Awesome Proposal Tool! Perfect for my needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I was very picky about what I needed from my proposal software. After trying 9 different options, I was completely impressed by Panda Docs. Honestly, it wasn't even close. The others lacked several features that I needed - and these features are super easy to use in Panda Docs. So it was an easy decision, and I'm very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally I wanted to offer more payment options than they had available, but now, 2 years later, they have already innovated and now offer what I need. So I have no problems whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have special pricing tables and conditional fields. I needed to be able to place pictures where I needed. I wanted specific formatting features that are easy to use and adjust.
I also needed to know that I had a person I could contact for help when I needed - they have an amazing training program and amazing support staff.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will get all you need from the features it offers. The customer service is awesome. I am happy to endorse such a powerful tool and great company.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is very user-friendly for my clients to use and me. I love the history it provides and templates to streamline my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. There are no downsides to using PandaDoc

A cost-effective way to have my clients authorize documents. It helps with my compliance obligations and allows effective time processes to continue in my business.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to reuse previously created templates. And overall cuts down the deal closing times significantly by allowing legally binding document signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting is sometimes pretty limited. WOuld like the option for uploading a pdf and just adding a signature field to make things even quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legally binding documents and proposals. Faster turnaround times and easily having team members prepare documents.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Mediator. Many documents have to be signed by my clients in a short time period. Pandadoc enables me to get agreements signed and back to the Court quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Pandadoc is very user-friendly.

Pandadoc reduces the time it takes to get signatures on documents. Having verified signatures is a fantastic plus.

I like that PandaDoc is working hard on integrations. I have like seven or eight different programs and record-keeping sources for my contract process. It's nuts. Every integration PandaDoc adds shaves and saves me time. Bing bong!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for pricing tables on PandaDoc - can I have a multiplier column?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the benefit of having a paper trail with actions that clients take on my documents. NO MORE and Never Again shall I be enslaved by a hand-signed and scanned .jpg of a contract. Don't even step to me with that nonsense.
Excellent collaboration tool for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my entire team can work on contracts together. The approval workflow is very helpful to enforce standardization and pricing guidelines across the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could copy/paste tables more easily from Excel. Custom formulas to add/subtract dates would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of standardization and salespeople spending too much time on quoting/contracts.
Not only are both of these problems solved with PandaDoc, it also integrates with our CRM to give better traceability across the entire process.

Amazing seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love pandadoc, it is extremely user friendly! Anytime, I have ever needed support I simply go onto the chat section and the advisors are super friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend to others that want a easy to use approach for getting their agreements created and sent to clients to sign.

Nothing at all! It is amazing and super easy to use!

I use pandadoc to create contracts/agreements for clients to approve and sign. It is easy to use and can create your own templates which I love
We Love PandaDoc, but it has some limitations.

We love how efficient it is to capture information, share proposals, and receive payment via QuickBooks integration.

We wish it had more integrations to other CRMs such as KEAP and would keep track of a job in a folder. We would much rather prefer to use PandaDoc for all communication instead of using a combination of KEAP, Google Drive, Email, Dropbox, etc. We also wish there was a better way to capture information or changes in project scope once the deal has been signed off on the document is locked. Being able to make changes or receive client approvals throughout the process would change the way our small agency operates and would drastically improve our internal/external communication process.
