Easy and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us to easily create any type of document for signature. We love the flexibility of the templates. The signing process is simple and I never have questions from clients about how to sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation of signed documents could be better, but this can be overcome by following a naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for all our service agreements. Because it's so easy for clients to sign, we have quick conversion from quote to signed engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to revise documents and contracts that are in-flight to customers is a game changer! Super easy to navigate, learn, create templates, send contracts, and upload files. Lots of integrations can be set up through Zapier, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to export contracts as Word Docs. It would also be great if navigation of folders was more streamlined and could port directly to Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving hours of work over the course of the month. Have been able to template and streamline our process significantly.

One of our main commercial problems is to generate proposals easily and fast using the PandaDoc's library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be the question form creation functionality whose answers would already include their library block in the document.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it integrates with SalesForce! This is crucial for cutting down on manual input of information on our application documents. The automated reminder emails help our customers return applications so much quicker and being able to control the due dates of documents gives us full control of our sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document sending process seems like it has a bug. I can't go straight from editing a due date to sending. When I pick the days for the document to be live, it kicks me back to the document then I have to click on Send and through my message again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc gives us the ability to create urgency in our sales process and makes our customers realize we have hard headlines. Before PandaDoc, applications were never returned on time and sometimes not returned at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot! The price is reasonable for the return you'll see in your business. We never had such a strong closing rate before switching to PandaDoc.

Great Contract & E-Signing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of e-signing & payments (via Stripe)

Sections take a minute to get used to, but are very convenient once you master them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for all our contracts. The sections-based interface makes it easy to swap pieces in and out of agreements as needed, the tracking is excellent, and the integrations with Stripe and PipeDrive make it an excellent addition to our tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is so easy to use yet the result is super professional. The e-signature saves a ton of time and helps the environment :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel the cost of the tool is quite expensive and wish there might be other options like a basic, classic and advanced package.

Before PandaDoc proposal and quotes were boring and messy to put together. We now are able to send out professional documents using the details from Pipedrive CRM with just 1 click!
Easy To Use/Makes Proposals and Contracting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is extremely easy to use. I have set up Pandadoc at the last three companies I have worked at because of it's integration capabilities (which are easy to set up and have a wide variety of systems to integrate to). Simple and efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs when editing a document that don't completely save. The product gets better and better so I haven't noticed these bugs in the last few versions. I would like to have the ability for more design work inside of a proposal template than what is currently available. I would also appreciate the ability to customize the automatic reminders that go out and have the ability for multiple reminders and different times go out automatically. Right now, I used the public comment feature to follow up with clients and I would like something more flexible and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated proposal generation (tied directly to our CRM system) and e-signature routing and storage. We simply add an opportunity into our CRM (Hubspot), select 'Create a Document' inside the CRM and then we create and send a proposal. From there it is all automated to received a signed proposal back that is then stored and available to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always integrate with your CRM. It makes the entire sales process much more efficient (proposals, contracts, signatures, reminders, storage).

Helps me to pull together documents that tell the story of our offerings better than a quote alone can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside that I can see but I am still learning all the capabilities.

Pandadoc is very intuitive and easy to work with. We save time with PandaDoc and our clients are very happy with the integration.

Sometimes the integration with Pipedrive does not work properly, but the problems are always solved the same day.
