Great set of features! paired with good service
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc hits all the required pointers for our business. It has a bunch of time-saving functionalities that allow us to template documents and re-purpose. It also has very good search so we can save time looking for docs.
Also, the customer service is very professional and responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The look of the product seems a little clunky and boxy. Feels a little older. It is not sharp and modern. Could make it more apprehensible.
Some things are not very intuitive. Like Documents and Templates and the sub headings. Sometimes it is confusing .. as to where to click for the stuff I need.
There is a top bar.. and then a side bar .. and they make the navigation a little confusing.
Some things are not informative .. like .. if you edit a document .. means we have to send it again to the receiver. I would have imagined .. that the document would change at the receiver's end. Why do I have to SEND again?
Also, some integration features are not very granular.
Implementation-wise .. users took a little longer than anticipated to adopt the product. We thought it would be a no-brainer .. but users complained before getting on-board.

Ease of e-signing. Quick and accountable. Also the easy features of reminders and keeping track of if the doc was viewed and when it was signed.

Easy to Use and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own documents so quickly with drag & drop options. It is very user-friendly. I also like that I can easily incorporate e-signing and payment links into my forms. It has literally increased my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest compaint is that you cannot have a content library in the essential membership. I would completely understand if it were significantly limited, but it should be an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get more clients to sign on with my company because there are fewer steps than before and the process is very sreamlined. I have also significantly reduced how long it ttakes to onboard clients because of teh walkthrough process I have created with PandaDocs.

Perfect Project Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful having so much information able to be in one central place when multiple people are working together on multiple projects. I use PandaDoc multiple times a day and it's fairly easy to learn to use/teach others how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the domain PandaDoc pulls is incorrect and has to be fixed manually.

We really like the e-signature feature for our contracts - Easy for customers to use and easy for us to keep the documentation in one central place.
I also really appreicate keeping all of the forms i need employees to fill out/sign in one central place as well.

Its very easy to use, legally binding and integrates with our CRM automatically when we send booking contracts to performers and clients.

The ease of use for both the creator and the signer. Getting certified signatures and information from clients is easy! Hippa Compliant, and comes with a certificate of signature! Families can fill out or sign forms on thier phone, computer, tablet etc.
I use PANDA approx 400 times in a year, how do I know, because the analytics tell me my useage and all of those on my team. Uploading your very own forms and making them fillable for that particular family is easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
creating templates can be difficult, especially if you have quetions that are NOT required for all clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to get WET sigantures, then mail them to our office, taking away valuable proceeesing time for families, now we can get signatures within minutes and then send them electronically to be processed. saving us money and time in travel and postage.

Improves document workflows, speed while delivering an amazing experience for their customers, Easy to use, Customer Support is good.

Nothing as such. This is an user friendly software.
