What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create almost instant professional informative Quotes, and the the speed we can close a deal without any delay

Overall I m happy, no dislikes :) we use this application for quote and service information

There some flexibility of styling the documents created within PandaDoc but more would be helpful

We moved all document signing and approval onto PandaDoc from Statements of Work to Contracts and Receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, I love the dashboard to see all the deals. Clients find it very easy to sign which is the most important aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is I would really love to see the contracts never expire. So I downloaded and save them, other than that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of making it simple to easily quote and close clients. The bottom line is we have seen getting paid faster by our clients.

We've been using PandaDoc for 3 years now for our client proposals and agreements. It's ease of use and seemingly endless options to style the proposal adds to the trustworthy of our marketing agency. I am also impressed with how much PandaDoc has continued to improve the quality of their product!

It's pricey, but even at the price we pay, we still see the value in it!

One of the best features of Pandadoc is providing you to track documents with detailed analytics after sent.
You can track easily, who viewed the document, when, and how much time spent on which section of the document. The company keeps developing the software and adding new features continuously.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike. But it would have been better to be able to add some rich media content like slideshows or other kind of interactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pandadoc, we are preparing and sending proposals much faster and accurate than before. It also makes our clients' life easier for signing and sending back documents. Pandadoc is a must-have tool for the overall process of proposal management.

The ease of use and the simple UI make it so easy to send sales agreements and offer letters

Templates can be difficult to set up and many time easier to just upload a pdf

speeding up the process of singing on a new customer, signing a nda as well as the hiring process. esignature make every part of the process easier and the document analytics are very helpful

Contracts closed in seconds!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows me to send contracts to clients one time! Because I get to dictate where all the initials, signatures etc ago, they never miss a spot and I never have to resend and ask for things to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a little funky on Apple and I can't upload via the App. No pre set message option, I work in sales, and often time use a standard script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signed proposal back in a timely manner. Getting change orders signed and processed has become so much less of a hassle!

Creating and delivering proposals easily along with understanding how prospects interact with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the way you can create and track agreements signed and executed in minutes. Now you can incorporate a payments module so you can include agreement and invoice together. And it integrates with our Nutshell CRM by default. Happy :-)

They are working hard making the documents import work. Still room for improvement.
