Simple to use, Fantastic Looking proposals

Pandadoc lends credibility to us even as a small organization by outputting high quality proposals that look like they were created by a marketing firm
Great experience, easy to use and excellent support. Would definitely recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have Multiple signers and the ease of the document set up make this application really accessible and user-friendly. It is really easy to upload a document for signature, set up the various fields, and then send it off to signers for completion. I also like how easy it is to monitor the status of each document once sent out for signing.
In addition, the online support has been exceptional- quick responses that are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the document has to be accompanied by a signature verification page at the end in order to prove the authenticity of the signatures. I would prefer if the document had the signature verification on the actual page of signature, similar to an application like DocuSign.
In addition I would prefer if one was able to see the email messages that have been sent out with a document in order to re-use or address that message. It would be helpful to be able to follow up on a document that is incomplete still.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more paper is required in my practice. I can send documents out for signature with ease, no paper required, and my clients are extremely happy with the efficiency and simplicity of the application to allow them to sign electronically.
I am able to get documents signed quickly and no need for printing out documents in order to sign and rescan.
Overall, PandaDoc has filled in the document management gap that I had in my cloud accounting practice until now.

I would definitely recommend PandaDoc as a critical tool for any forward-thinking modern business.
How Did I Ever Manage Contracts Without PandaDoc?
What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy to use. Intuitive.
2. Signers don't have to download anything to sign the agreement.
3. I'm notified with the recipient opens the document.
4. I'm notified when the recipient signs/completes the document. I get to choose whether this notification comes with an attachment or if I have to log in to view it. I like the option to log in because it gives me more privacy since my admin has access to my email.
5. I can assign specific fields to the signers, which eliminates confusion and mistakes.
6. I am notified when the original recipient forwards the document to someone else.

I wish the branding option were available on all paid plans.

As a solo consultant, I need tools that increase my capacity, make me look polished and professional and don't take a lot of time to use. Pandadoc does these things for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't appreciate how much easier contract management becomes until you actually try this tool. It's worth it!
PandaDoc - Becoming one of the top e-sign platforms
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has no page limits and I can easily delete and re-upload a document if I discover a mistake in the source file. I particularly like the fact that you have the option to send an email yourself and provide a link to the document. This prevents items from ending up in spam or being deleted because they weren't recognized. The fields are easily placable and the system remembers the size of the field. So for example, if you drag a signature field over and resize it, you don't need to resize it again. Finally, after the document is returned I can easily extract any pages whereas some other programs don't allow you to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides a platform to obtain legal electronic signatures and allows me to get signatures and initials specifically where I want in the document.

So easy to use, super affordable, and sends quickly with confirmation for both parties at each step so I'm never wondering or waiting about what happened.

Honestly it's so user friendly I can't think of anything at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
The blocks that we can save spare us a lot of editing, so repetitive offers are easy to generate. Also, e-signing is much better than other methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clumsy, sometimes slow to react. It is not easy to keep the documents in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are editing and issuing sales offers, purchase orders with PandaDoc, and sign contracts and other agreements.

Definitely a good platform for generating proposals and other documents, and signing contracts.

Customer service has been great. I was quoted a price and they didn't change it after a few months of use like their competitor did to us.

Nothing so far - easy to use and they followed through with everything they quoted.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing is the user-friendly interface! It wasn’t any problem to figure out how it works. In general, PandaDoc is helpful and easy to use. You can create an agreement in a corporate format in minutes that saves a lot of time. Also, there are exciting designs in the templates, which help to find some ideas. And it has a lot of valuable features. For example, it is convenient to use the base of the connected service Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, once there was a delay in preparing a commercial proposal due to a technical failure. But it was no more than 3 hours. And in addition, the basic version lacks the option to save images to the gallery.

PandaDoc saves a lot of time! It is an excellent tool that solves all possible problems with the organization of electronic documentation. And it does help to improve sales processes and makes interaction with clients much better.
