Easy and professional proposal tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating proposals. I create typically around 5-10 proposals a week so having something easy and professional is very important. Previous to this we were sending emails with excel spreadsheets and this looks much more streamlined, easy to use, and gives our prospective partners a full understanding of what we do and how we can work together!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I can say here is that at times, when I send a proposal, it can get stuck in my lead's spam mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen that new leads are impressed with what we offer and fully understand what goes into a partnership with us. No last minute questions or things that they missed because it encompasses all aspects of working with us!

Best Document Signing App

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is just so consistent! Potential clients are never confused on what is needed to be done to complete the document. With all of the document signing applications I have used in the past I would frequently receive questions on what the recipient were supposed to do to complete the document. I am able to seamlessly incorporate items directly from my CRM into the document through Pandadoc and send it automatically to clients for their signature and payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing specifically about Pandadoc that I do not like, but rather the Paypal incorporation. I wish people were able to pay with paypal using credit card or bank transfer, just like they can with the other applications (such as Stripe) rather than just logging into paypal since this requires them to have an account. This is really just nitpicking as ultimately there is a workaround using a different payment app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is my go to application for multiple stages in my process. First, I use it when sending proposals by including various products imported from my CRM straight into the document and collect both deposits and e-signatures when prospects/leads are ready to commit. I then later use it to send a final invoice and collect payment using the same details from my CRM. The payment integration is fantastic and allows me to do this easily and efficiently. This has cut down on the time needed to manually create engagement letters/invoices and collect signatures (digital or real) because Pandadoc does a great job for the user to understand what is needed to complete the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a document signing application then this is THE one. There are so many other useful applications that this will eliminate processes and bolster efficiency.

The perfect solution for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive integration to create what I need to make it easy to close sales and get my clients the info they need. It's also great being able to see when a client has viewed, signed or commented on a document. It's also great to be able to easily scale our growth with the features that Panda Doc offers, even if we don't need them all right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for updates based on the field integration, especially as it pertains to something like Pipedrive, which pulls the info from Pipedrive, into Panda Doc- some of the fields don't always match up, which does mean I am manually entering address info, just because it's named differently on pipedrive as opposed to Pandadoc. The customer support is amazing, however!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had DocuSign, Adobe Sign, good old fashioned paperwork, etc... and it has been hard to integrate a way to easily send and have documents signed, as well as audits, and alerts to when a client has viewed or signed an agreement! It's taking the pain points and bottle-neck issues out of the way so I get paid faster, and have certainty my clients understand the documents they receive and sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to contact their representative who reaches out to you- they can offer special pricing and help you fine-tune your needs to what you are looking for, and often much faster than if you tried to figure it out for yourself!

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about PandaDoc is how simple and intuitive it is. We love how flexible the templates can be. It has attended all the needs we had in the documentation area and we intend to continue using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the search tool could improve. I'm not sure right now if this has already changed but after you search a specific group of docs, and you click in one of them when you want to return to the search page (the group of docs), you go back to the main page which makes you need to re-search the group again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all templatized makes our work much faster. The share link tool is fantastic which makes communication with vendors and clients much more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc coupled with our CRM. PandaDoc allows us to send work orders to construction sites and get them signed immediately. We could not do that in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I would like to see improvements to the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save time, money and fuel by not having to drive to sites to work orders signed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of making templates and editing quotes. I love the visibility PandaDoc provides to when a client views and signs a proposal. The Dashboard is very intuitive. I like being able to track comments that my reps put in there so I can understand why they quoted the way they did. I love that it autosaves while you are completing the form so we don't lose any data! I would recommend PandaDoc to any organization that has a sales team that likes to track client engagement....which should be every company! We also use PandaDoc to send out and track other legal forms like MSA's and compliance forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that sometimes it pulls data from Salesforce and sometimes it doesn't. It seems to always pull the client name, but not always the correct address. That could be an issue on the way we configured it, or it could be user error. Sometimes I unknowingly change templates instead of changing a particular document, but I think that is my fault. Sometimes our clients don't realize that the PandaDocs we send them are for e-signature. I'm not actually sure what the verbiage is that is sent with the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has allowed our team to efficiently complete proposals. It is easy to track who saw the proposal and when, which is extremely beneficial to our business. We also just plugged it into Salesforce which will auto-populate the client information fields which is very helpful. We also had to send out compliance forms to our network of buyers. We had some new users sending out the forms and they seemed to be able to easily understand how to work PandaDoc. We were then able to track who viewed the forms and who didn't, and we could use that information to have intelligent follow up conversations with buyers who viewed and didn't sign. We were able to find out their concerns which they weren't being forthcoming about sharing with us until we reached out to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a quoting tool and legal document management system that is easy for end users to understand and easy for clients to sign, PandaDoc is it! I love how we can track who has viewed the proposal and when. It allows our sales team to have very informed conversations with clients about why they viewed the document but haven't signed. And they love it when they get a notification that someone viewed an old document that they assumed was dead!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of PandaDoc. I can create and send proposals very efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the PandaDoc is not received by the person I send it to. I realize this is probably a problem with their email settings or account and not a PandaDoc issue, but it's the only one I encounter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy and efficient way for clients to agree to and sign agreements quickly. Knowing when they open and sign is also a major benefit.

It is a very easy to use solution.

Great Product - Just not right for our client base

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes the contact editing & revising process so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our client base didn't accept and enjoy the new contract process. We decided to eliminate our contract process. Pandadoc made the process more efficient and showed us that the process itself may not be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We thought making the contract process from draft to sign would increase the number of contracts signed. However we found that if we eliminated the process it makes it easier.
