Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to use. anyone can use it to complete forms

There is a cost for membeeship now that are too high

no writing by hand, work related forms are easy to use.

If you hate to write, but loves the technical side of typing this is the one.
You win some, you lose some.

The functionality around sharing contracts externally with clients works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When writing contracts, the interface is not intuitive. It can be challenging to manipulate the text fields to keep formatting consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides transparency around contracts internally, and provides easy access to external clients.

I am having a problem sometimes with it letting both tenets sign. And it switches the resident to the co-signor

The time it takes to fill PandaDoc against the other companies is alot less

It's straightforward and easy to use. Plus, people you need to sign do not have to create their account -- which I absolutely love!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really seen a downside. It's been great for my team and me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to have my clients sign their contracts. I can email or text them a link. It works like clockwork!

Go with it! Panda doc is an excellent service! I am very happy with them

That it is collaborative. Incredible customer support as well

Sometimes it's buggy. No 2FA. Does not feel as secure as docusign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Salesforce. Saving time from creating proposals, and now with contract suggestions, it could be used for contract negotiations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very flexible platform, and has amazing customer support. A step ahead from Docusign in terms of collaboration and document creation.
Efficiency at it's Best!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs was an invaluable tool and resource as we moved from 100% in-person work to 100% remote work arrangements. We tried a handful of other solutions and found PandaDocs to be the easiest to use. It has made our document signing so efficient; we will never go back!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any issues with PandaDocs, other than the generated emails as sometimes sent to a spam filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with hard copy forms being routed to five or six people for input and approvals. This process often took days to complete. It now takes us about five minutes to get our documents signed. We have also realized the benefits of improved communication, especially with the cc: function. We can ensure that everyone who needs to know about the action being taken is in the loop.

This is the answer to gaining efficiencies with a simple and easy to use product!

I liked that the templates were easy to use, easy to adapt and were well written.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small business operating during the pandemic, the pricing options can be a bit steep but nothing too hectic.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, accurate, user-friendly and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I have been using the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easiest way to get the contracts signed by the clients. The clients never faced any issues in submitting the contracts online using few mouse clicks. No printing/scanning required by the anyone!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial verison to get a hang of the system and subscribe to the service. Your decision won't go wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the form feature in pandadoc. It's an outstanding product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Pandadoc could incorporate basic formulas in the fields. Some of my documents are excel base (for example, the Performance assessment). I wish we had basic formulas so that the recipients' data could be automatically tabulated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I solve is HR base. Basically, Pandadoc collects the Sick leave / Vacation leave requests. It also helps in the distribution and retrieval of contracts.

Ease of use. It's simple and straightforward.

Navigation can sometimes feel a bit wonky.
