I dislike that sometimes the software is down. I was unable to log in for a few hours today.

It has all the functions we need, very simple to learn and start using. The customer does not need to set up an account.

Nothing to be honest. It has all functionality we are looking for

Much easier to get to close the deals, all thresholds that you can remove should be removed imo.

Do not wait, it is very easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly PandaDoc is. Through simply reviewing the site, I figured out on my own how to use the tools. I am not very savvy with technology, and I typically will give up on a website if learning to navigate it becomes too cumbersome. With PandaDoc, tools are laid out in a simple and effective manner
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have found to PandaDoc is that I need to resend a document to everyone when I remove one signer. I have had some people fail to sign the document by the filing deadline, and I cannot get the verification stamps at the end of the document unless I remove the signer that is missing. This edit causes everyone to have to sign again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has solved the issue of not having an editable PDF. You can turn any document into a signable form through PandaDoc. I have also realized the benefits of sending reminders and direct links.

Very customizable! Sends reminders to our clients and keeps us connected.

Getting set up can take some time, but it's a process to get used to anything.

I love the alerts and reminders that it sends the customers. I also like the intergrations.

Sending proposal to clients for click to sign. And tying it in to our product.
Clients' subscriptions can be updated, via our integration with PandaDoc.
Once a client accepts the terms of the product, whether I am there or not, they can immediately take advantage of the new products.

Fully work with their team, and dive in as deep as needed. Their products and team are phenomenal and blow the competition out of the water.

What do you like best about the product?
The document analytics give us the ability to see where exactly in a document the signer is spending the most time reviewing. This has been particularly helpful in pinpointing areas of a contract where a customer or prospect might be getting hung up, confused, etc. which helps us determine what questions to ask in our follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "eSignature" license type does not include an easy way to swap out the original document with a new one while preserving the signing fields - so doing so requires that the user reconfigure those fields on the new document which takes a bit of time depending on how many fields there are. That said, PandaDoc's "Content Editor" is the solution to this problem because it allows you to easily update just the language/section(s) that need modifications without disrupting anything else in the document. This comes with the Standard license type, and is therefore what I would recommend if considering PandaDoc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Licensing costs are lower than many other solutions. We also gained some very helpful sales insights from the document analytics functionality offered by the platform. Lastly, despite our company being a small business, PandaDoc has been MUCH more interested and seemingly vested in the success of our organization than other providers we've spoken/worked with, and their team offers fantastic support across the entire customer experience from sales to CS to support.
PandaDoc is so, so. so easy and intuitive to use and the pricing is on point.

Super easy to get up and running and extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works exactly as anticipated.

Benefit is getting documents signed and returned without any delays for an excellent price. No problems.

Just try it. The free trial is what sold me.
