Panda is WYSISWYG - straight forward and intuitive!

What do you like best about the product?
The price is right, which helps, but the interface is very easy to manage and I can upload and send my documents quickly. It's easier than the well-known competitor, which saves me time that I can devote to making money instead of administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives a lot of notices about every step of the process. It seems like I get 4-5 notifications every time I have a document e-signed. Then again, it might be pesky, but it's also a valuable feature. So, I'm not complaining!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick processing of my legal services agreement helps me to have a client avoid the printing, faxing, scanning dilemmas. I'm not sure how people avoid having a printer (and ink in it) or a scanner in this day and age, but most only have their cell phones. Any delay in executing the documents may result in a lost customer, so this is a godsend. It is a legally binding signature as well!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to edit on the prospect's end. It feels like a real relationship knowing the building of a proposal is genuinely collaborative, and the prospect can change their mind about what they want and toggle things on and off to find a price that works for their budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a new software for me, so it doesn't feel super intuitive yet with making nuanced edits, but the live chat/support is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to build, easy to send, easy to share proposals that feel like they are firmly in the 21st century.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a few things to consider when using Panda Doc - the automatic expiration date after 30 days (that can be adjusted) & the auto-reminders to sign. Having those on or off could help or hurt your situation so consider those details for each case.

Way better than DocuSign

What do you like best about the product?
UI is simple and digestible for their admin portal and for the recipient of the forms. The rate is also fixed instead of "per envelope" which is how DocuSign charges.

Was using DocuSign before because it was well-known, but always had issues with their UX/UI, and their envelope fee structure didn't make sense. Switching to PandaDoc has been a full upgrade from everything we were receiving at DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't need to use features like payments and reporting, they are just extra things as part of the plan. In a healthcare context, you need a more premium plan for the BAA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for healthcare and we got a BAA with them. Patients find it simple to use and I have forms on iPads for patients who need to be in-person. All the completed documents are easy to organize and manage on the platform.

Great product, intuitive to use

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to use a form over and over by copying the forms. I also enjoy how it lets me know when my applicant has completed their application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version no longer supports file uploads, which are important to how I use PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for onboarding paperwork of all sorts and it works great for that. I recently have been using it to complete hotel credit card authorization forms and it does a great job! I often get unfillable PDFs from hotels that expect me to print and sign the CC form, but we don't use paper at my organization so this application works great for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make copies of your documents and use them as templates. It makes the free version way more useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create template blocks/sections/sheets to modify any document easily. I also like that PandaDoc handles all of the reminder emails. It's nice to have those consistently go out to documents that need signing without having to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating line items and proposals seems to have issues. I would really like to have proposals auto-generated with information and pricing, so all it takes is a review before sending, but it always needs a bit of tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems PandaDoc solves are being able to automate proposal creation by adding client info at every instance throughout the document with variables, easy and secure document signing, and the ability to accept payments all in one location. I've most noticed benefits through automation and variables since that saves several minutes on each document.

The template feature is incredibly helpful when dealing with multitudes of clients with similar projects on a daily basis

Sometimes the updates can be bothersome to get used to but typically it's been a very smooth interface experience

I find myself saving immense amounts of time and being able to replicate the jargon and terminology used by other experts in my team to provide a comprehensive collaborative document that is very easy for clients to sign electronically

What do you like best about the product?
Love how seamless + easy it is to use. Also love how the UI/UX design is super straightforward and easy to graspe on a day to day basis. Have used it for all of my documents so far and everything is super quick. I also love how easily it integrates with other apps and scale to meet our company needs on a regular day to day basis. This is the perfect app in all regards with very little flaws. Highly recommended for all prospective/interested users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I believe would be helpful is to save the custom signatures that I draw in since it's a pain to have to do it constantly, but that's just a minor functionality add. I personally don't have any other concerns about pandadoc at the moment because it's just so great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a ton of problems: saving time with easy document sending + signing + receiving, allows me to have all of my paper work in one safe place + easy collaboration with my team members. This has been gamechanging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. Try it. There's no risk at all, and they have a ton of functionality that allows you to scale your operations at an affordable price point. It's the perfect tool for all businesses, from small businesses to startups to Fortune 500's.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look. The colors used. It's simple, organized right, and is visually easy to look at and work through. It's SO user-friendly, more than most software. I've referred PandaDoc so many times, and it's one of the most accessible programs to grasp right off the bat. It keeps its offerings simple and does what we all want it to do without confusing you with 50 other bells and whistles or upsells (and I can't thank them enough for that). Way better than Adobe Sign or DocuSign (which are so expensive for such a simple need in most people's businesses!).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send out simple contracts (which we format in Google Docs) for signature to other professional clients. I love that it just asked me today if I wanted to rename the document before sending it because of course I was using a template with a generic title on it, so I just fell in love more today!

Dive in! You'll get it quick and be on your way to collecting all your client e-signatures, for FREE.

What do you like best about the product?
While the UI could use a tweak (the dashboard is the only easy place to find a "delete" button for active docs), I love how easy it integrates with parameters set in SF, and how the invite emails are neve delayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As stated, it took me a while to actually figure out how to remove old docs, the homepage on the site could use labeling for important functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and signing contracts with SF integration is seamless now.
