Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and reliable to get secure documents through and signed when customers aren't able to make it in office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the boundaries when placing signature boxes on documents; sometimes, if it's too close to another signature box, it lines both boxes to each other, which makes it difficult because periodically, our scanner doesn't scan straight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent for when customers aren't able to make it into the office. We need to collect signatures one way or another, and Panda Docs makes it very easy to obtain these, especially

A great solution for contract management!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a quick and easy solution to manage contract review and execution. The fact that you can easily export a PDF to send to clients allows you to offer them wet or electronic signatures - as they prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one quibble is, when completing variable fields, you cannot tab from one field to the next. However, this is probably due more to it being a browser environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract review, collaboration, and execution. This offers an easy solution with optional Salesforce integration.

The ease of use and the 24/7 helpdesk are really helpfull for us.

If I should name one thing it's probably the wait for features we typically want as an extra that are note already included in Pandadoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of time profit using pandadoc. Before we were doing things in Word, but now its so much easier.
PandaDoc truly makes sending files the easiest.

I love the user-friendly look and compatibility for various types of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that while the edit options are terrific for adding signatures, dates, lines, etc., it could use some work to be smooth in adding a reasonable space for typing. Sometimes the text boxes and signature lines load in off of the document or at a much slower pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timeliness of receiving documents from clients has never been better. Since people can open documents from mobile devices, it makes it smooths and quick.

I am using it to have all the contracts signed by my customers and me digitally. It makes everything much easier and faster

I looked for other sites/apps for e-signatures, and I am glad that I found Pandadoc. I recommend Pandadoc with my eyes closed.
Easy way to get signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it easy to send school forms to both students and parents for signature, track completion and house the documents electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the system took me some trial and error, but now that I have been using for about 9 months I find the documents easy to create and track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have eliminated paper forms for many of our college-level courses, saving time and money.

Take the time to use their training and share your needs with the person traning you.
Amazing experience, always have your documents signed right on time!

I don't have to print any documents or any contracts in order to have them ready. Going completely paperless since I started using the program.

I can't think of any downsides to using the program.

Clients don't have to go to the trouble of printing documents, sign it and scan them again since we started using PandaDoc

Don't hesitate to use the program, you have a lot of advantages on being an adding as well as a user!

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a signature program that wouldn't cost me $3500.00 per year or better, and I found this platform that doesn't cost me anything. It is easy to use and works perfectly for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that i have found that is negative about Pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get my documents signed daily for billing purposes instead of running around every day getting wet signatures on documents, and it saves me a sizeable amount of time and money. Everything has been cut down on paper copies.

Use it. There is nothing I've found on the market that is cost-effective and easy to use. It gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc integrates with our CRM tool, Hubspot, so that all of the customer contact information and product pricing automatically is generated, creating less work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of line items could be better. Sometimes there's a hanging indent on headers like "Address" and "Company Name" that I always have to drag over, so everything is on a single line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining the customer order process and integrating with Hubspot to keep all order documentation associated with the account in one single place. We're better organized and can refer back to chronological orders more quickly.

Best app for e-sigantures!
What do you like best about the product?
I just love this app; it definitely reduce the workload and time spent to have a document signed and approved; it is so easy to use and so organised when it comes to track the documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the free version doesn't allow to edit the document once sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time of admin work, less paperwork and a document can be ready in 5 minutes instead of hours or even days - so organized when it comes to tracing the doc process
