PandaDoc is great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are very easy to create and reuse. Then we just create all of our documents off of one or two of those templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. We haven't set up the connection to Hubspot so that would be nice but the workflow and how things are done in PandaDoc is great. The only thing I can bring up is that there have been a couple of instances where the contract from PandaDoc went to a customer's spam folder, that was probably something on their end though, and not to do with PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send our sales contracts through PandaDoc. It makes the process of getting a contract signed very easy for the customer, so far we haven't had any issues with customers having questions about how to do it or anything like that.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been great to streamline our prospecting! We can easily send proposals and contracts. The best part is that we can add customization for our proposals so prospects can easily select the package they are interested in. Better yet, it send reminders to complete the document, so we don't need to follow up. It also integrates with our CRM, PipeDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it has been working great for us so far!

The integration with HubSpot is of huge value to me. Love that you can create templates just once, and when you use them all the client data is pulled through.

eSignatures, proposals, sales quotes... all straightforward and able to build into my business workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design feature, easy to use, very intuitive. The best part of PandaDocs is that it offers a basic level service that is really all we need FOR FREE! I've used many software subscription based services and many asks for a lot more money for basically the same service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signature field is a little small. My signature is confined in a tiny box that is made to fit on the paperwork. However, we all sign outside of the box on paper and it looks nice. Right now the picture of my signature is confined to fix the box and it doesn't look natural.
It also took some getting used to entering signees into the system. At first I thought I had to enter each person one signature at a time. That could be very time consuming with a large document. Then I realized you can just enter all the signees and then hit "send." The system will recognize which signature field is not assigned and ask you to assign them before sending. This was very convenient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to collect PAPER paperwork, either send to client to print, scan send back to me, or my staff print, mail to client, mails back, we scan, then get paid. Takes three weeks best case scenario barring the post office doesnt lose the check. Now with PandaDocs, clients sign and pay with Paypal at the end, money hits my bank in 24 hours. I cant ask for better.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very generous free tier. Alongside this, it is feature rich. It is both more cost effective and much better than our last platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be slightly unusual at times. But that is just something that you get used to.

It also allows us to manage the value of contracts which is something I've never seen before.
PandaDoc makes sales both professional and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love, love, love the library within PandaDoc. This allows me to create branded and robust pricing blocks that can be optionally selected and roll these out easily for multiple clients. It allows me to build each section of our services modularly and put a custom proposal together for a client with the modules that I think will serve that client best... quickly and easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of how the pricing works for teams but also understand that this is foundational to the security and ratification protocols of each document.

We are able to turn out beautiful, custom proposals quickly - and receive payment directly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use a different software that had a standard layout. With Pandadoc I can present my proposal in such a way I can impress my potential client.
Great automation, support, standardization and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has helped our team standardize and simplify our proposal creation process, and provides visibility into client interaction with the proposals. It also integrates with our CRM to further automate our sales process and internal tracking. Creating proposals is faster, and collecting signatures with the esign option is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there's nothing that we dislike. As a feature request it would be great to be able to connect items on the price grid to content blocks elsewhere in the proposal template so that when something is added to the price grid other content blocks populate in other areas of the document automatically (ie: for more detailed descriptions and images). Right now we just add those additional content blocks as a separate step. Not a big deal, just an idea.

PandaDoc has saved us time in proposal creation and most importantly has standardized how our team creates proposals. The software forces the same content and format across users to provide consistency. We are also getting client signatures more quickly.

I have used many e-sign platforms and I love how user friendly this one is. AND that it is free. I am super impressed with the clean interface as well. In my current role, I know I am sending many documents for signature to recipients who are unfamiliar with electronic signatures, but have had zero issues with them requiring help or misunderstanding how to use PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot upload multiple documents at once when I am creating the files that needs to be sent for signature.
I do not think I have found much to dislike so far. I am incredibly efficient-minded so I am bothered that the 1 document at a time upload takes time. It isn't a dealbreaker, but it slows me down.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been advocating getting my department into the cloud. This day in age there is no reason we are still using so much paper (this is the super short answer LOL). With the pandemic it forced us to move to the cloud and this has been a game changer. I cannot imagine having to create and mail physical copies in order to gather signatures to complete simple tasks that can be done in 1-3 minutes. I am so thankful for PandaDoc.

Give it a shot. I am sure you will love it.

Getting contracts signed even while working remotely. Realised that we can save the earth by not printing and making everything cloud based.
