What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly simple to use, which is what I like the most about it. Sending documents for signature just takes 1 or 2 clicks, so you're quickly all set. The forms are straightforward, with clear indications on where to complete them, making that process smooth as well. The platform is easy for reviewing and resending documents, which is a huge time-saver since people often need to validate something digitally as soon as possible. The initial setup was straightforward, even though I wasn't there for it, learning to use it took only 5-10 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating templates, branding your documents, and collaboration with clients and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts feel needlessly complex—for example, applying a template format to an uploaded Word document, figuring out the sign-off order, and having to understand how permissions work at the template level versus the document level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents are extremely easy to collaborate on. My team can communicate directly inside PandaDoc, so we don’t have to rely on Slack or Microsoft Teams just to discuss changes or ask questions.
Redlining with clients is straightforward: I send the client a link, and they can comment and propose edits right within the document—no sign-up required.
I also like using variables in templates. They make it simple to create and update new documents while avoiding common mistakes, like leaving in another client’s name or information, using the wrong dates, and similar errors.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about PandaDoc is its ease of use and clean interface. Even team members who are not very technical were able to get started quickly because of the ease of implementation. The platform offers a large number of features including document templates, e signatures, tracking and analytics, yet it does not feel overwhelming. I also appreciate the ease of integration with tools like CRM system and payment platforms which makes our workflow smoother. The customer support team has been responsive whenever we had questions and because of the platforms reliability our frequency of use is almost daily for proposals and agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some advanced customisation options can feel slightly limited unless you are on a higher tier plan. Occasionally larger documents with many design elements can load a bit slowly. Pricing can also be a consideration for smaller teams or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the problem of manually creating, sending and tracking documents. Before using it we handled contracts through email attachments which made version control and tracking signatures difficult. Now everything is centralised and we can see when a client open a document which speed up follow ups and shortens our sales cycle. This has improved our efficiency and professionalism.

I like how PandaDoc helps me keep track of multiple files and organize them better. I really appreciate the reminders for when a document is going to expire, so I don't forget any important tasks and know what I need to go back and redo. The initial setup was also extremely easy.

What i like best about Pandadoc is its ease of use and clean interface which makes creating and sending documents very simple. The ease of implementation was impressive because we were able to start using it without a long training period. I also appreciate the strong customer support which is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. The platform offers a great number of features from templates to automated workflows and the ease of integration with CRM and payment tools make our process smooth. Because of its efficiency my frequency of use is almost daily especially for proposals and cotracts.
