Easy and professional proposal tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating proposals. I create typically around 5-10 proposals a week so having something easy and professional is very important. Previous to this we were sending emails with excel spreadsheets and this looks much more streamlined, easy to use, and gives our prospective partners a full understanding of what we do and how we can work together!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I can say here is that at times, when I send a proposal, it can get stuck in my lead's spam mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen that new leads are impressed with what we offer and fully understand what goes into a partnership with us. No last minute questions or things that they missed because it encompasses all aspects of working with us!

Best Document Signing App

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is just so consistent! Potential clients are never confused on what is needed to be done to complete the document. With all of the document signing applications I have used in the past I would frequently receive questions on what the recipient were supposed to do to complete the document. I am able to seamlessly incorporate items directly from my CRM into the document through Pandadoc and send it automatically to clients for their signature and payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing specifically about Pandadoc that I do not like, but rather the Paypal incorporation. I wish people were able to pay with paypal using credit card or bank transfer, just like they can with the other applications (such as Stripe) rather than just logging into paypal since this requires them to have an account. This is really just nitpicking as ultimately there is a workaround using a different payment app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is my go to application for multiple stages in my process. First, I use it when sending proposals by including various products imported from my CRM straight into the document and collect both deposits and e-signatures when prospects/leads are ready to commit. I then later use it to send a final invoice and collect payment using the same details from my CRM. The payment integration is fantastic and allows me to do this easily and efficiently. This has cut down on the time needed to manually create engagement letters/invoices and collect signatures (digital or real) because Pandadoc does a great job for the user to understand what is needed to complete the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a document signing application then this is THE one. There are so many other useful applications that this will eliminate processes and bolster efficiency.

A Good Tool to get signature digitally

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing with this application is that we can get the digital signatures of our customers and employees without visiting them and who are located at far places, we just need to upload the document within this application and get the signature of the particular person we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning this application some complicated for the beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of this application we can have the signatures of customers on the proposals and agreement we wish, which speed up the process of the deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is my suggested application to acquire e-signature without visiting to the individuals

Simplifies proposals and all kinds of documents

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily brand, edit and create new documents. Making templates is very easy and sending documents is a very quick and simple process. They are often bringing out updates to make the functionality even better, and their support is very quick to respond. We can now use both the original editor and the new editor, which means we can still use all our original templates but we can take advantage of the editor when we need to. We also make templates for clients and send them to their accounts, we were having an issue with this with the new editor when we had the old editor but new clients had the new one, but now we can choose which editor to make the templates with to match the requirements of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new editor is great but it has a few glitches that make it difficult to use. Some issues that seem to be browser dependent, each browser seems to have it's own quirks. We've also had some issues where clients have signed proposals but they haven't clicked finalise so the document says incomplete and then it expires, where it should have been complete because it is signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send all kinds of reminders and proposals. We have template proposals for each of our different services, and we create document templates for our clients as well. We also use it for our own staff contracts, it's great having everything in the same place. It takes a lot of the repetitive work out of admin tasks. We also have it linked to our CRM which is really handy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc have an amazing set of online resources to learn how to use their features. If you're not sure how to do something, check their knowledge base and if that fails contact support, they're always very helpful.

Great Product with Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
Once all the templates and catalogs are built out, I can quickly get a new client contract put together in minutes. Our contracts are typically pretty complicated, so to be able to create a highly customized contract in a short amount of time is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a while to learn the tool and get all of our templates and catalog items built out. I don't use the tool every day (only as contracts are expiring) so it took a while to get enough practice to learn all the features. I haven't seen a revision history or way to undo a change. I've had to start over creating contracts and wish there was a way to simply undo a goof!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc replaced having to send PDF contracts to clients who had to print, fill out, and scan back to us. It sped up the process for us to get contracts e-signed and turned around and it is very nice to have a catalog of all our service offerings now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc has been a great tool for us to create client contracts and house all our service offerings. Just dedicate the time upfront to create the templates and catalog and you will be on a roll!

