What do you like best about the product?
Panda doc has been essential to closing agreements in a timely and easy-to-use fashion for potential customers. The functionality and reminders I am certain have helped increase potential sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't dislike anything about the product. I would recommend this product to other organizations and other salespeople in any industry requiring agreements to be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of getting our service agreements signed in a timely and confidential fashion. This product is easy to use for our clients and secure.

I am getting the certificate at the end of the document. Attaching documents is an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Login is difficult. We can not download multiple documents one by one.

Content Library & Catalog are great storage tools.

Can't duplicate table sections or tables.

Quicker turnaround on proposals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the chat box. If you have a proposal template you plan to use frequently that is customer facing - have your marketing dept or a freelancer design the pages. You can then replicate using the content boxes and customizations available.
PandaDoc is terrific.

PandaDoc is easy to use and has a free or paid version. I use it for all of our client contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the free version had more options such as saving formats.

Team & Billing issues resolved. All the benefits and features we are very happy. we procure more and more licenses.

Panda doc makes my job more manageable, and it makes signing leases convenient for our residents. very easy to navigate

the only downside is for seniors who doesnt have email

I found many of the links I was sending to clients from Pandadoc were going into clients' spam email folders.

Stop searching around; this platform is straightforward to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to use. I was able to send professional-looking invoices and receive payment right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did wish I could have an automatic payment plan for each invoice. Right now, I have to send up a follow invoice for the remainder of the purchase if there's only a deposit made.

Having the contracts signed every time an invoice is accepted has protected us from buyers backing out due to covid cancelations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial to see if it works for your business, but the investment is worth every penny. You can focus more on growing your invoice instead of being an administrator to your business.
