I find the structure of PandaDoc easy to understand and use, with plenty of assistance when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
As a one-man-band, the more sales automation I use, the more productive I am. With PandaDoc I manage proposals and contracts, so templates are key for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must be honest and say that there is nothing about PandaDoc that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Templates, Signatures and Analytics the most useful.
Amazing platform to share documents with clients
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the user-friendly aspect of Panda Doc. You can easily share documents with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clients are receiving documents since it is coming from PandaDoc sometimes there's a bit of confusion that this is coming from my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide official documents to clients easily and in an efficient manner. It has saved a lot of time for document processing.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc gives me the advantage of closing deals online because I can have my clients sign with the electronic signature function. The interface is very nice, and I'm happy to be able to work with a tidy platform. There is a free version to see what the software is all about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like images to have problems when saving them to PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has benefited from the conclusion of contracts, business and increased sales with PandaDoc. It is satisfying to be able to conduct business online securely and with all the minimum parameters of a contract.

The program is great, it has many solid features to be considered an indispensable program in any type of company. It is free, but the paid version is much better. You can increase sales and customers will be happy with the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The creation of templates through PandaDoc simplifies the creation of traditional proposals and accelerates interaction with clients. Everything is made very easy and the submission process is totally fast. The electronic signature tool works very well. The editor is always being updated, which is very important.

All the functions of the PandaDoc editor work excellently, there are only a few that need time to be fully utilized.

In our organization with PandaDoc it is not necessary to create physical proposals or contracts, increasing our productivity and speeding up the process with electronic signatures. Each of our services has its own template ready to be sent to clients. We send the proposals and they are signed electronically, which has helped us save a huge amount of time and resources.

PandaDoc is a tool for having proposals and templates for each service ready to be sent to your clients. It helps you share and deliver contracts easily and allows the whole team to collaborate in the drafting, approval and execution of contracts. In addition, the technical support works very well.

The free version is enough for a lot of features, is simple and easy to use, is easy to seach for the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some basic flow procees available in free version.

Multi signer was more than a week job, has become a 5 finutes job. And now you can sign from anywhere in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for the signer to sign a document. PandaDoc helps us to be more customerfriendly. It also has a lot of nice features, even in the free version such as placeholder to let them fill in information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have the free version of PandaDoc, creating the documents takes some time. For example, on most documents I need initials on every page. This means I have to drag and drop 'initials' on every page again. It would be a nice to feature to be able to drop initials on every page at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of printing, signing and scanning. This is a long and useless process that is overcome with PandaDoc. The threshold to sign is way lower with PandaDoc.

Ease of use, tracking of signature process
What do you dislike about the product?
slow speed of duplicating and moving signatures. Sending the email from Panda doesn't also keep it out of spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
School closed for students and parents. This allows me to send contracts and get them signed quickly. Allows parents to travel and complete.
