Easy for Clients and Staff to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Clients find it easy to use, and it’s simple enough for staff to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t integrate with Lawpay, which is our firm’s payment gateway. It's the most popular law firm payment gateway in the USA, so it would be mutually beneficial. In addition, some extensions such as content locking are behind a paywall, the feature seems like it should be available universally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle to get signatures from our clients, but now we don’t.
Streamlines Document Management, But Learning Curve Exists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc has features like built-in price sheets, approvals, e-signatures, and team collaboration. It helps me have repeatable templates that are easy to fill out, which I can share and collaborate on with my team. It saves time by not having to cross-reference other documents and speeds up deal cycles with integrated signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complicated or in-depth the document, the product can become a bit clunky. Also, there is a learning curve in getting started. If your admin isn't super technical or experienced, it can cause headaches for the team. If things aren't updated or linked correctly, it causes a lot of extra work. For example, having to manually update prices if they aren't linked or updated properly. Also, it can be difficult to delete rows in tables sometimes. It's also easy to mess up workflows or approvals, which causes a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me with repeatable templates that are easy to fill out and share. It saves time by eliminating the need to cross-reference other documents and speeds up deal cycles with integrated signatures.
Effortless Document Management with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it easily brings in properties from our CRM tool and securely shares agreements with prospects and customers. I appreciate that I can upload agreements for signature in a secure way. I love the ease of use. The customizable fields and the ability to edit text sizing and other elements easily are very convenient. I find the initial setup to be very easy, which was a big help. I also appreciate how it scales with our customer base.

complex workflows can sometimes get clunky with how they integrate with CRM tools

PandaDoc easily integrates properties from our CRM, securely shares agreements with prospects, and allows secure uploads for signatures.
Super User-Friendly with Great Free Basics and a Completion Certificate
What do you like best about the product?
The Certificate of Completion, the optional upgrades (all the basics are free and still leaves the site usable), and it is super user friendly. Very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't more free template spaces included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a very small rental business, having something so reliable that keeps track of my clients solves many problems for me. It also is so easy to add in updated contracts because the auto fill spaces system saves me so much time!

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be friendly and easy to use, making it relatively straightforward for everyone on our team. It's a cost-effective alternative, saving us money compared to when we used DocuSign. I also appreciate how setting up documents with PandaDoc takes less time than dealing with paper, which helps us be more environmentally friendly. These aspects make it a valuable tool for us.

Nothing really. It's a very simple, cost-effective and friendly tool.

PandaDoc makes it easier for us to sign electronic documents, reducing setup time and paper use while being cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
Easy to Use, Clearly Labeled Features That Speed Up Sending Documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and all of the features are labeled in a way that makes sense making it faster and easier to send documents. I like that even with the free account you can use most of the features including sending documents for signing and making fillable forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make the date format set in our most used way (we like the MM/DD/YYYY and it seems to auto sent to DD/MM/YYYY)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that we can send out for electronic signatures that doesn't cost a lot of money as we only send a few documents every month.
Effortless Document Management and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the content library and templates available in PandaDoc. It's nice and smooth and allows us to make great templates for our sales orders and other documents. Additionally, the integration with Salesforce and other tools is important. Having different moving parts and data points to pull from in our CRM, the ability to automate and personalize them quickly is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get a little wacky when moving items around, but that's just as much a function of user error as it is anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for fulfilling contracts and signing documents with clients. It provides an easy, device-agnostic solution for quick document signing and making beautiful templates. The content library and template features, along with seamless Salesforce integration, automate and personalize our contracts and sales orders efficiently.
Easy Multi-Document Signing with Simple Upload and Edits
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can add more than one document at a time for signing. If you upload the wrong document, it’s easy to delete it and add the correct one, or add additional documents as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that if you click on the signature without dragging it, it can end up being placed randomly within the document. I’ve sent a document where the signature block landed right in the middle of the page, which was frustrating and required me to go back and fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pandadoc to send management letters for signature. For our clients, it’s easy to open the document and sign. For my team, it’s straightforward to learn, simple to use, and it gets the job done.
Simple, Streamlined Consent Sending with Panda doc
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how simple it is to send consents.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Panda doc is there isn't a way to see a patient profile and that would be useful. And we can not order consents sent by dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda Doc cuts down time when sending consents and the templates are helpful.
Effective, Intuitive, and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using PandaDoc, which makes sending contracts much smoother. It's really convenient to see if the prospect has viewed the contract and how long they stayed on it, it helps me adjust my sales strategy. The collaborative aspect is great, it allows my manager and the ops team to spot potential errors when drafting contracts. And being able to avoid errors thanks to synchronization with the CRM is also a big plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps integrate AI directly into PandaDoc to help with certain writing tasks or make me more autonomous with the tool. The AI could suggest adding a product, highlight an inconsistency in the commitment duration or the start dates of contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to avoid contract errors, synchronize with the CRM, see if the prospect has viewed the contract, and thanks to its collaborative aspect, it simplifies error detection for my team.
