot of prepackaged information out of the box. You don't need to use other programs to get the professional results you need. And, it allows for document and signature tracking. Know right away who has opened your work and where there are in the signature process.

The ease of integration with our CRM and the tables and margin costing
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is stored in the app. It doesn't lend itself to custom costs without having to save the table to the library and then add it later to the sales order.

Clean looking documentation for quotes and orders

Pandadoc is very user-friendly and easy to use. It's simple to upload your contact and add the fields which you want the customer to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a customer views a document, sometimes I will receive the email multiple times - even if the customer has only viewed the document once!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easy to send contracts quickly and efficiently. It also means our team can process the documents easier compared to documents which are handsigned.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is so resourceful when creating bids for our customers. It is a quick, efficient way to send things out to people and quickly get a response and a signature. Not only that, it tells me when someone has opened it and interacted with the document. SOOOO HELPFUL!

Nothing! Everything about PandaDoc is resourceful!!

It helps let us know what customers are spending the most time on when reading our emails. It helps us determine what is working and attracting customers' attention.

Easy to use and can make templates that are easy to use.

The boxes that you use in the template are not able to be expanded in length, only width.

Easy signature collection, reminders that are done automatically which saves me time and effort.

I love how user friendly it is and that it doesn't cost a lot of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing, I just feel that it's not as well known as docusign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have people sign a loan payoff letter. I can even have my boss sign time-sensitive documents when he is out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create templated proposals. Keeps me consistent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, no complants. Im sure as I use the software for awhile things will come up. But nothing at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving are quite simple. I just wanted to make my proposals look consistent and official and Panda has done exactly that!
