Templates are well built. Collaboration with approves, creators, and signers all happen seamlessly.

Interface is a tiny clunky at first. Easy enough after some experience

Panda makes sure the proper docs get approved and tracked all the way through execution

I cannot insert Excel tables or use tables from the same system that perform even simple operations like addition, subtraction, taxes. I must search for the proposals to duplicate them by dates one by one; it is not possible to filter in the search to then duplicate the proposal, the file opens immediately and thus it cannot be duplicated.

Please implement a way to duplicate offers without having to search one by one on all dates.

easy to use and user friendly. i can see when my clients view the engagement letters and resend if possible.

I would like the application to send reminders for unsigned documents on its own, instead of having to go through unsigned docs.

Beginner user, but see huge potential in this product

Mostly user-friendly. Streamlined look. Even a basic user can figure out what is needed

I see potential in additional features such as formulas for variables, grouping checkboxes being required, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies for our business are very important. In just the first two weeks of use, we've already found a ton of efficiencies and as we get more and more used to using and templates in place, this will continue to build.

Great Proposal Software
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easy to use, and it is cloud based. Flexible usage. You can create a full-blown proposal or just a simple quote. It is also integrate with a lot of CRM. And it integrates will with our choice of CRM. and I can just pull the data from the CRM automatically, so we do not have to input those data manually. Also, I really like the aesthetic of Pandadoc. It looks clean and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with Pandac overall. There is a variable missing. But it is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think pandadoc is great for my needs. It really makes us easier to prepare the proposal compare to the previous software. As Pandadoc is 100% online, and it integrates with a lot of other softwares too.

Great proposal software.
I already sent it to my co-worker. Its great and the best part is that it is free.

I don't have to pay for it and I use it for all my contracts.

Can't do all the functions for free but I still love it

I don't have to rely on the one partner in the office that has paid for adobe out of pocket.
PandaDoc Has Been Much Better Than DocuSign For Us

The user interface is super simple and easy on the eyes. Never glitchy or confusing when sending documents.

I literally asked the entire team, and they all state that everything is suitable for them.

We love the E-signing and native integration features. I had no idea that the number of envelopes were capped with DocuSign. Well, until they contacted us about it.
The first thing I noticed on PandaDoc's pricing page was that the number of envelopes was unlimited. Meanwhile, Docusign doesn't even inform you of its limit until you begin reaching it.

Great for Independent Consultants
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this now for 3 separate clients as well as in my own business. I love the ability to build a template to make it quicker and easier each time I built out a contract or proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the copy/paste function from a Word Doc or PDF doesn't carry over the style correctly for bullet points so I have to do some manual work to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making our work look more professional and saving clients from having to print, sign, and scan contracts back to us. Saving lots of time!
