Too simple to mess up
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate through the UI. Its hard to miss exactly what you need and where.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't view pages of a PDF I upload onto Pandadoc using the bar on the left. They say "Uploaded" but I'd like to see what actually got uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By linking our payment processor to a draft proposal for the company, we can have people sign contracts and pay us directly after signing, skipping an often annoying part of deal closure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Let me see what I uploaded on the left side after I upload a pdf! Big QOL change here.
Pandadoc is a lifesaver for my photography business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is. I am not the most technical, and I wanted something that my clients and I could quickly sign contracts with that was easy, user-friendly, and easy to execute. It only takes me about five minutes to create a contract, which I can do on my phone very quickly and send to clients effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I have to upload a new pdf every time for each contract, even if I am using the same basic contract for each person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send clients documents online quickly without having to pay to send them. I can also receive the documents back rapidly, and we can sign them in real-time, so they can get booked much faster than trying to have them sign a contract in person. I can book more clients more quickly, and generate more money for my business, while also protecting my company with the contracts that we are signing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a straightforward and user-friendly alternative to the larger sites offering payment options because this does not require a payment option to use their simple contract-sending services. If you're looking for something easy to use for a small business, this is perfect.

You can sign in documents and many collaborators can also contribute from distance. Each one can use their own time. Signatures are easy to set up. You can use initials, whole signature, date of signing, ticks, texts, and many more features. You can change the text of the document before everyone has signed but then your document must be signed again by all parties

Take a look and feel about the easing nway to collaborate with other people into signing documents electronically. I think you will like it and use PandaDoc in the long-term. It is also free for the most of everyday works.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great branding tool and looks professional

Not much to dislike, we use it for our entire sales team!

We had a very primitive tool before that was clunky, with PandaDoc we have a much better way of tracking our sales success!
Great alternative to docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and tracking of everything. Simple.

Nothing really. Does what we need. Signatures, emails and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing buyers agents contracts with clients and checking when they have seen it to start automation through hubspot for follow up sequence.

Easy, practical document solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and functional. The free version alone is great.

There's nothing I dislike so far. Keep up the great job!

Free or affordable and easy document signing. It makes admin work so much easier.

PandaDoc is much easier and more affordable than other popular document signing websites or companies. Even the free features are good enough for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pandadoc syncs with Hubspot. Because it's linked, it's easy to track the estimates and documents that we sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement on the templates, I'd like to be able to add images more freely into Pricing Schedule tables for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our follow-ups are very effective now because we can easily see if a customer hasn't opened an estimate or document. It also has changed the way we do business now that our customers can sign contracts and estimates digitally.
Excellent and professional forms
What do you like best about the product?
The customization options available on the forms can make them much more personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very fiddly to get the forms precisely as you want them, especially when it comes to tables and fields inside them. There doesn't seem to be a way to line up fields to a margin, and instead, you must do this individually by eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as a Welcome Pack to our services, collecting all the information we need from a client at the off-set.

Way Cheaper Alternative to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
Price, Price, Price, Price, Price.
It's pretty easy to use, and I like that it keeps all previously entered contacts in an address book. The boxes you drop into the document are also easy to use. Makes my job so much easier!

What do you dislike about the product?
You have to flatten the pdf by using a 3rd party service. Annoying. You can't create your own custom boxes that you can re-use over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time. No need to follow up with emails and it tells you when the other person has viewed the document.
