Underwhelming Features

What do you like best about the product?
It’s one of the few that have a quoting/contracting integration to HubSpot. Software is easy enough to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Claimed Configure/Price/Quote functionality is incredibly underwhelming at best. Not much to configure except adding rows of data and subtotaling, difficult to configure recurring revenue options.

The Editor 2 experience is much better than first, although does not have feature parity as explained. However there are features in 2 that aren’t in 1, etc.

The Redlining “functionality” is only available on Enterprise version, paid annually. Except, all it is, is enables your countersigner to download a DOC version, hope they turn track changes on, then hope they upload back to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted to find a system integrated with our HubSpot Sales Enterprise, that would enable us to configure quotes for our products based on multiple levers. The proposal generation was also key, as we use ValueSelling framework and extensively deliver content via documents that need to be interactive. Lastly, needed a contract generator based on chosen levers, to configure the contract as needed and be available for redlining or online editing, as to not track a ton of copies.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great customer service, love the template editing, and ability to create folders for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about! There are times that the tokens aren't being pulled but i would say 90% of time it is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated e-sign documents for HubSpot. we send out a lot of contracts and pandadoc makes this much easier to use custom tokens to populate the fields right out of what we already have filled in HubSpot. So easy to use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a e-sign platform, PandaDoc is a great tool. If you are using HubSpot, the integration between the two is pretty great. It doesn't always grab the data 100%, but its been fairly accurate in prepopulating the fields based on the data from the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc can handle major content repositories and item catalogs, rendering the idea snapshot possible thanks to its capacity to compare and to insert elements of these resources. It offers great style ideas and better workflows, without the need to upload, fill, search, or email people, everything can be done in a single step. It is so easy to construct a model that now we always use it. Also, PandaDoc customer service is amazing, on the same day they reply and help. They are a very experienced team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't the process to locate PandaDoc documents and maybe this is because of the interface errors it constantly has, but we got a ton of messy files in PandaDoc, which makes searching documents challenging. Also, as default proposals were stored in the root folder, a significant clean-up of deals into directories after the case is often required. I would like to have more invoicing systems too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is used as a booking device verification. Every day, PandaDoc spares us resources as we write, exchange, and keep contracts. PandaDoc's main task is to reduce the time it takes to plan and track proposals. Our Financial team and Sales team are constantly using PandaDoc to enable our customers to build PandaDoc ecosystems and align their software with their CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc makes it easy to offer and handover documents with multiple dealers so that the whole staff can work together to draft, approve and execute sales documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform that allows us to create proposals, budgets and contracts through customizable templates through designs, themes and specific options such as images and videos. It allows us to simplify each payment process, in the same way its customizable templates to create any type of document because it presents a variety of options to choose from. It helps me to track for the optimization of each task and maintain a systematic order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually your file converter has technical failures, it usually stops and does not complete the conversion which is quite overwhelming because it unquestionably delays the management of the moment, it is likely that you need an update, but in general terms it is very complex and works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our ally with respect to our sales system and automates our content review, it works very quickly thanks to simplifying everyday processes, we have achieved objectives thanks to this platform and it has also allowed us to recover lost information thanks to its platform which allows you to save the last actions performed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Totally recommended for any type of company that operates in the area of managing and automating workflows, as well as the importation of documents, it is perfect for those companies that want to automate everyday tasks. Without a doubt it will become your right hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc allows you to create different documents that can be electronically signed by your clients or employees with no need to use any additional software. In addition, the signatures are certificated
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load even if you're using a strong internet connection. I suppose it is due to the amount of data you have in there

Better Than I Thought

What do you like best about the product?
Makes proposals quick and professional. You can track some key stats and send reminders. Has everything you'd need for a proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be limited in some inconvenient places. Packages limit you to a certain number of proposals a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for my video production company, www.higharcmedia.com, and it cut down my time spent on proposals tremendously. I feel that my clients respect the company more and have no formatting issues. It is very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you send proposals or contracts out regularly. If you do, it will pay itself for sure.

Easy tool to sign documents online

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy tool to create and sign documents online with your customers. 2 first week are free and this time enough to understand how it works (about adding templates, documents, textfields, signing and etc). Also PandaDoc has very fast support team, i asked a lot of questions in chat when i was on free rate and got fast detailed answers.
It takes about 3 min to create online documents and send it to customer and i haven't to ask customer about his own informations on call: he will put in in special created textfield when will be signing document. About 90% our customers understand how sign documents despite the fact they see Panda doc first time in their life. It's very comfortable for us cause we don't have to spend time explaining how sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i add textfield that i want to be filled by customer
It looks a bit crookedly regarding other text
also i don't understand how could i add input mask to textfield
Another thing it's price: for our goals it costs 59$ (44$ with discount) per month i find it a bit big.It would be better to add cheaper rate for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before i've found PandaDoc we ask customers to print NDA and sign then scan and send to us
It takes a lot of time and some customers didn't make it and we lost about 60% on this stage

Now we send NDA via PandaDoc with 3 min after call with customer and most of them sign immediately, we lose only about 5% customers now.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to send applications along with the invoice involved with that application all in one document. I also love how were able to integrate this into our customer relationship management program and how it’s very easy to edit and collaborate with other signers in terms of going through the process of each document
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything about panda docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that all of our leads and the different types of leads that were dealing with get A-to-Z in terms of the application process and one stop as opposed to through multiple avenues which made the process very convoluted and heavy

What do you like best about the product?
The gui looks great, it integrates with pipedrive quite nicely and auto attaches the documents to the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky when it comes to wanting to create unofficial quotes, docs sent very frequently end up in the spam folder of the recipients, requiring our team to have a policy that we save as PDF and send in a separate email in addition to sending via the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of having professional looking quotes to send to prospects for deals. The benefit has been that we don't have reps typing up shoddy looking quotes or sending excel copy+pastes.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc pretty easily integrates directly in our Salesforce flow from Opportunity to Contract creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit tricky on mobile for collaborative purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team's ability to collaborate, and quickly create docs based on our Salesforce inputs at Opp stage.
