What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to make edits and collaborate with my coworkers in PandaDoc. The ability to easily remind people if they haven't signed their agreement within a matter of a few days makes the process really efficient and quick. I also appreciate the feature that allows commenting within a specific area of a proposal, which makes the editing process much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it crashes a good amount or lags. And then revising, images such as even cropping images is something that I feel is a basic editing tool, that should be capable within the app that currently isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to streamline sharing and revising proposals quickly and efficiently, enhance team communication, and secure quicker signatures. It simplifies collaboration by allowing easy commenting within proposals, making editing and reminders more efficient.

Effortless Contracts, Needs Improved Template Management

  • May 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend the platform because it's great for creating quick contracts on the fly and proposals right in front of my customers, so they can immediately say, "wow", I'll sign it today.' It's a great tool to keep a record of all signed contracts in one simple place. I like the fact that I can create new templates quickly and roll forward existing contracts from other clients for new clients. It's really easy for me to quickly open PandaDoc, duplicate an existing contract, and customize it right in front of their eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were a way to have a core template document that's easy to use moving forward, like a master template. It would be helpful to manage master templates for various core packages as a quick pick list. The initial setup took more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for creating quick contracts and proposals in front of customers, making it easy for them to sign immediately. It's great for keeping signed contracts organized. The quick creation of new templates and the ability to duplicate and customize existing contracts save me time.

Strong Template & Library Control for Consistent, On-Brand Documents

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The control over design application, we used to have to email word documents around and inevitably someone would style things however they wanted or not have the correct version of fonts installed. This caused a lot of last minute reformatting that was rushed.

The library is an easy way to have lots of versions of commonly reused content, before we kept all the versions in the template and that file was huge.

Control on templates. I like that I can add blocks from the library for creators to choose from, since they're not likely to be aware of all the best options. I like the ability to make some blocks uneditable or locked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability for text to flow into content blocks on the next page so I manually have to adjust it. This leads into my next headache...

The hiccup that comments don't work if a page's content is too long, but only sometimes. This forces us to add page breaks even when we're early in creating a doc and may not have solidified the order we'll want content to appear in or how detailed we will or won't get. Being able to tag team members in comments is key to refining the content so that we can make a final formatting pass, but we end up having to do a lot of formatting early on so that comments save and are visible.

The UI to see page previews and number of pages is missed by most of my team. I have to remind them of this and explain it often so they can locate the area I need their support in.

Formatting on tables is pretty meh. The fact that I can style a regular table very specifically and I have extremely limited styling on pricing tables is a total miss. I can't format them to look similarly styled and there are pieces in the pricing table you can't change the font or sizing on AT ALL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control, it 100% reduced the amount of time I used to spend reviewing and correcting things people would remove or break.

Panda Polished Review

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
End-to-end workflow: You can create, send, track, and sign documents all in one place. That cuts down on juggling multiple tools.

Real-time insights: It shows when someone opens a document, how long they spend on each section, and when they sign. That kind of visibility is surprisingly useful for sales follow-ups.

Templates and content library: Instead of rebuilding documents from scratch, you can reuse polished templates and drop in pre-approved sections. Huge time saver.

Integrations: It connects nicely with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack, which makes it fit into existing workflows rather than forcing you to change everything.

E-signatures built in: No need for a separate signing tool—it’s native and legally binding in most contexts.

If there’s a downside, it can feel a bit heavy if you only need simple document signing. But for teams that deal with proposals or sales docs regularly, it’s quite powerful.
Are you looking at it for personal use, or for a team/business setup?
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It can feel restrictive and clunky

Even though it’s marketed as easy, some users say the editor becomes rigid and frustrating, especially for complex documents or heavy customization.

Template customization can feel limited
Layout/design flexibility isn’t “full freedom”
Editing glitches (like losing position or formatting issues) happen

From Reddit, one blunt take:

“The new template editor is painfully slow and clunky… you have to follow their exact steps or it breaks.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
🧩 The problems PandaDoc is solving
1. Slow, manual document workflows

Traditional processes (Word docs, PDFs, printing, emailing back and forth) are:

Time-consuming
Hard to track
Full of bottlenecks (approvals, edits, signatures)

👉 PandaDoc digitizes and automates this entire flow so documents move quickly from draft to signed.

2. Too much repetitive admin work

Sales and operations teams often:

Recreate the same proposals/contracts repeatedly
Copy-paste client data
Chase signatures manually

👉 PandaDoc uses templates, auto-fill, and workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks.
