Great Signing service for Free. No caps.
What do you like best about the product?
Free and has all the features I need. There are no Caps on usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really didn't see anything I didn't like there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving down to my clients to get signatures. Not having to have them take pictures and scans and wait for emails or faxes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease after watching the instructional videos, all topics were covered, leaving little questions to be asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is new, so I am not accustomed to any problems, but I do see plenty of potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am notarizing online, the ease and surety is are available and of course you are in the comfort of your home

Once you get the flow, notarizing has not become any easier
Great Platform and Reasonabily Priced!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used LiveNotary and find the platform easy to use and reasonably priced compared to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could use more training and support vidoes to assist without contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are able to contact me from anywhere in the world to get their documents notarized. This is a huge convenience to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful was how quick and easy their platform is!

I didn't find any downsides during my experience.

The problem they help me solve is providing an easy to use platform to be able to perform eNotary transactions.
Estate Planner Loves LiveNotary
What do you like best about the product?
Once I got up to speed, this quickly became my preferred method of estate planning document execution after the pandemic. Good UX/UI, intuitive functionality, ease of use for even the most technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
LiveNotary is still in development and sometimes I get on the platform and things have moved around. I don't mind that for me, but my elder clients can get a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiveNotary has allowed my estate planning firm to become completely virtual. I have been able to survive the pandemic and make my life more mobile as a result.
LiveNotary is pretty easy to use; customer support is fantastic

Agent tools are not easy to remove (oops)

With Covid we are able to perform remote notarization for employees and clients. I do not use it for the general public, only for our business needs

User friendly platform and fast support. Easy to edit documents and affix notary seals

I dislike that all signers have to have an account. I wish I could just send a guest link

I am able to notarize documents from people all over the country. It has helped expand my business

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. They provided adequate training and also allowed a "test" environment to try it before going live. It's quick and convenient and support is available if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they utilized "pay to use" pricing structure instead of monthly fee whether you use it or not.

It was beneficial during COVID when in-person notary service wasn't allowable.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful method for sending to clients for signatures. It is user-friendly - even for those with not much computer knowledge and experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my clients have a difficult time signing the documents when they are asked to make an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving on postage and envelopes - it is a time saver not to have to print envelopes and labels

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with many CRM and the design I can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with QuickBooks doesn't create a sale receipt automatically.
