Great for e-signature
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easy it is to collect signatures from our customers and send them their quotes online. We also use it for independent contractors so we can send them an agreement a service agreement for each account or each client and have it returned to us within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Our needs, and the dock is pricier than other options out there and they charge extra for API integrations. We’d like to integrate with zapier a third-party program which allows us to send information automatically to our clients and contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to send out a lot of quotes often our clients will request a change or they will want some additional information on there and panda dock is a quick and easy way to updates that document and have the changes show up instantaneously also for the customer. We are also solving the age old problem of having to ask people to print out design which almost nobody wants to do and taken away that step in making simple for people results in more conversions for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that anyone who is considering panda doc truly considers what they will use it for and whether the price is comparable to other programs offering the same features. When we started using PandaDoc it was perfect for our needs and it was a great price for the features that we needed, but in recent years it has become more expensive and as we have wanted to add new features and grow and scale it has been difficult to do so without incurring extra costs, especially when we could get the same features for cheaper with other providers.

Much better than DocuSign and others!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and allows you to create templates and upload documents to customize it to your exact needs. Love that! It makes everything so much easier and it means we can send out contracts and quotes much faster than before which gives us more jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are some really good customization options in PandaDoc, I still wish there were just a liiitle more to work with. Sometimes it feels a little - complicated - when what I want to do is simple. F.eks adding text to a document that was a template. It will add a text box in green and then the tex will be inside there, no way to edit it or change the font, size etc. (at lease not that I have seen). That would be a welcome addition. At least for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't expect our catering to take off like it has, and we suddenly saw the need to create a quote in a beautiful way, which could also be signed by the customer online. It need to be effective and fast - otherwise we would have lost out on jobs. We stumbled upon PandaDoc and gave it a try -and now we can send quotes within an hour and the customer can sign right away. Now, we don't lose out on any jobs, because we are the first ones to answer!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to create your documents in Google Docs or Word (but leave ALL spaces blank which would change from person to person - like name) and then save as PDF and upload as a template. THEN you can go ahead and use the text fields from PandaDoc to fill in these spaces.

Simple contracts, could have a few more automations
What do you like best about the product?
It's a breeze to build and populate a template and the individual links for signers, co-signers, etc. make it easy to track opens on an individual basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transfer data to field were more robust, as it applies to token fields, but ideally would apply to the content in pricing tables, for example. Also there aren't a lot of formatting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the pressure out of signing contracts for a lot of folks and minimizes paper waste on sending forms back and forth. I also appreciate the unique links feature so you can see which signatory is opening, viewing, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop editor enabled me to create a very impressive sales document. The best feature of this Panda Doc is the single-click upload. I don't have to search for the numbers and quotes, it is all mentioned under interactive tabs. It is a very helpful software.
Dashboard of PandaDoc has a simple User Interface. All the documents you have prepared so far will be in one place. There is even one mobile application to track whether your document has been viewed, opened and signed.
It is very cost effective than other CPQ software in the market - $9 a month solves all my documents issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, there is nothing which I don't like about Panda Doc. Since I am into marketing, within few clicks I was able to prepare a beautiful quote for my client.
I like to use the desktop version than the mobile version. Since most of the documents are stored in my laptop, it is easier for me to upload the attachments from my system.

PandaDoc is not just a simple PDF maker, It is more than that! Now I can get notifications about when my document was viewed, opened and signed by my client.

Contracts made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the modern look and feel of the software and contracts. Not only that, but the drag and drop features make everything so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much like everything about it - the only thing I'd change is to allow reminder emails to be sent at the lower level membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using PandaDoc to have new and renewing clients sign their contracts with me as well as have my staff and contractors complete important paperwork.

Wouldn't use anything else, really easy to personalise in seconds.
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty, personalised, able to save large texts of information for each product and swap around as needed. Sends reminders to prospects, and you can schedule these when you'd like/more or less often if needed. Tracking around open times, how long they are online. Able to watch as the client signs! Would never go back to other products. Also imports crucial info from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a discount is really difficult, I usually just do a whole new one, instead of editing the previous one I have. Sometimes when added the discount doesn't actually apply to the total.

Easy to use platform, intuitive and fast. We use the same platform to all documentation with our vendors contracts and agreements.I love how easy is to make the template.
