Great software for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of editing. I like how all data from Salesforce gets inputted into your contract. Just a couple of fields to add and can easily send to a client in a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Pandadoc goes to a client's spam folder but other than that, it is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a ton of time but not having to create a new contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using salesforce and sending out a lot of contracts to clients, Pandadoc easily makes the transition seemless.
Simple which is what you want.

It just works. Drop in the doc, highlight the field and send it off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, this platforms offers what is in the market. Also does automation. Contract negotiation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing contracts and agreemenst moving on to get business and be paid. Love it!
Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can use any type of document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if the documents are saved in panda doc or if I have to save them elsewhere to keep them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal is to become a paperless business, giving us the benefit of having all documents on file, unlimited access to the signer, and the documents sent to employees without any frustration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not only a sales took but also effective for employees.
Panda Doc is AMAZING!!
What do you like best about the product?
Well the price is great, but it's simple and straightforward to use and that is my favorite thing about Panda Doc. If I had to use one service for all of my e-sign needs it would be Panda Doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about Panda Doc. I have other e-sign services but don't use them as much as Panda Doc. I only use others when I am required to because in my line of work sometimes the groups I work with make me use others in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my industry we have a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed and it's such a benefit to have Panda Doc to make signatures so much easier.

Inability to change something once it is sent

If you're looking for contracts solution - this is it and more. I love the ease of use, it's integration capabilities and the entire UX of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc platform is user-intuitive and easy to use. The ability to upload a document and automatically detect fields makes is super easy to use. I love being able to assign signatures, initials, and dates. It allows me to send leases to tenants and ensure all fields are filled out.

Not a thing! I dont have any bad things to say

No half filled out forms, dont need to print anything off like its 1999

Templates, ease of use make PandaDoc a joy. Great integration with Salesforce.

Some customers do not recognize PandaDoc links. Then we send PDF. :(

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to upload documents, add signatures and other fields. Transformed document signing in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading word docs can mess with formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
I discovered the site accidentally when searching for an electronic signature service and have been using it exclusively ever since. It's completely free to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's nothing I dislike about the service. I've used several others and like Pandadocs the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers sign time-sensitive documents in a professional, safe manner. I like the updates stating when the customer views and completes the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contract manufacturer, we provide a multitude of quotes and service proposals. In the past, we were constantly chasing after clients for their signature but now with PandaDocs, we see quicker responses from clients. It also provides us with certified documents which we require. I also LOVE the customer service. The responses are quick and easy to understand - no question is too silly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certain parts of our business required certified signatures so PandaDocs has resolved that (no need to courier docs anymore). It also allows various departments to be involved where necessary - just add them to the list and they watch the progress.
