very easy to use, intuitive and customers are very surprised on how easy it is to sign and complete the document

I can’t resend the document—only send a reminder.

Simple, User-Friendly Contract Signing That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple way to create, send, and sign binding contracts and documents. We've never had a problem, never had to contact support, as everything is straight forward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the autogenerated email to the signatory goes to the spam/junk folder. It's not a big deal and it's not the fault of PandaDoc, rather the recipient's email settings. That said, I usually send a direct link to ensure delivery of the e-document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly cuts down the time needed to create and send documents. It also makes editing contracts fast and straightforward, which helps get contracts signed much sooner. The custom fields throughout the document are a huge help, especially for keeping everything consistent. The email reminders to signatories are helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how PandaDoc makes the process very streamlined, quick, and simple. It's very easy to use, convenient, and user-friendly. I really value the auto-populate signature feature. The initial setup was simple, flawless, and fairly quick. We moved to PandaDoc because it offers a concise and easier-to-use service for both us and the customer, fully sufficing what we need.

The drag-and-drop editor saves our team hours compared to manual document formatting, and the real-time status tracking (views, comments, signed) gives us clear visibility into where deals stand without constant follow-ups.
The eSignature experience is seamless for clients, which has noticeably shortened turnaround times and reduced friction during closing. We also appreciate the integrations with our CRM and the ability to automate repetitive steps, which keeps everything organized and reduces human error. Overall, PandaDoc helps us move faster, look more professional, and maintain consistency as we scale.

While PandaDoc is very powerful, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve, especially for new users or non-technical team members. Setting up templates, variables, and integrations can feel overwhelming at first and usually requires upfront time investment to get everything configured correctly.
Occasionally, the editor can feel a bit rigid when working with more complex layouts, and small formatting changes don’t always behave as expected, which can slow things down when you’re trying to move quickly. Pricing can also escalate as teams grow and require additional features, which may be a consideration for smaller organizations.
That said, once the system is fully set up, these issues become less impactful. Improving onboarding resources, simplifying advanced configuration, and offering more flexible layout controls would make the experience even smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
For my Immigration and Tax business, PandaDoc is a super user-friendly app, extremely reliable and easy to use. The signature function simplifies my life. The initial setup was wonderful, and everything for me is perfect. I give it a 10 and have already recommended it many times. It is a highly recommended application.

We had unused workspaces on our account. We do not know who created them. A quick chat, and the account was updated.

This feature helps enforce accountability without manual follow-ups and helps identify authentication failures on secure documents. The initial setup was very easy and cost-effective.

Nothing as of now but there are very miniscule things which could be improved

Fast, Professional Support and User-Friendly Features at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is fast, helpful, and very professional. The price is very reasonable, and the features are truly user-friendly, even for someone who isn’t used to programming or creating templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any problems at all, and I don’t really have anything negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating contract templates and being able to modify them quickly and easily has been really helpful. I can create the documents and send them out for signatures all in the same place, which makes the whole process much smoother. I can’t wait to see what other features I’ll learn or discover.
