What do you like best about the product?
The sender signeer option as well as the auto fill for full document
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop feature for moving around sections in the document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of access for client to view and print nessary documents. The benefit of being able to sent viewing deadlines and adding extra users when needed

What do you like best about the product?
We LOVE the templated and centralized approach. Emails and InDesign docs get so hard to keep track of. We were spending hours creating proposals where now it takes a faction of the time. Thank goodness for PandaDoc!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients will respond to the email vs responding in the app which then just starts another email chain. That's fine, but maybe not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time during the proposal process. Also, knowing when they viewed the proposal is HUGE.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the time your saving. The cost is more than worth it.

Very clean proposal tool

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has helped us raise the professionalism of our sales team by providing a very secure, reliable, and flexible proposal tool that integrates well with our CRM and makes it possible to automate much of the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little rigid in its design features, but other than that, there's really not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has improved our proposal quality and improved our deal tracking. Errors and double entry for deals has been reduced.

Pandadocs helps close deals! Game Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure there is any way to make this clear other than this is light years beyond DocuSign! We have adopted the practice of adding additional optional "add-ons" to every proposal that we send out and have yet to have a client sign on and not make at least one additional purchase. We have actually had a few who's add-on purchases equalore revenue than the original purchase. It's easy to use, our clients love it, and the analytics give a nice level of insight as to what your client is F'd ocusing on when they review it. We have connected ours to Salesforce and mapped it so our sales team just has to select the client and the products and it cranks out a proposal in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No spell check in the message to client box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We close 95% of proposals that we send through pandadocs. We also ext payment through the proposal. Whether it's the upfront onong term projects of the entire amount on smaller deals it is great to get commitment and payment in one fell swoop.

Simple reminder automation

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to automate reminders PandaDoc. I used to have to spend a ton of time tracking down signatures and following up with clients. Now that's done for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing tables are hard to use. But, I don't use them that often so that's not too big of a drawback for our use case. If you plan on using them a lot, you might find another tool useful, but I haven't invested a ton of time into how they work, so maybe PandaDoc will be good for those too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to collect contracts from customers so we can start working with them. We need (typically) a signature and/or a down payment before we can get started. So, with PandaDoc, we get those things and then we get to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would at least consider trying PandaDoc out! Depending on your business needs it could be a great fit for you. In any case, it's very easy to use and get started with.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE pandadoc. I have used several other similar applications, but this is by far my favorite! I love that if you make a mistake, it is easy to edit and resend without having to re-do the entire document. I also love that you can leave messages within the document for customers. The token fields are a bit tricky but a definite time saver once figured out. I would definitely recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm. The one thing that I dislike is when you assign fields the button saying who it is assigned to is totally opaque. This leads to it sometimes blocking out information in the body of the document. Not a total disaster, but more of an annoying which leads to needing to move the box and then put it back in place (maybe this is just my OCD, though!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish the token slots were a little easier to navigate, but other than that everything is a breeze! This saves me time and effort so it is a winner in my book!

What do you like best about the product?
Gives me an effective way to create, manage and track signatures and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features don't work exactly as they should e.g payment blocks work in version 1.0 but not 2.0. Have two different versions, when one that worked better would be more effective,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents signed digitally and tracking opens / usage in my CRM.

Easy and Flexible

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us to easily create any type of document for signature. We love the flexibility of the templates. The signing process is simple and I never have questions from clients about how to sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation of signed documents could be better, but this can be overcome by following a naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for all our service agreements. Because it's so easy for clients to sign, we have quick conversion from quote to signed engagement.

Professional way to interact with clients

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see what I have sent to clients, what has been viewed, what has been completed and if they have any questions, they can ask them directly within the document. no need for back and forth emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if the audit trail of signatures is as legally binding as with Adobe. I have found it hard to find info on this. I find Pandadoc slow to load sometimes and I think it can be a bit messy when you are the sender and a signer, you still have to go through 2 steps to finalise the document even if you have already put your signature to it in the document creation step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to have templates where all I have to change is the date is fantastic. also the ability to include other documents as well as adding images etc to help with branding is great.
I like being able to see what my clients have read within the document and what they spend the most time reading which gives me an insight into what is important to them, even if they won't tell me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using the trial period to really have a good go at setting up templates, content etc. there are lots of videos and blogs with tips and ideas of how to set things up. send documents to yourself at a different email address to see how it looks and feels for the end user.
