What do you like best about the product?
I like how PandaDoc provides a free account for small businesses to help them out get started. PandaDoc's service is such a big help to small business owners like me who needs documents signed online and have that signature be accepted as legal and binding, without the hefty pricing that Adobe has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps have a feature for mobile devices, like a phone or a tablet. Or maybe there already is, but I'm not just aware of it. Not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for an eSignature application or software. Clients feel at ease knowing that the document they signed with us is legal and binding.

Onboarding templates make it much faster to deliver earlier

Easy to use. Support is available via learning videos and chat.

Editing the design of graphics and text boxes is a bit clunky and not intuitive.

We use PandaDoc to send contracts to new clients. It's super streamlined!
Easy quote templatization, good automation.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create replicable quote templates and roll them out to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a bit easier to navigate UI, and better integration with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sending quotes out promptly, and it's a huge benefit to have the customer constantly reminded of them.

How streamlined & user friendly the program is. Simple & effective.

Would like to be able to track payments without using a third party app.

Presenting clients with a professional looking proposal.
Its very easy and efficient to use for creating proposals

I dislike that sometimes the software is down. I was unable to log in for a few hours today.

It has all the functions we need, very simple to learn and start using. The customer does not need to set up an account.

Nothing to be honest. It has all functionality we are looking for

Much easier to get to close the deals, all thresholds that you can remove should be removed imo.

Do not wait, it is very easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly PandaDoc is. Through simply reviewing the site, I figured out on my own how to use the tools. I am not very savvy with technology, and I typically will give up on a website if learning to navigate it becomes too cumbersome. With PandaDoc, tools are laid out in a simple and effective manner
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have found to PandaDoc is that I need to resend a document to everyone when I remove one signer. I have had some people fail to sign the document by the filing deadline, and I cannot get the verification stamps at the end of the document unless I remove the signer that is missing. This edit causes everyone to have to sign again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has solved the issue of not having an editable PDF. You can turn any document into a signable form through PandaDoc. I have also realized the benefits of sending reminders and direct links.

Very customizable! Sends reminders to our clients and keeps us connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up can take some time, but it's a process to get used to anything.

I love the alerts and reminders that it sends the customers. I also like the intergrations.
