Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for 3 years now for our client proposals and agreements. It's ease of use and seemingly endless options to style the proposal adds to the trustworthy of our marketing agency. I am also impressed with how much PandaDoc has continued to improve the quality of their product!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey, but even at the price we pay, we still see the value in it!

Secure signatures, read receipts, multi-users

One of the best features of Pandadoc is providing you to track documents with detailed analytics after sent.
You can track easily, who viewed the document, when, and how much time spent on which section of the document. The company keeps developing the software and adding new features continuously.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike. But it would have been better to be able to add some rich media content like slideshows or other kind of interactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pandadoc, we are preparing and sending proposals much faster and accurate than before. It also makes our clients' life easier for signing and sending back documents. Pandadoc is a must-have tool for the overall process of proposal management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the simple UI make it so easy to send sales agreements and offer letters
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be difficult to set up and many time easier to just upload a pdf
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
speeding up the process of singing on a new customer, signing a nda as well as the hiring process. esignature make every part of the process easier and the document analytics are very helpful

Contracts closed in seconds!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows me to send contracts to clients one time! Because I get to dictate where all the initials, signatures etc ago, they never miss a spot and I never have to resend and ask for things to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a little funky on Apple and I can't upload via the App. No pre set message option, I work in sales, and often time use a standard script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signed proposal back in a timely manner. Getting change orders signed and processed has become so much less of a hassle!

I wish there was more control over the design features.

Creating and delivering proposals easily along with understanding how prospects interact with them.
Easy and powerful agreements maker :-)
What do you like best about the product?
Love the way you can create and track agreements signed and executed in minutes. Now you can incorporate a payments module so you can include agreement and invoice together. And it integrates with our Nutshell CRM by default. Happy :-)

They are working hard making the documents import work. Still room for improvement.

A professional way of getting documents eSigned and executed with reduced team time focus. It streamlines operations.
Big time saver over our last proposal and e-signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
My biggest motivation in using an e-signature tool is to SAVE TIME. I'm amazed that some tools require so many steps (and clicks) to get a document out the door to signers. We switched to PandaDoc from Adobe and it's been a huge time saver. I'm still tweaking the design of our templates, but overall really happy with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design is drag and drop, but at times it's a little buggy. Nothing I can't handle though.

We use PandaDoc for all types of signature documents: Proposals, agreements, NDAs, etc.

Real time quotes and online acceptance and signing.

Dashboard changes frequently, renaming of documents and duplicating already created documents.

Sending documents, NDA's Agreements, there was printing, signing, scanning involved. PandaDoc removes this manual step.
