Excellent collaboration tool for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my entire team can work on contracts together. The approval workflow is very helpful to enforce standardization and pricing guidelines across the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could copy/paste tables more easily from Excel. Custom formulas to add/subtract dates would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of standardization and salespeople spending too much time on quoting/contracts.
Not only are both of these problems solved with PandaDoc, it also integrates with our CRM to give better traceability across the entire process.

Amazing seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love pandadoc, it is extremely user friendly! Anytime, I have ever needed support I simply go onto the chat section and the advisors are super friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend to others that want a easy to use approach for getting their agreements created and sent to clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! It is amazing and super easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pandadoc to create contracts/agreements for clients to approve and sign. It is easy to use and can create your own templates which I love
We Love PandaDoc, but it has some limitations.
What do you like best about the product?
We love how efficient it is to capture information, share proposals, and receive payment via QuickBooks integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish it had more integrations to other CRMs such as KEAP and would keep track of a job in a folder. We would much rather prefer to use PandaDoc for all communication instead of using a combination of KEAP, Google Drive, Email, Dropbox, etc. We also wish there was a better way to capture information or changes in project scope once the deal has been signed off on the document is locked. Being able to make changes or receive client approvals throughout the process would change the way our small agency operates and would drastically improve our internal/external communication process.

A top notch contract app
What do you like best about the product?
You have the ability to integrate the tool with any CRM system, also you have the ability to use variable and pull some data from you CRM which decrease the admin and repetitive work.

The customization of the contract reference number is not easy.

Problem of making contracts and card payments, both of which are fixed with PandaDocs. Has benefit of speeding up our processes

Easy to use and Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the part that it is very easy to use. It took my team member a very short time to get used to the software and we had been using PandaDoc eversince.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not receive any element that I dislike about Pandadoc.

Given the Covid-19 situation, it can be challenging to obtain a hardcopy signature from our management, it sometimes took more than 3 days just to get a document to be signed.
With Pandadoc, we get to obtain signatures in a much easier way, and the document is being verified too. It is really convenient as you could even send an email directly using PandaDoc.

I would strongly recommend start using PandaDoc to complete tasks much simpler way. The account registration was easy for me and it is really easy to understand and to be applied in my organization. I believe it will be a life-changing moment for you too!
Growth & Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us to customize our Estimates and Proposals specifically tailored to each project. There are a lot of Options with the services we provide. PandaDoc lets our clients pick and choose what options they want for their scope of work with a simple click. Also, we utilize the tracking data for how many times a PandaDoc has been viewed, which pages most time is spent on, etc. It's been an invaluable key to our growth over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across anything to date that would be an aspect of PandaDoc that we don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a huge time saver with Estimate templates that eliminate redundancies. Going from Word & PDF quotes that needed signing by a 3rd party was timely and cumbersome, especially when making revisions and adjustments. Speed and efficiencies are built in so we can spend more time designing and selling!

What do you like best about the product?
We used to use Hubspot where I work, but Pandadoc has become my favorite platform for its intuitive and friendly interface for the best price.
We have been able to customize the templates in a clean and responsive way. Proposals are presented in a novel and easy-to-read way for customers.

The minimum licenses number. We hadn't pay for an extra it!

PandaDoc has saved me HOURS!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, I was sending documents over email to be signed by people. They would sign it, scan it, and send it back to me, and then I would send it to the next person on the list. It was VERY time-consuming. PandaDoc has eliminated this problem for me. I email it to everyone that needs to sign it, and it comes back to me filled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues yet, so no dislikes for me.

I am saving huge amounts of time and now have more time to do the portions of my job that are directly helping people who need my help.
Very Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We use for having customers sign orders. The entire sales force is able to use without difficulties. Customer response has also been very favorable.

There is nothing that we do not like about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often customers do not have access to print, sign & scan an order form back to us. This has simplified that process and allowed us to complete more sales quicker.

I can wholeheartedly recommend PandDoc, our sales force and customers like it very much. It has helped us improve the number of closed sales and also has sped up the process.
