Lots of features and benefits, more than you may initially realize -
What do you like best about the product?
We use PandaDoc for generating service agreements and collecting initial payment from the new client to kick off onboarding. The process for generating my agreements has been so easy! I like that I can have multiple different templates based on the industry my new client is in, so I can always send a customized agreement to them that fits their needs. I can add multiple data fields so that we collect all pertinent info from them before they ever onboard, reducing double data entry on the clients end. Integrating our payment software on the backend has also been very easy and we've had no issues with collecting & documenting client payment details.

I use PandaDoc DAILY! So it is important to have a tool that I can keep many agreement templates in, our different cost structures, safely capture client data, and more. I feel like I use a lot of the features in here, but there is still so much more I have not delved into yet!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The couple of times I was frustrated by a feature, wound up being user error lol, however when I contacted PandaDoc, they were very quick to get on the phone with me to show me where I was going wrong. After it was figured out, it was easy breezy from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer can view, sign, and pay as they see fit. The benefits to using PD are for the customer and me both. It's a much more efficient process for me, and the customer can move forward when they are comfortable doing so.
We needed a secure way of collecting client data (sometimes social security numbers, business EIN, tax payer DOB, dependent DOB - a lot!) and wanted the client to feel comfortable entering all of this data (plus payment details) in a secure way. PandaDoc does all of this. We have never had any issues with a client not feeling comfortable submitting their information through this platform.
Also, if the customer or I ever enter information incorrectly, it is easy to go back to make corrections, resend to the client and move forward quickly. Since I use this tool so often, it is beyond beneficial that I have a tool that is easy to use and I'm not constantly fumbling to figure things out.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple and clean to use. It is easy for clients to sign as well. I had used docuaign and dotloop in the past and this is so much better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping docs for transactions would be a cool feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pandadoc for realestate. It is inexpensive, easy to prepare docs on my phone, clean website makes it easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was weary about using a program that was less know but I am so happy.i did. It had made prepping docs for signatures so much easier.

The different futures that I get to use when creating a document for the client or editing the document to what the client has required

When I notice that I have made an error on a document and the client has already signed after editing the document, the client has to sign again

I have solved the problem of getting the document signed by the authorized signatory from the client
Business Friendly

An innovative way to do business for document sharing and collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides of using PandaDocs.

The notifications keep all needed parties informed of needed steps to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user-friendly. I can easily navigate various pages that fit my professional needs. The feedback from signers is that it is easy to use and there are multiple signing options (e.g. sign using drawing or use a pre-selected signature). As a frequent user (daily), it is convenient that Pandadoc creates a contact list from each signer just like an email account. I love that you can begin to type a few letters of the contact's name or email and a list of possible options comes up. I also love the option to text the link for signing versus just email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive 3 emails when a document is signed. I would prefer two emails: one saying it was viewed and one saying it was signed and completed all in one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc allows me to get notes signed by families at their convenience without having to travel to their homes for a signature. The benefit of sending the link to a phone versus email alone makes this application even more user-friendly.
Transition to a better customer service experience

The Price Table feature and the sales pipeline.

Custom field mapping process during the template creation.

The proposal follow-up process.
Simple and Elegant Solution
What do you like best about the product?
As the National Sales leader for my organization, I needed a solution for internal and external customers to be integrated into the HubSpot CRM platform. Not only has it been easy and seamless, but it has simplified several processes in our operational flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is I find myself resizing text and signature text boxes when creating a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration into the HubSpot CRM platform means that we do not need to exit our CRM. Additionally, it has simplified several processes in our operational flow.
PandaDoc is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Program is easily set up and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all parts of program are easy to understand and clearly stated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of the program are having documents signed by participants that normally would not be in person to sign.
Customer Service and Support is great
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly, helpful and will get your issues solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Maybe a little faster replies but they within 1 or 2 days which is definitely not bad.

Saw lots of great templates on Panda Doc.
