PandaDoc is a huge timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick it is to customize templates (that I created) for proposals. I just fill in client details, and boom, off it goes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to change the person who is the designated signer (on the client side), it takes a few steps. I so wish it was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say PandaDoc saves me 30-60 minutes per proposal. Add that amount of time up over the course of a year, and it's significant.
Excellent Tool for Many Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use and provides excellent flexibility in sending documents to others for their review and signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is very user-friendly, and I have had no issues with it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program allows me to quickly and easily get documents to others for their review and also allows me to obtain their signatures quickly. It has saved me from having to continuously follow up with others to get the project completed.

I would highly recommend this product to others.

GUI is the best. Very cool and useful. We still use Docs 1.0, but it also nice!

I don't remember any dislike things in Panda. Really cool app.

Sending contracts and other corporate docs to our staff, partners, contractors.
User Friendly and Perfect for Small Business Proposal and Documentation Generation and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
In deploying Pandadocs to our Sales Team, I was looking for a user-friendly, web-based document generating program that integrated well with our CRM that could grow with our business and team. As new needs developed for us, it seemed that Pandadocs did as well. The team when expressing a need is generally pretty good about walking me and my team through any issues we may be having. The ease of building cohesive, brand-consistent, and professional proposals has elevated our company's image.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would nice to have a chat functionality in PD with team members that are logged in when you are. Another need would be an 800 number or customer service option to all and discuss our account with a live person. It's sometimes inconvenient to not be able to get a hold of someone unless it's via chat or the online follow-up form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can generate quotes and send large document files that bypass government SPAM filters safely. We can easily automate many of our follow-up communications after the proposal has been sent and so much more! The benefits of having the app and accessibility anywhere I go have been super convenient when needing to provide quotes to clients quickly.
Our quote templates are comprehensive and professional while keeping our ability to generate them easy once the templates have been created. Our customers can update the quantities on the proposal without the back and forth when they have to change their purchase to fit their budget.

PandaDocs Software takes the pain out of contract drafting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization behind PandaDocs. You log into the platform, and all of your documentation is there. Along with helpful content libraries, PandaDoc makes finding information easy for sales reps and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Someone could track document activity within our email server rather than the original email being sent through PandaDoc. Sometimes customers or prospects can feel wary about a PandaDoc email arriving in their inbox rather than from our business email. This forces sales reps to prepare a prospect for receiving a contract, RFI, or RFP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving time-wasting with PandaDoc. With the ability to see tracking information on the documents that we create through PandaDoc, we have a better idea of the movement of the sales process. We have also found less issues with our documentation when we use PandaDoc's platform rather than drafting agreements free-hand.
Easy, free platform to get e-signed
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this is a free platform with fields I can assign to others. I also like that I'm then able to download it to send the final signed version to the appropriate party(ies).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that this platform was more intuitive. For example if I complete a field, it'd. be nice for it to know that the field is assigned to me rather than having me manually assign it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, Pandadoc has made it easier for me to collect e-signatures from applicants and clients efficiently. Based on how quickly they complete it, it seems to be easy for them to navigate as well.
Dependable, intuitive, quick...
What do you like best about the product?
The deep integration with our CRM (SFDC) allows me to generate a quote in <60 seconds and get it in the hands of buyers ASAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync from edits I make on the PandaDoc doesn't get back to SFDC, but it's few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get our MSAs approved via PandaDoc while working in concert with legal and infosec teams and process order forms through PandaDoc! Our deals close quickly and we can work with multiple stakeholders at once to get all the info we need to complete an agreement and start adding value.

Pandodoc is user-friendly and very simple to use.

Having to delete a document to make changes.

It can be challenging to get signature on documents when meetings are held virtually, PandaDoc solves this problem!

I have nothing negative to say! PandaDoc is better than the other software that's out there.

I'm able to get speedy e-signatures and document reviews from my clients. It's also straightforward from my client's perspective, which is the most important thing.

We use PandaDoc in conjunction with our pool business. Its very easy to use and making changes to information in the files we use. The tracking information is helpful. It's difficult to explain all the outstanding features PandaDoc offers. Its sufficient to say features it offers are well worth it.

I can't there say there is anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc in conjunction with our Pool Business. Our Franchisor loaded the information we need to prepare proposals and contracts. We have used the information and easily modified it for our own purposes.
