What do you like best about the product?
The highly customization features one can add to their contract gaining even more explosive wowing factor for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find one, because it is all so new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and creating more enlightening impact. For productivity, it has a feature called a content library where you can pull content used from previous contract making it super simple. As for enlightening impact, it makes for an enjoyable and easily-digestible contract. Seriously, when have you ever heard those words coined with the word contract.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set into the future of contract generating. Let your contract become an outstanding agreement that is highly-convincing to agree to. The best way to do that is by using PandaDoc.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers far more than document management and e-signatures. They offer a platform for quickly and easily creating good-looking proposals, throwing together straightforward SOWs, and managing multi-part contracts. Highly recommend for entrepreneurs who want something slicker than Word templates and just as user friendly as Google Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates are clunkier than others, but the extensive library PandaDocs has collated makes it easy to find something that works best for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's tough to stay organized, never mind creating and distributing (and tracking) contracts and proposals. PandaDocs is my one-stop-shop even for simple e-signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate different users, different departments and that all contribute to a comprehensive proposal in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price should be revised to Latinoamerica users with different economic realities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve time and collaboration problems with people who are not in the same geographic location. The proposals are from a representative of the company; the proposals are from the entire team. Improve the Image and enrich the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time waiting for a CRM to have a good document manager. It is better to integrate your CRM with PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
I no longer write proposals by cloning some past proposal (and often missing some reference to the previous prospect) - I now build custom proposals by inserting pre-built content as needed, and as a result, there's less custom wording that I have to write. PandaDoc merges the prospect info from my Zoho CRM automatically. I now know if and when a prospect has opened my proposal, and they are able to accept the proposal with signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to learn CSS to really customize my branding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responding faster to Prospects by writing their proposals faster, reducing costly delays and winning more of my deals. My proposals look very professional, and prospects ask "How did you generate this proposal? Is this something you could do for us?"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take their regularly scheduled classes, in order.

i would like more options in the catalogue. its a bit tedious to go there.
i would like to add the items to the catalogue directly from quotation

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add and create content on the fly and include videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to delete multiple items at once instead of deleting one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to follow up with our potential customers on a more timely manner while providing all the details included in our recommended scope of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using PandaDoc and would not consider any other solution. PandaDoc is hands down the best proposal tool I have ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's both a proposal and a contract in one. Very helpful. It is easy to use for both me and my clients. I like that they don't have to sign in or anything - they can just look at it. I love how customizable it is! I love being able to make adjustable numbers and options as much as I want. I also love how you can add backgrounds and logos to make it look nice. I also love how I can create files for sorting and create templates. It was also nice that I felt there was hardly any learning curve for using it - I had dreaded getting started for fear that it would be confusing or complicated, but it's been a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't encountered anything I don't like and have resisted other more full service options (like 17 hats, honeybook, etc) because now that I've used PandaDoc I want the proposals to be just like panda!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using pdfs. So I'm solving a million problems. My proposals look professional and my contracts actually get signed now! I don't have to worry about organization, either. I think I have booked so many clients this year because of how nice, user friendly, and professional pandadoc is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy, professional, and extremely customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create professional document that are customer friendly. Document that can be reviewed, edited, and signed by the customer; this creates a much better experience for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping of information from CRM to panda docs. needs to be a service that helps map the data so the docs are easier to import to crm and populate the correct data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The quotes look professional, are easy to make and the templates save loads of time if your sending similar quotes to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to customise the quotes and the integration with crm and invoicing systems sometimes isn't quite as straightforward as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sending proposals and order forms simpler. Clients like the look of the proposals and we close more business due to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's a proposal, use the tables to sell addons. Clients respond well.

What do you like best about the product?
API that we can access from other platforms and add content. The PD Team is constantly updating and adding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more data table access for dynamic updates. The name is weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do reports directly from Magento.
