Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Color coding and easy of use. The document keep everything organized and tidy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough colours, the fact that signers share the same colour sometimes cause confusion

Loading time.

Be patient. You gotta appreciate the loading times and the automatic saving.
Best value for the cost
What do you like best about the product?
Above all, the cost. Compared to its more known 'household' names, I found PandaDoc allows you to upload or create any document for e-signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement, but this platform is taking leaps to improve. Integration with our CRM is still a bit confusing through zapier, and none of the platforms can specify an error whenever the integration does not work as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no question that we have been able to close more deals due to the speed at which we can send contracts. Previously, the customer would have to either visit the business or we would have to send a copy for the customer to print, then scan and send to us. We will continue to use it as long as the platform continues to improve and provide the same value compared to its pricier competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with any other platform, you always want to search for the best options based on your needs. However, if your organization is on track for growth and needs to maximize every operational dollar, PandaDoc may save the day until your organization can splurge on software.
Most User Friendly Electronic Signature Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Web interface is super simple to use, very intuitive. The free version is sufficient for what I need since I only have a few pages to sign per month. It's great for my small business that is just starting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The free version meets my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I'm solving: I can have clients in a different town and we don't have to meet in person for signing documents.

Dashboard with status of all documents. It helps me to manage open contracts.

Editing can be difficult sometimes. When I upload a word doc the fonts and spacing are distorted.

It streamlines our contracts. It eliminated many manual steps in our contracting process.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a fantastic product that is always being improved by the PandaDoc development team, which is a team that is open to suggestions on how to improve user experience and functionality. Their customer service has always been excellent, and they've always been eager to make changes to the product to improve its functionality. The modular system they employ is simple to use and manage, and it interacts with Salesforce to assist our staff prepare proposals for available opportunities more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of presentations is the worst disadvantage I can come up with. Although the cover page is simple to customize, the content pages frequently prove to be difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a salesperson, I use it mainly for agreements and B2B contracts. It also makes it simple to transfer the important data to the documents. Moreover, the templates are fantastic and easy to adapt to.

Make use of the assistance available to you. They answer any questions you have and provide training to both your team and you so that you can make use of all of the product's features.

PandaDoc has been excellent so far. The ability to have a fantastic Customer Experience during the contracts process has been very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
During setup, it might have been nice to have a video that guided me through. The onboarding webinar was helpful, but smaller chunks throughout the platform would have been handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying a contracts software that is linked with our CRM.
An excellent tool to write proposals and have them signed swiftly.

I love how PandaDoc allows for a great look and feel, but especially, the ease with which the documents can be signed is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, it is cumbersome to move blocks of content around. The management of pricing tables is not that straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swift sending out of proposals, reuse of templates. We realized important time savings.
First time user of PandaDoc . Very easy and clear to follow along and download documents.

How easy it was to download documents the platform is clear to use. Step by step especially for those who have to sign documents. I work with families that do not speak English was easy for them to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Absolutely an easy platform to use.

No problems, and the benefits esp. during the pandemic made sending documents that required signatures easy to complete.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty minor complaint but sometimes the font can be fineky, especially when trying to remove an indented dot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows for the timely execution of proposals. I like the fact that it saves templates. I also really utilize the library feature.
Solid Product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the format options when sending to a client. Being able to send it electronically from the platform, copy a link into an email or download a PDF provides the flexibility needed to ensure clients receive the document in a manner that security protocols allow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything really negative to say based on my interaction with and how I use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the platform allowed us to standardize our process to create and approve proposals before sending them out to the client.
