Quite happy with the tool after using it for 2m now
What do you like best about the product?
Before deciding to try PandaDoc I have made thorough research about what I should purchase as a system to sign contracts. Something that won me was the online editor that helps me make quick changes and the fact that I can use it as a directory for all contracts we have signed.
Other pros:
- statistics on how much time a person has been on a page (it gives me an idea of how thoroughly they have reviewed the contracts).

What do you dislike about the product?
Not something to dislike at the moment, so far quite happy with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of contracts going through email and some of them we needed to send over delivery services to our clients and after that get them back. Moving to PandaDoc saved us tons of admin time and cost for transporting services.
The right tool at the right time
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a super easy platform to utilize when you need to give the option for e-signatures. It's a tool that significantly increases efficiency, especially in an ever-growing hybrid work environment. And it saves from the need to print unnecessary copies of forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a downside, it may be that, as the originator of the document, you get a notification whenever someone opens the document, and then another once they sign it. If you have a document that needs three signatures, that's six separate emails, plus an additional email once everyone has signed. It's a minor issue but can be excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, it could take up to a week to get signatures from multiple sources. Either they're only in the office on certain days of the week, or they are entirely remote. Now it's a non-issue. The document shows up in their inbox, a few mouse clicks later, and they're done. We're cutting back on the time, effort, and paper needed to get these tasks done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't fool around shopping the competitors. This is the only tool you need for your esignature needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of uploading my documents for signature. I also appreciate the updates when papers are reviewed and when they have been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when an email goes to spam.

I am solving the problem of getting signatures and information completed by myself and clients while working virtually.

Give the program a try before trying other similar products.

Isn't always great at converting word documents int usable pandadocs.

Getting contracts signed much quicker!

This service beautified and streamlined our onboarding process for clients and I frequently get compliments about how amazing our contracts look

The only part I dislike about this service is that some of the drag and drop features require a refresh

This has completely solved the automation issue for sending out contracts to my potential clients. it made us look much better as a company

One good thing about Covid is that it helped us digitize all our Client and Employee documentation. So glad we found PandaDoc - super easy to use, and we've had no complaints from anyone we sent the documents to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing Plan - wish they had a Small Business version of their Essentials plan with say, up to 5 users vs. their current model of $xx per user.

Digitizing client and employee paperwork.

The continued training of new reps. Will recommend to everyone and thanks for working with Salesforce to build a system that we can franchise one day!!!

Effectively standardising our sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the catalog feature within Pandadoc, this enables us to set up standardised items to sell and descriptions accordingly. This means we can scale our sales effort in a more efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels the User Interface is a bit outdated and could do with updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to literally get on the same page with clients on the terms of our engagement.
PandaDoc is a great solution for contract management
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a game-changer for contract management with our clients. It makes it easy to manage contract templates and collect electronic signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes the user interface is a bit sluggish ... but then I don't have the newest computer either.
