What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using PandaDoc primarily for HR documentation and proposal workflows, and it’s become a cornerstone of our operational toolkit. The template functionality and e-signature workflows are intuitive and efficient—especially for HR, where we’ve consolidated our entire hiring package into a single document bundle. Nearly everything is pre-filled, which has saved us significant time and reduced manual errors.
From a cost and compliance standpoint, the recent addition of CFR Part 11 support was a game-changer. It allows us to centralize all e-signature documents under one vendor, cutting our costs by over 50% while maintaining regulatory integrity.
Our Business Development team also uses PandaDoc for proposals, and the shared template library makes cross-functional collaboration seamless. While we’ve encountered a few formatting quirks when importing Word documents (like headers not repeating across pages), these may be user-related and haven’t hindered our overall experience.
The onboarding process was exceptional. PandaDoc provided direct training to our entire team, supplemented by a robust library of how-to videos and online courses. Their support ensured that everyone—from HR to BD—was confident and capable from day one.

Pandadoc is all in one platform helped me in creating and editing documents It contains many templates which saves the time to for manually creating document.
It is easy to use as it has Drag and drop editor and as AI Developer I integrated api for automated document generation.

I use pandadoc daily and It is also very easy to Impliment so there is nothing to dislike about it

Best document signing software
What do you like best about the product?
Support. It's absolutely stunning, they help with everything, even with copying templates manually. No similar attitude among other similar services whatsoever. Simple to integrate/onboard (took less than a day for 1 single employee), easy to set up, all thinkable features related to creating and signing documents are included. We use it on daily-to-weekly basis for over a year, and we are happy
What do you dislike about the product?
Small 'Log in' button, can't notice it sometimes. And that's the BIGGEST issue with them, trust me -- literally problem-less service

What do you like best about the product?
Using PandaDoc helped us automate document management, create a scalable process for our customer-facing teams and minimize human error when working with quotes and subscription agreements. It's easy to set up and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a few occasions, I wanted to test some off-the-shelf automation recipes like connecting to Google drive etc but they were not working. Their support team tried to troubleshoot but it was taking up too much of my time so we ended up using a custom integration with a third party automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping us reduce manual work and minimize human error by using pre-made document templates and integrating with our CRM, which means the data is automatically pulled into documents without manual effort.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a very easy to use platform, you can edit your documents inside PandaDoc or even upload a document from a PDF or DOC file which makes it very convenient. The platform is very reliable and it send directly to the client and also gives you the option to copy the document link to send to your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that I would say needs to be reviewed is that when you paste an information when filling out a document it brings the format and it ends up messing up the document, so I have to paste it on a notepad, copy from the notepad and only than paste into the PandaDoc document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me in getting contracts singed by my clients, we build pools, so we need a contract to be signed whenever e client approves e new project.
Scratches the itch
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface for creating documents to be signed, organizing the files that were signed, and creating quick proposals for clients

Per user pricing makes it hard to make available for staff members that infrequently need to use it.

Quickly creating quotes that are easier to generate than previous quoting systems

I like the ease of use within the platform, level of support offered, and the integration capability with hubspot

I had an issue with 3rd party cookie blocking but the support team was able to help me address that within minutes, and that is the only issue I've experienced with the platform.

Having clients sign contracts virtually instead of in person.

Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, accompanied by great support, which was reassuring and helpful. This combination of user-friendly features and solid support makes PandaDoc an exceptional tool for managing independent contractor drivers' forms and legally binding documents, proving to be a critical asset in my workflow.

I use PandaDoc for legally binding contracts, benefiting from its ease of use, in-person signing, and document storage, all in one place without needing separate storage.
Extremely customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the templates can be, with every field having its own specific customizations. The customer support is very helpful. I send lots of envelopes to patients, and this was a new program for me, and I've already been able to streamline my process with the help of the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that once I sent a packet to a patient that I could go in and revise it without losing the progress made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending virtual patients their documents to sign before surgery. It's helpful to get their medical history and signed treatment plan before coming in for their procedure.

What do you like best about the product?
It's efficient and ability to be integrated with Zapier for automations most especially routing notifications to Slack and notify the team responsible to review and implement signed contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know. All I do is use it in creating and storing contracts. It's also flexible with all the features like setting reminders for clients and sender, as well as updating contract's expiration date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency with hundreds of clients. Each client can have 2 or more contracts with us. Imagine the ease of storing and creating thousands of contracts in Pandadoc.
