Super easy user experience!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. That is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cursor/clicks need to be repeated in the place where I want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful because I do not have to lose time in waiting for an office team member to send out contracts. I can do them myself easily with PandaDoc.

The interface is very clean and never hard to understand the functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if I can choose not to change any content but just update the expiration date.

Consistent formatting across team members, easy to build complex proposals with pre built library content.

Occasional email delivery issues with large corporate clients.

Consistent branding and copy in our proposals, easier onboarding for new sales people.
A more efficient way to create proposals!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can connect to HubSpot and pull data from it, so it's easier for the details to prepopulate. I think it's neat. It's also easy to create templates and manage existing proposals. It's quite user friendly once you get used to it. With its version history, it's quite easy to revert the changes and review any revisions previously made. I also like that you can tell whether a recipient has reviewed the document and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'd prefer to have the ability to add signatures when sending emails directly through PandaDoc. It's a nice to have. I'd also like if you'd have an option to use the same link to send a proposal to multiple recipients. It can be a lot quicker to share the proposal via email to multiple recipients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to create templates and add variables from the CRM, which is a great feature for automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Variables feature and connect your CRM with it. It does wonders!
I love PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use to send out contracts to get signed. I love that it's free as I don't have a budget for a paid service like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think you can sign your own name and add text to documents before you send. I wish that feature would be added.

I'm able to get applications signed qucikly and easily. I've saved a lot of time.
Exactly What Small Business Need
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features that small business needs with none of the extra frills that complicate the experience. I'm a personal trainer and I use PD for all my waiver's and client agreements. As one woman shop PD makes me look like the professional I am!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could create templates in the free version, but I realize they need to save some stuff for the paid version. It's still a totally easy process, I just have the template saved on my computer and upload it when needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, I'm not seeing anyone - all my clients are virtual so I need to be able to get a verified signature easily and safely.
Great, easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
IT's easy for me to create templates and send out contracts. It also allows me to easily import word or PDF documents as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting old templates or contracts isn't as intuitive as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pandadoc to send digital service agreements to prospects when we have a deal verbally awarded. It increases our close rate and speeds up our onboarding processes because we can document all of the procedures we are going to do for the client.

I find it to be one of the best digital document signature platforms on the market.
PandaDoc Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tokens and how they match up wherever they are in the document. This is great for proposals when we need to write the client's name in multiple areas, tokens does this for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was slightly confused by roles/participants at first, but once you get used to it, it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating order forms and proposals and contracts with ease.
All-in-one proposal tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation and integration with SFDC. Template creation is intuitive and powerful. Hosting videos and payments in the docs themselves has been an absolute game-changer. Reporting on the back end is great (page view % and time, time to close, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
The lightning component is a little wonky at times, I'd like if it could be 1/3 page width and still display crucial fields. Also, some values that pass through don't retain formatting (namely currency)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped streamline our sales process significantly, and reduces the need for multiple tools to accomplish the same goal (eg- Conga+Adobe was our old solution)

Best SFDC integration in e-sign platform I've found- If you're looking for one tool to integrate SFDC with electronic signatures, this is it.
Make Sales Easier Than Ever Before With PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have clients read their proposal, sign their contract, and pay in one place, using one URL. If I make changes to the proposal (which I often do after their first revision) the link doesn't change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use a lot of improvements - I can't edit everything to the extent needed when on a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of converting clients through PandaDoc. We've realized the benefit of seamless sales interactions, leading to increased close ratios.
