Pandadoc is a legendary platform with ease of use, tons of features & functionality for $0. Love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Love how seamless + easy it is to use. Also love how the UI/UX design is super straightforward and easy to graspe on a day to day basis. Have used it for all of my documents so far and everything is super quick. I also love how easily it integrates with other apps and scale to meet our company needs on a regular day to day basis. This is the perfect app in all regards with very little flaws. Highly recommended for all prospective/interested users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I believe would be helpful is to save the custom signatures that I draw in since it's a pain to have to do it constantly, but that's just a minor functionality add. I personally don't have any other concerns about pandadoc at the moment because it's just so great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a ton of problems: saving time with easy document sending + signing + receiving, allows me to have all of my paper work in one safe place + easy collaboration with my team members. This has been gamechanging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. Try it. There's no risk at all, and they have a ton of functionality that allows you to scale your operations at an affordable price point. It's the perfect tool for all businesses, from small businesses to startups to Fortune 500's.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look. The colors used. It's simple, organized right, and is visually easy to look at and work through. It's SO user-friendly, more than most software. I've referred PandaDoc so many times, and it's one of the most accessible programs to grasp right off the bat. It keeps its offerings simple and does what we all want it to do without confusing you with 50 other bells and whistles or upsells (and I can't thank them enough for that). Way better than Adobe Sign or DocuSign (which are so expensive for such a simple need in most people's businesses!).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send out simple contracts (which we format in Google Docs) for signature to other professional clients. I love that it just asked me today if I wanted to rename the document before sending it because of course I was using a template with a generic title on it, so I just fell in love more today!

What do you like best about the product?
While the UI could use a tweak (the dashboard is the only easy place to find a "delete" button for active docs), I love how easy it integrates with parameters set in SF, and how the invite emails are neve delayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As stated, it took me a while to actually figure out how to remove old docs, the homepage on the site could use labeling for important functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and signing contracts with SF integration is seamless now.

It is easy to use, and the thorough instructions and demo make utilizing this program a breeze.

Sometimes the dashboard does not show the person connecting to the platform and a reset is in order to correct the issue.

The benefit of using LiveNotary is the convenience of performing notarizations in the comforts of one's home. This platform also helps keep business costs down and safety precautions are met.

The transition was smooth. The integration was smoother. The usage and support - are out of this world! The integratiolem n with HubSpot was super easy and customization was great.

We made the call to adopt Panda Doc and drop another vendor and the onboarding was smooth but the real benefit was how much time if freed for us as a result of reduction of time to prepare, screen and send agreements. Now we can customize on the fly and if there is a problem or anything that could divert the deal, you can change it on the fly and not lose momentum or the deal.....worth its weight in gold!!

How long it took us to decide to switch to Panda. Well, we tried it as a controlled trial and immediately realized the simple interface, API integration with HubSpot, and the flexibility and degree of managing the platform without assistance were the main motivators that provoked us to sign less than 60 days after discovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem we solved was delays of time to complete the draft of an agreement. Now we can have to a prepare a quote or just create and send the client the actual agreement so that they can read and appreciate the terms and conditions...saves a lot of headache later.

Deployment and training is super quick! Additionally, the functionality and customization features are plug-and-play and can be modified on the fly. Very customer-centric!
Great Way to Improve Your Business Procedures
What do you like best about the product?
While I love the ease of using PandaDoc, I did not realize for the first few weeks of usage that there is something called an audit trail which spells out when each recipient opened, viewed, signed and returned the document. This was an extremely useful resource when a recipient alleged he never received the document from our office. We were able to prove to the Court that not only did he receive the document, but he also viewed it! That was a huge win for us, and a great learning experience as to what PandaDoc has to offer. I would absolutely recommend PandaDoc to my friends and colleagues! Try it, you will not regret it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found anything I dislike about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all of our clients have access to a printer and scanner. By using PandaDoc, we can email them a document, they can then review and sign it directly from their cell phone. No more delays or complaints about not having the requisite technology. Plus, the document, once signed, gets emailed right back to me. It could not be easier to use!

Excellent way of getting required documents signed, extremely helpful, and very satisfied.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful for our agency has been during this COVID 19 pandemic. We were still required to get signatures for all services provided to our clients while our office was closed to the public. It was tough to stand at our service window in line, either in the cold or the elderly disabled who could not stand. We were able to create a signature page for clients to respond by email to sign and meet all of the requirements for our agency. It has been very beneficial. PandaDoc showed when the document was delivered, each time the document was viewed, and instantly responded to by email when the document was signed to be downloaded and printed off. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not anything about PandaDoc that I disliked. As I said, it has been very beneficial for our agency, and it's straightforward access and very easy to understand for our elders. I can't think of one dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been no problems to have to solve with PandaDoc. They always send out helpful information emails, and we've had several meetings on how to navigate in PandaDoc, create documents, and get the best experience with it.

I have no gripes about the product. Others might have more features (which PandaDoc probably also has in the premium, paid version) but for a basic signing tool, this works just fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for signing employment contracts or also for orders. I found that getting documents signed is much quicker and easier for all involved compared with sending a PDF by email and getting that signed.Makes things simpler all around.

If you are looking for a signing tool that is free and easy to use then this is it. I love the tool and it has made my life much simpler.
