This platform saved me dealing with contracts during the pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes our lives easier - During the pandemic many of my clients couldn't sign the contracts because they didn't have a printer in their house and were at home due the lockdown. With PandaDoc, all they needed to have was a computer and internet. It really helped me handle things with my clients and I continued to use it because it helps us save paper, being much better for the environment .
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally love the app and have nothing to complaint about. I highly recommend it to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client's not being able to print a document to sign it due the lockdown are being able to sign it online. It really helped me.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a mental health clinician working at a group practice. Part of my job involves documentation that requires legally binding signatures. Historically, these have been easy to obtain when meeting for face-to-face sessions. COVID-19 created many barriers for us in being able to get these signatures and authorizations. Since I have found PandaDocs, my documentation is much more compliant. I appreciate that PandaDoc's offers software that is HIPPA compliant and protects my clients private health information. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. I love that there is a feature to "send a reminder" to a client who hasn't signed the document yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
With regard to electronic signatures - it would be great if an individual certificate of signature could be created for each signature that occurs. There are occasions when I am able to obtain one signature, but another person on the document is not responsive. Our signatures are required to be time stamped, so it would be great if each signature could come with a certificate that could be downloaded and saved - even if there are still missing signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is allowing me to be compliant with what our licensing board requires as far as signatures and authorizations go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this software if you are in need of obtaining electronic signatures! I have tried many other electronic signature software, and not only are they astronomically priced, they are not as user friendly as PandaDoc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can quickly send agreements and communicate with clients through the platform. I also love that I can use the templates to do things like assign signers and signing order so I don't need to do this every time. I love that I can see when clients have viewed the document as well. I also love the email templates and fields as these also save me a lot of time. I am always finding more features that are helpful, so I am sure there are more that I haven't discovered yet, but overall, PandaDoc does everything I need. Any time that I have had an issue, the Customer Support team is so quick to answer me and help me resolve my issues. I truly couldn't ask for better service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I dislike, and it is likely not the fault of PandaDoc, but many of my clients do not receive the emails to sign the agreements. Luckily I can send them the link to sign their document directly instead!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Things are far more organized than they have ever been in regards to the contracts I send with the platform. It is amazing to have things all in one place and to know the status of everything at all times. This has replaced paper agreements for our clients and has saved us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a wonderful platform that is really easy to use and has great features! I would highly recommend giving it a try and seeing all that it can do.

I like that is an extension to Hubspot and very easy to keep files for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a more efficient way to connect to Hubspot which before the software we used wouldn't connect to our CRM which made us do double work.

Take time to navigate around it. It's quite a user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is an excellent electronic signature platform. It offers a free option as well as a paid option, is easy to learn, convenient for the signer because of its accessibility and overall it is user-friendly. I use this service nearly every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that an email address is required for a signer. I would like to be able to use just a phone number in some instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is an affordable way to get e-signatures from clients who primarily access the documents I send from their phones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need client signatures and do not want to pay per document, PandaDoc is the way to go!
Great tool for building beautiful, professional quotes!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. I can quickly modify and build great looking, professional quotes in a matter of minutes. If a modification is needed (signatory name, company name, pricing or component change, etc...) I can make those needed changes quickly. Tracking my customer views makes it easy to report back to my leadership how engaged the prospect is with our presentation/quote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation can take a bit of time, but anything worth having takes effort. You get out of the tool, what you put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quotes, tracking, signed agreements.

Have a team training before launch.

What do you like best about the product?
I have loved using PandaDoc so far! It is a bit tedious to set up becuase of how many signatures I typically need, but I love that it emails me when people have viewed the docs , as well as when they have signed them. I love that I get an email once everyone is done signing so i don't have to keep checking on things. I also like that the system automatically sends reminders to assigned signers. It makes less work for me in the long run, which is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have is having to prepare the docs to send for signatures. It's not so bad if someone is already in my contacts or if I only need 1 person to sign, but sometimes I need 9 or 10 people to sign 7 documents and it can take a really long time to prepare the documents to be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the spring we struggled to get signatures on legal documents because schools had shut down. I am no longer having that problem thanks to this platform and for that I am very grateful!

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the free version of PandaDoc and I love it’s ease of use! The free perks are perfect for my small business and none of my clients have had an issue yet!

Wish I could use the app to send signature request to clients. I can only sign on the app.

I am clearly setting my expectations with my client and giving them an easy way to sign my service agreement. This is allowing me to set boundaries!

I wish that you were able to keep in it's original format for pdf- not just Microsoft word.

Friendly, quick and responsive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and friendly responses are, and queries are dealt with in real time. If they need to get another opinion or help from their tech team, they'll raise a ticket and come back within a few days, if not the next day!

Not had any issues with PandaDoc and their Team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I need help finding something or an explanation as to why things work how they do, they are very easy to understand and also send GIF's of their screen so it's super easy to follow!
