Great Proposal Software
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easy to use, and it is cloud based. Flexible usage. You can create a full-blown proposal or just a simple quote. It is also integrate with a lot of CRM. And it integrates will with our choice of CRM. and I can just pull the data from the CRM automatically, so we do not have to input those data manually. Also, I really like the aesthetic of Pandadoc. It looks clean and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with Pandac overall. There is a variable missing. But it is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think pandadoc is great for my needs. It really makes us easier to prepare the proposal compare to the previous software. As Pandadoc is 100% online, and it integrates with a lot of other softwares too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great proposal software.
I already sent it to my co-worker. Its great and the best part is that it is free.

I don't have to pay for it and I use it for all my contracts.

Can't do all the functions for free but I still love it

I don't have to rely on the one partner in the office that has paid for adobe out of pocket.
PandaDoc Has Been Much Better Than DocuSign For Us
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super simple and easy on the eyes. Never glitchy or confusing when sending documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally asked the entire team, and they all state that everything is suitable for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the E-signing and native integration features. I had no idea that the number of envelopes were capped with DocuSign. Well, until they contacted us about it.
The first thing I noticed on PandaDoc's pricing page was that the number of envelopes was unlimited. Meanwhile, Docusign doesn't even inform you of its limit until you begin reaching it.

Great for Independent Consultants
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this now for 3 separate clients as well as in my own business. I love the ability to build a template to make it quicker and easier each time I built out a contract or proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the copy/paste function from a Word Doc or PDF doesn't carry over the style correctly for bullet points so I have to do some manual work to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making our work look more professional and saving clients from having to print, sign, and scan contracts back to us. Saving lots of time!

What do you like best about the product?
We have been looking for software that will be easy to use when preparing Proposals and Agreements, and PandaDoc is the one. We are mainly using it to send Proposals to our potential clients, but when someone sends us a document that needs to be signed, we upload it to PandaDoc to put our signature. It is more accessible and environmentally friendly because you do not need to print and scan signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing Proposals was time-consuming. With PandaDoc, it takes approximately 5 minutes. So, I would say that we are saving a lot of our time.

It makes making proposals WAYY shorter and efficient! I spend less time using PandaDoc, and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I send documents using the PandaDoc email method that it would be linked to my email so that I could see the email chain there and reply to it. Do so would help me a lot with organization and with my follow-ups on the proposals that I send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving the issue of sending clients conflicting information and disorganization. The benefits I realized are that I am more organized and can track who is viewing my documents and for how long on each slide; this feature is incredible and helps me gauge interest and know whether or not someone is viewing my document.
Panda Doc is easy and fast. Technicians are always available to help troubleshoot when you need it.

It's a super-efficient way to obtain signatures for important documents without having to send them in the mail or meet with people in person.

I enjoy using Panda Doc. That is all I have to say. I like Panda Doc

Cost-Effective DocuSign Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly cost-effective compared to DocuSign, offering very similar features at a significantly lower price. Setting it up was a breeze thanks to its user-friendly, plug-and-play interface, making it easy for anyone with basic tech skills. The ability to manage and search documents electronically saves us from the hassle of sending physical copies and keeps our paperwork process streamlined. I appreciate how the basic features are sufficient for our needs, making it a functional tool that works perfectly for us. PandaDoc has been very good overall, matching DocuSign's utility without the hefty cost.

dont dislike anything, weve been loyal to pandadoc for years and plan to do so for many more.

I use PandaDoc to eliminate the need for physical copies, streamline document processes, and maintain easy access to documents, even from years back.

What do you like best about the product?
Content library that is super easy to create and update, you can create templates very quickly as there are so many features to help add relevant types of content. Easy to create quotes, contracts, or any type of document, share, edit, comment and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
When deleting tables or rows it's a bit difficult to delete everything in one go, some stuff, like drop-down menus, doesn't get selected. I'd love to have an integration with Pipedrive so that we can have the quotes and agreements directly attached to the deals, pick up contacts and roles from Gmail or Pipedrive automatically to save time.

Creating or customizing quotes, contracts, agreements, and directly sharing them via link or mail with clients. Super fast, which I like a lot.

Excellent Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best feature. I use PandaDoc with my tenants to sign paperwork since the pandemic. It is easy for my tenants to use; most have never used a digital signature to sign documents. It makes my job so much easier. I like the colored certificate provided after both parties have digitally signed the document(s). I have used both Docusign and PandaDoc. Both are good for digital signatures, but there is just something about PandaDoc that I like better. It suits my needs better. I feel like it gives me more options.

I have been using PandaDoc for about a year... I cannot think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves my problems of obtaining digital signatures because our office is still not open to the public. There are many benefits of using PandaDoc. I can have my tenants sign, initial, date, and checkmark a box on any document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent service. If you try it, I do not think you will be disappointed.