The Amazing PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
When our company first introduced PandaDoc, it was very lacking in terms of what we needed. However, as we combed through it, followed tips and tricks, it has been groomed into one of our most valuable tools. The ability to create proposals for clients that are simple and easy to navigate has been a game changer.

I love that our company branding can be added into our account. This is incredibly helpful when we're going in front of clients.

Additionally, the customer service is wonderful! Every time I have come across and issue, the team on the support side is quick to address the issue and fix it. This has been a lifesaver on several occasions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to upgrading the Editor version, my list of dislikes was pretty high. One of the main issues I had was the lack of ability to add custom fonts and colors. I mean, this was possible, but only if you went into the CSS to make the updates. This hindered us from adding our own specific colors and fonts that we use in our universal branding.

Since we updated to Editor 2.0, I really don't have anything that I dislike about PandaDoc. Sure, there are little bugs that pop up every once in awhile, but for the most part, they are quick fixes and don't cause a lot of stress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to effectively add our specific content into ready-to-use templates for our team members to cut down the time it takes to build a proposal. The ability to integrate our account with Salesforce has also been incredibly helpful because we are able to automatically have our products and pricing added into our documents. This feature has increased our productivity exponentially!

The ability for our clients to sign digitally, or forward the document to another recipient makes the process easier on them, as well as our team.

The perfect solution for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive integration to create what I need to make it easy to close sales and get my clients the info they need. It's also great being able to see when a client has viewed, signed or commented on a document. It's also great to be able to easily scale our growth with the features that Panda Doc offers, even if we don't need them all right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for updates based on the field integration, especially as it pertains to something like Pipedrive, which pulls the info from Pipedrive, into Panda Doc- some of the fields don't always match up, which does mean I am manually entering address info, just because it's named differently on pipedrive as opposed to Pandadoc. The customer support is amazing, however!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had DocuSign, Adobe Sign, good old fashioned paperwork, etc... and it has been hard to integrate a way to easily send and have documents signed, as well as audits, and alerts to when a client has viewed or signed an agreement! It's taking the pain points and bottle-neck issues out of the way so I get paid faster, and have certainty my clients understand the documents they receive and sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to contact their representative who reaches out to you- they can offer special pricing and help you fine-tune your needs to what you are looking for, and often much faster than if you tried to figure it out for yourself!

Great tool, especially with the new editor

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to generate professional looking documents from a template, just filling out the customer-specific information. It's useful to be able to see exactly how the downloaded PDF will look directly in the editor, which was a problem with the first editor we used. Analytics let us know who's been looking at documents and at which pages, allowing us to cater our proposals and other documents to the way that they're being consumed and ultimately shortening the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until we were using the new editor 2.0, documents didn't look great if they were downloaded but they've fixed this with their new editor. Price tables are a little strange to configure as they have their own editor, which takes some getting used to and is a little slower than I'd like but nothing that stops the system being a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows us to create high-quality documents at speed with limited opportunities for human error, it then allows us to track how these documents are being consumed so that we can continuously improve our sales collateral. It's become an essential tool for our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is a great tool, allowing you to generate professional documents and then giving insights into what's performing well. I would definitely recommend that you get a demo from this vendor if your considering a CPQ

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about PandaDoc is how simple and intuitive it is. We love how flexible the templates can be. It has attended all the needs we had in the documentation area and we intend to continue using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the search tool could improve. I'm not sure right now if this has already changed but after you search a specific group of docs, and you click in one of them when you want to return to the search page (the group of docs), you go back to the main page which makes you need to re-search the group again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all templatized makes our work much faster. The share link tool is fantastic which makes communication with vendors and clients much more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc coupled with our CRM. PandaDoc allows us to send work orders to construction sites and get them signed immediately. We could not do that in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I would like to see improvements to the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save time, money and fuel by not having to drive to sites to work orders signed.
