PandaDoc is the most complete tool and certainly help you improve your sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have it in portuguese, but It's not a big problem to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales worklow is much better now. It is very faster send a great proposal, with a great design and follow up that through the dashboard. Know how many seconds the receiver stay on determined page, help us to know their feelings and what we could do on the next step. Pipedrive's integration was a great feature too and help up to keep the information centralizaded.

What do you like best about the product?
East to use interface - adding signature and data fields - notification system when docs are viewed
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional Firewall / Spam trapping, probably 3 out of 10 documents sent. (Recipient side) Assuming this will change as PandaDoc get's more popular and corporations whitelist it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID-19 - All my decision makers are working from home, not all have the ability to print, sign, scan and email back as they are not in the office anymore. Saves time, closes deals faster, get's customers the services they need faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to send and receive documents, very user friendly. Great price too.

There's really not anything I have a complaint about.

Super easy to send documents to clients/providers for signatures. Things are signed quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It's great and SO much less expensive than DocuSign.

Panda doc integrates well with our CRM and is easy to use, the templates are easy to create and the reporting is clear so we always know where we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick to send proposals and the clients can amend the items to suit so no need to keep creating newly updated proposals. easy to update new and old products in the catalogue which saves us time.

Ease of use, sleek and simple design. Service is always amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most businesses, Pandadoc is always looking for ways to improve/change. Maybe I am just old school, but sometimes 'If it is not broken, don't fix it'. I loved Pandadoc v1 and did everything I wanted it to. However, I understand that companies need to grow and evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only can I easily create documents and agreements, I even use it if I need something to quickly write notes on or even to design posters and reports for clients. The best thing is the easy drag and drop interface (reminds me of Wordpress) that makes it very quick to produce documents. Because I have used for years, I have implemented in a range of different businesses I have been a part of. For example, I used initially when I started my web agency for clients, then when I worked in the property industry - I used the software for property management agreements - I was even able to integrate the agreement into the property management website for tenants to sign!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least give it a try! Its use is transferable to most industries!

The template features is very helpful & I use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are formatting issues with editing/writing in text boxes so I mostly end up drafting docs elsewhere and uploading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits = able to effectively batch process docs that need to be sent to all members of a team.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Hubspot is limited, but enough to create serious efficiencies in my work flow. Vastly superior for drafting, revising, and getting contract documents signed compared to using Word (what we were doing before).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Still a lot of room for improvement and growth. Some new features I'd like to see added, some quirks and bugs I'd like to see ironed out, but otherwise I'm very happy with Pandadoc so far.

Saving tons of time in the contract editing and signing process.

Give it a shot, especially before you go buying something with more bells and whistles that's far pricier.
PandaDoc and its integration with Pipedrive is phenomenal!
What do you like best about the product?
The latest update to their editor - 2.0. So much more robust and easy to use. The editor prior to 2.0 got the job done, but this new update takes it to a different level. Our integration with Pipdedrive and PandaDoc has never been better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike right now. Prior to the Editor update, I had a handful of dislikes, but now it is great and easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way to get contracts off and signed with the correct data filled out. With PandaDoc, we are able to transfer the data from our PipeDrive deals right to our PandaDoc Templates with ease. It only takes a couple of clicks for us to send off our agreements for signature now.

If you are looking for a great document signing platform for Pipedrive, PandaDoc is the best choice!
Easiest Employee On-boarding you'll ever have
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can send a new employee an entire employment on-boarding packet online and have them sign right there and then. Helps us save a lot of trees, AND allows both ourselves and the employee to look over the information anytime we wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing has changed and their features too. For us, that means we cannot use all the features we used to (and really love). We could upgrade, but these days it just doesn't seem right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending paperwork and drawing up papers for new employees is normally such as hassle, but not with Pandadoc. Create a blank form and some other paperwork your employees will need to remember (like house rules), and send. Thats it - super easy!
