Sweet service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send me new clients docs to sign and how many templates they have in the library.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly there is not a whole lot I dont like about the platform

I am able to quickly execute docs with my new clients

Everything. It's an easy way to create awesome proposals and contracts.

Sometimes it's a bit buggy when multiple people are look at the same document, but other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team creates proposals and contracts through this system. We love how easy it is to convert pre-made templates in one click and how customizable each template by simply dragging and dropping a new content block. We've also realized that creating online contracts through PandaDoc is a great way to keep all of that information in one place.

Ease of use and layout. Our customers like the proposal we send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many things to dislike. It takes a lot of work to get the proposals set up but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are being able to send visual options to our customers.
Reviewing PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Our company switched to PandaDoc, coming from Proposable, which was a huge relief. PandaDoc had a much smoother user experience and a more robust signing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although a difficult task to accomplish (coming from a Web Developer), it would be nice if there was a way to update certain Content Library items and have them propagate to all Templates. Most users forget about the need to update in the content library first, then re-import to the templates, and if there are a lot of templates, this progress get's annoying after a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-Signatures provide definite proof of acceptance of our terms and scope of work for projects. PandaDoc also gives us an easy way of creating a table for dynamic pricing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider using it. It will save time and headache for sending/viewing & signing almost any contracts, proposals, etc.
Brilliant Solution - a must for every company
What do you like best about the product?
Companies spend millions of dollars trying to maintain and build proposals. At the end they still end up sifting through huge number of files to figure out the final version. Pandadoc cuts out all of that - its brilliant ... its intuitive.
The bonus is ... you know who actually read your proposal and how much time they really spent reviewing your proposal. That insight is so powerful for followup conversations.
We have also been maintaining our contracts in the system - the e-signing feature is brilliant. You know which IP address and email address the final file was signed off from.

What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting features are great ... but tables are not easy to paste from MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building consistent proposals and maintaining a log of them.

I have been using Pandadocs for about a year now. The ability to send contracts and get signatures instantly has completely increased my productivity. I am 100% #teampandadoc

The mobile app could be more user friendly. The lack of discount when you add users in not a good selling point either

Signed proposals. They are necessary before accepting payment. This is the difference between closing a deal in minutes VS. 2-3 days.

What do you like best about the product?
So simple... no more paper, no more scanning or faxing!

Sometime it gets stuck in a spam filter.

We send out all our proposal now and make them customizable with drag and drop editing.

We love the ease of use and the ability to reuse our signatures. The team is friendly and quick to give any required support.

I wish there was better form filling integrations between our CRM

We love getting beimg able to easily reuse our agreements and have them signed instantly.
PandaDoc took our business to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of how easy to use PandaDoc is while also allowing us to streamline our proposal and data estimate process. We do a lot of detailed explanations that can greatly affect a nonprofit's budget and clearly explaining things in a visual and easy to digest way helps both our business as well as our clients.
The templates were easy to create on our own and they even give you some starting documents that you can adapt. I was also able to put into the cloud one of the more difficult parts of our process and that has helped bring people on quicker.
The integration with HubSpot is awesome and barely took any time to get started. Being able to see when people opened and signed proposals has been a lovely addition to our sales process. No more guessing if they got the email!
I also think the support is fantastic. While its just an email, I've been able to get quick responses same day. I'm also given clear reasons explaining if there is a current limitation of the software, with a clear path provided on enhancements. As a fellow SaaS provider, that's the best you can expect and ask!

What do you dislike about the product?
Little things. I'd like to see more flexibility on the Textfield in terms of its length but have been told this is being actively worked on. I would also like to see more ERP integrations (or get into Zapier!) so we can move toward full integration throughout all processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to cut down on proposal creation as well as obtaining the signed proposals as well. We also now are given accurate information since you can require fields. We were using more manual methods and this had a lot of back and forth between sales, account management, and the client. Much better now!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out and try building one of your more complicated documents in there. You can always get the branding elements in there (that's easy!) but make sure you get the user experience flow down. Do a test with a non work email to see how it works.

The fact that is really easy to use for the Sales persons that need basic things to build amazing proposals.

There is still some things missing: the domain control when we send emails from Panda Doc sometimes there go to spam because of the customers firewall.
