Excellent aid to generate online documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload the format we have been using and select the available variables to generate documents. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could generate a document using a subform in Zoho CRM that would be great. One thing that I would like to have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. PandaDoc is absolutely perfect!!! I cannot think of anything I do not like about PandaDoc. It is by far the BEST document signing program out there! Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our customers an electronic signature option for estimates and maintenance contracts has created a convenience they have come to love and even request! They no longer have to print, sign, scan, and send a document. So it has taken what used to be four steps and created one effortless step. We love it!

I recommend to others to stop considering any other app.

Great product providing a huge convenience for our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience factor. Customers can receive documents on the go and respond directly from their mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say here. It's just a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn around times. The delays are reduced as customers no longer have to print, sign, scan and email. Plus, this has a significate environmental impact by reducing the use of paper, thus saving the trees.
It's a great platform for getting notarizations completed
What do you like best about the product?
The strong suits of the application are that it's great for ripping through notarizations that are ready for a notary to notarize. For example, it has all the boxes and lines of where things need to be filled out. As the notary, you can drag and drop whatever you need onto the screen. It stores your videos, journal entries, and offers all the tools you need to notarize documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that causes issues is if you are doing something that's outside of the box. Suppose you need to add an affirmation for someone for a document. The copy/paste of a large amount of text doesn't always work with you. Usually, when I try and copy and paste a blurb of text for an add-on affirmation when the notary completes, the text moves around. The workaround is typing out the affirmation, but it takes longer to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the most affordable notary platform out there and helps me work from home to run my notary business. It saves me time and money by not traveling to locations to notarize documents.
USER FRIENDLY
What do you like best about the product?
I am an Exceptional Children Teacher. This software program has been a lifesaver for our department. It allows us to seamlessly have our meeting, finalize our paperwork, upload it to the program, and email it to all participants for a digital signature to complete the process. My parents and colleagues love it. When COVID-19 hit, we were struggling to figure out how to solve the problem of getting the required signatures, and Pandadoc SAVED the day!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have to resend the documents due to them expiring, it becomes slightly inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of getting legally required signatures without having to be face to face—the convenience of it and the copy of the documents it provides for the participants. My parents love the ease of hitting the link and going straight to the documents to sign. The storage capacity is impressive.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get the documents signed without being all the parties at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not about dislike. But is it possible to select all the required fields at the same time and assign them the single recipient at one go rather than assigning same recipient one by one?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are dealing with team members out of India and out of our city. There are many documents needs to be signed and it's not possible to need in person with everyone to sign the documents. We are using PandaDoc to solve this barrier .

I am solving the problem of not having clients attend at my office in person to sign documents. My clients all tell me they really like how easy the program is to use.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a great tool to streamline your business and keep all paperwork on the cloud; gone are the days where we would print and sign documents then have to chase everyone that had to sign the document. We are yet to remember the last time we had to print a contract out, thanks to PandaDoc!
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside the buggy issue from time to time where all the participants have signed and it marks a doucment as not being completed, once that is fixed they should have the best product on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the business process from initial talks to contracts being signed has helped us get more clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is excellent user-friendly and will be great for migrating you from paper-based to having contracts and documents stored on the cloud for easy retrieval anywhere, anytime.
