User-Friendly UI and Flexible Editing, but Needs Better Autofill
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the UI and how user friendly it is to use, especially when editing text and quoted numbers, allowing me to change it to monthly payments/annually and the quantities within pandadoc instead of fixing it in my CRM and remaking the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not alot i dislike about it, if i had to nitpick i wish it would autofill all my information and signiture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to take quotes from my crm and put it in a signable form for my customers to use and submit back to us!

What do you like best about the product?
I truly love PandaDoc. The templates I can create are very intuitive and easy to customize, which greatly streamlines my work. In addition, the ease with which I can now send and receive contracts has significantly simplified my business processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although I’m very satisfied with PandaDoc overall, the only aspect I find could be improved is the price, especially when it comes to accessing more advanced features or higher-tier plans.
I understand that quality and versatility come at a cost, but it would be great to have more affordable options for independent professionals or small practices.
Other than that, the experience is excellent — the platform is intuitive, reliable, and truly makes a difference in document management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has completely solved the problem of chasing people to sign documents or dealing with clients who don’t know how to sign using other tools like Adobe Acrobat.
Now everything is much faster and easier — the platform is incredibly intuitive, both for me and for the people who receive my documents.
It has saved me a lot of time and made my business processes more professional and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's intuitive and simple user interface, which makes it easy to navigate and build professional-looking quotes. The tool is very intuitive, simplifying the quoting process. Also, the ease of use and simplicity stand out as significant advantages for continued use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any specific problems that PandaDoc is solving for me. It would be beneficial to have a feature to categorize quotes into different categories based on the industries they come from.

I find PandaDoc intuitive and easy to navigate, making it very effective for building professional quotes.
Fantastic UI/UX and Mobile App Make Notifications a Joy

UI/UX is awesome, love the mobile app (it's my favorite notification to get on my phone)

Sometimes the document editor can feel a bit clunky

Expediting E-Signature to get contracts signed and lock in revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc makes our quoting system faster and allows us to see when proposals are opened. It enhances accountability by letting clients approve proposals more formally. The professional appearance of our proposals and the efficiency improvements make follow-ups smoother and more thorough. The customer service is outstanding, providing excellent assistance during setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process a bit cumbersome initially, as locating features and understanding which forms needed creation took some time. Even now, there are still some questions that need answers. Additionally, incorporating multiple proposals into a single document is more manual and time-consuming than I'd like. This issue primarily arises because when importing information from HubSpot, only one line item gets pulled in, necessitating manual creation for additional pricing info. This lack of seamless integration makes it cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc speeds up our quoting process, enables tracking of proposal views, facilitates client approvals, enhances accountability, and presents information professionally, making follow-ups easier and more effective.

One downside of PandaDoc is its occasional pricing complexity and limited customization for certain templates, which can be restrictive for businesses with very specific branding needs.

PandaDoc solves the challenges of manual document creation, approval delays, and inefficient e-signatures. It benefits me by streamlining workflows, saving time, reducing errors, enabling real-time collaboration, and ensuring professional, organized, and easily trackable proposals and contracts.
Efficient Document Signing, but Rising Costs Are a Concern
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send documents for signatures, getting approvals by email or even text. This eliminates the need for wet signatures in person increasing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has increased quite substantially in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling higher level executives ability to review and approve documents at their convenience without having to physically look through paperwork. Supporting our company with it's going green initiative.
