My strong opinion of Panda Docs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have parents sign documents in their home and also be able to send the documents through their email. I also like that we can edit documents and add dates and signatures to all documents as well before it is finalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it when I am logged out of Panda docs and I lose my progress on a document that I was uploading or sending for a signature. I also do not like when I log out of Panda doc and a previous document is still visible even several days after I have sent or completed the transaction with the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy that Panda docs can now text documents to families who are not computer savé and cannot effectively access their email.

To resend a template I have to go into edit, rather than just a resend button

What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc can seamlessly integrate with Hubspot. It makes sending contracts for deals a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making edits to contracts that have been sent out for review was not as intuitive as I had hoped

PanadaDoc allows us to close business faster adn enable an easy end user experience.
Easy to use and with many practical applications
What do you like best about the product?
Overall they provide a great user experience and I find many practical applications for the platform. The few times I have had to reach out to customer service, they have been very responsive and knowledgable. PandaDocs is easy to integrate and implement.We use it every day for a variety of purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are too advanced for what we need as a company. They should offer a simpler version at a reduced rate for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document signing and Form collecting is made very efficient and it gives a great user experience to clients and admins alike.

What do you like best about the product?
Up to 5 free signatures per month which allows my small business to send contracts to new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free option is limited, meaning I have to ensure my pdf document is fully completed prior to uploading and only requires signatures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of my clients are individuals who cannot print and sign documents. They need a quick and easy solution to sign my contract.
Non-Profit Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-profit, we are constantly looking at how to make processes easier & more efficient. PandaDoc has helped with our New Hire Paperwork process tremendously. While we don't use PanadaDoc for any type of sales documents, we do send out numerous a day to new hires throughout the state. Tracking their progress, sending reminders, and downloading the forms is super easy. Plus you can set up a template, add contact info and hit Send!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have two true complaints..
1. Users are limited as to how many 'bulk-send' messages can be sent & there is no way to increase the amount besides paying per email.
2. Sometimes some of my recipients of documents claim they haven't received the email & when going into edit or add contact information for the person, it is difficult to navigate and resend.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has greatly reduced the time my administrative staff have had to schedule to do New Hire Paperwork with job applicants. The PandaDoc packet is sent directly to the candidates & they complete it on their own time, allowing my staff to work on other projects and not be held up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has been proven useful especially when it comes to having a database for all the contracts we gather throught the year. It become very easy to track and find documents whenever we need them for a quick double check.

very easy to sign up and get started. no headaches about technical things. simple ans traight forward.

The pricing is a little more. started plan itself is around 20 usd.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and great for keeping track of the status of our proposals/agreements, both internally and externally. It pulls contact information from our database which is very helpful. I love the internal chat feature so we can discuss back and forth before finalizing, without having to worry that our customers can access the comments. I can quickly go to my home page and see where each proposal is at. It also sends out reminders for people to review/execute the documents. You can also download Word or PDF copies. Our team has added in our own templates for our specific uses, and it's working out great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any issues that come to mind. I haven't needed to reach out to customer support as I can go to my internal team, so I can't comment on that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a much smoother way of creating and sending out proposals/agreements to our clients. It avoids things being missed when you have to set reminders to check in or follow up. The home page lets you see what you have in draft, what is waiting on others, and what has been finalized. It just makes it so much easier. Also being able to add your own templates allows us to find things internally and start the document without having to reach out and wait on others. It's also more secure as our clients can't made changes to the documents as they don't have access, but they are able to add comments, which is great. All in all, using PandaDoc has been a huge help with proposals and agreements.

I've been using PandaDoc in my role as an Account Manager, and overall, it's been a positive experience. One of the standout features is how smoothly it integrates with our CRM. This has genuinely simplified my workflow by automating a lot of the data transfer and reducing manual entries.
Creating detailed quotes and sales proposals has also become much easier with PandaDoc. The platform allows me to design professional-looking documents quickly, which our clients really appreciate. The ability to track when clients view documents is fantastic—it's like having a glimpse into their decision-making process, helping me time my follow-ups more effectively.
Another huge positive is the e-signature functionality. It speeds up contract signing dramatically, making closing deals quicker and smoother.

There are a few drawbacks I've encountered. Occasionally, the document editing interface feels a bit clunky and could use some improvements to be more intuitive. Additionally, I've noticed that the mobile app experience isn't as robust as the desktop version, which can sometimes slow me down when I'm working remotely or traveling.

Before using PandaDoc, I often found myself spending way too much time manually creating quotes and proposals, which was both tedious and error-prone. Now, thanks to its smooth CRM integration, I can quickly generate professional, detailed sales documents directly from our existing client records—saving me hours each week.
It's also made tracking proposals much easier, allowing me to see when clients open documents, what they focus on, and how often they revisit certain sections. This insight helps me follow up more strategically, ultimately improving my sales conversations.
