Streamlined Our Sales with Effortless Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for sales and love how it has streamlined the document signing process by reducing the back-and-forth of signing quotes, sales orders, and order acknowledgments into one simple document. Its functionality is easy to use—I just upload a PDF, and it automatically detects the fields, letting me edit the field properties as needed. This has cut down quote creation time in half. Being able to upload a PDF allows for easy customization of quotes without altering PandaDoc settings. Setting up PandaDoc was also very easy, I just logged in, went through some instruction guides, and was able to get started. Overall, I'd rate PandaDoc a 10 out of 10 because it's seriously made our sales team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc typically doesn't detect checkboxes for optional fields in our documents. It would be great if it could detect those checkboxes, as their absence makes upselling and cross-selling customers a bit more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc streamlines my document signing process, reducing back-and-forth communication. It's easy to use, with automatic field detection, cutting quote creation time in half.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly simple to use, which is what I like the most about it. Sending documents for signature just takes 1 or 2 clicks, so you're quickly all set. The forms are straightforward, with clear indications on where to complete them, making that process smooth as well. The platform is easy for reviewing and resending documents, which is a huge time-saver since people often need to validate something digitally as soon as possible. The initial setup was straightforward, even though I wasn't there for it, learning to use it took only 5-10 minutes.

I like how PandaDoc helps me keep track of multiple files and organize them better. I really appreciate the reminders for when a document is going to expire, so I don't forget any important tasks and know what I need to go back and redo. The initial setup was also extremely easy.

I find PandaDoc to be an excellent app for complete agreement management, as it provides a 360-degree solution from creation to signature to payment. Its reputation as a top-rated platform in proposals, e-signature, and contract management highlights its efficiency in simplifying business document workflows. I appreciate the AI-powered workflow features that transition document handling from a manual burden to an automated process, allowing for faster document generation, enhanced collaboration, and smarter tracking. The integration with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive is seamless, enabling automatic import of customer data and document generation directly within the CRM interface. Additionally, starting with a blank document is made easier with the availability of a wide variety of pre-made templates in the gallery, which accelerates the setup process.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and intuitive. I love that I can send edit and send documents and be kept abreast of the progress from computer or app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides while using Panda Doc or really any things I dislike.

Consent forms being signed in a timely manner and the ability to track what is sent to patients and patient families.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick signer option. It is easy to place signatures and items that need to be completed on a document. I like that you can add more than one document under the same request.

So far I am content with PandaDoc. I haven't have any negative feedback. It is very useful.

I like that the esignatures go directly to the signer's email, and is easy for anyone.
Essential Tool for Automation and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for contract generation and appreciate how it integrates with HubSpot and authorize.net. It effectively eliminates the need for manual entry in contract creation, reducing errors and saving time. I find the immediate payment collection feature after contract signing really boosts cash conversion thanks to authorize.net's 'Charge' feature. Additionally, I appreciate how PandaDoc updates specific HubSpot records and uploads the signed contract PDF. The integrations are solid, and I enjoy the pricing structure which suits our small business needs since it's based on actual usage. Though I'm not a web developer, the built-in integrations let me automate effectively. Learning curve was there initially, but now it's smooth sailing. Overall, it's very user-friendly, and I'm excited to explore more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues setting up pricing tables. It would have been nice to use HubSpot variables to populate a pricing table when our business model is based on three core services that don't change except in price. I got around this by converting those variables into line items, but this involved using a HubSpot plugin and Zapier zap to make it simple and repeatable.

PandaDoc automates contract generation from HubSpot, reducing manual entry errors and time. It integrates payments with authorize.net, improving cash conversion post-signing. I also value its ability to update HubSpot deal stages and its adaptable pricing structure.

What do you like best about the product?
The contract signing feature integrated with HubSpot is amazing. My team loves how seamless the integration feels.
