Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
The automated follow-up emails and expiration date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dynamic (hidden) fields that appear based on a previous selection.

Save me a lot of time. Makes me a lot of money!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have templates saved and created, so every time I need to send out a new proposal it only takes me 10-15 minutes instead of 2-3 hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more room for design/creativity.

Saving a lot of time on creating proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating templates, tracking, paperless system, the ability for customers to electronically sign documents. My staff loves Pandadoc and it is so much easier to use than Docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have any dislikes at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we no longer need to worry about storing physical documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the system.

We are solving the issues we had with storing documents as well as speeding up the process time for signing proposals.

Great quoting and proposal software - email interface a bit lacking.
What do you like best about the product?
The quoting function that allows clients to electronically sign to accept or pay immediately by credit card is great. It has streamlined our approvals process and our payment receipts for new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emailing from Pandadocs needs a lot of development. The system emails that clients receive have very little editing options and looks pretty ugly. Also the sending email cannot be set. it comes from a pandadocs email address. It does not say do not reply, so we have had a few cases where clients have tried sending emails to that address and they get lost.
The reporting is not very good. It is hard to search for old documents and you cannot access a report to work out percentage of documents that have been signed etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted customers to be able to accept quotes online and sign for them. And also have customers pay if required so that we did not lose the clients between quote acceptance and prepayment. This has happened and it is a much smoother process now.
PandaDoc is a really great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively simple UI and it pretty intuitive for the most part. Really easy to make edits and changes once you get the hang of it. It's also super flexible which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tokens don't get filled in when populating from the CRM, so you have to re-enter them. Also, it's not always intuitive on how to clone a section of the PandaDoc and or Clone the entire PandaDoc to make quick and easy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to populate a contract pretty quick and send it to my customer to e-sign. This saves me a ton of time having to create this in another system (pulls data from CRM) and can speed up the signing process because it's not a manual signature process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend PandaDoc all the time to Insightly customers.

The templates are so good because you don't have to start from scratch!

I wish they had a desktop version, so I can download and access without having to go on from a browser.

Our work requires us to define and stick to the scope of work within the contract. Thanks to PandaDocs, we have a reference point if the project goes outside the scope of work.

Start with organizing your folders and stay organized. It makes a better user friendly experience!
Great software, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The usability is amazing and the new update is great. Easy to create a template.

There is not much I don't like about it. The new update really eliminated all of my dislikes.

Organizing my contracts and real time tracking of who is viewing and using the document.
It is a great on-line platform for creating documents and contracts

Ease of use, it is possible to create templates quickly and simply, , it is user friendly and easy to use and has saved us a lot of time and energy with traditional contractual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always intuitive when you first start to use it and requires a little bit of practice and someone to show you the ropes, after that it is plain sailing. Sometimes our clients are not sure how to use it when we send them contracts to sign the first time.

To be able to send contracts instantly and receive them back signed alomost immediately, the benefits are we no longer need to send documents by fax or post (cost and time saving) all of our existing template that we usedpreviously were very time consuming to fill in and had to prepared individually with Pandadocs its a breeze
