Great online program for getting documents signed!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload the documents and send them to the recipients. I also like how the program remembers email addresses I have used previously, so I don't have to retype them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could resend a document to another recipient after others have signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, parents were not allowed to come into our school to sign paperwork for their children. So with PandaDoc, we were able to send the documents through email for the parents to sign. It has been beneficial and easy to use this year.

It allows me to do a large part of my job responsibilities with ease.

I slightly dislike that I am unable to print unless all signatures are obtained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the pandemic we do not necessarily have in person meeting so this allows me to obtain the necessary signatures for my documents with ease.

It does not save subject lines and messages if they are not sent. I cant schedule sending of documents

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and user friendly. Clean and organized outlook on landing page. Auto identifying fields and offer assignment of signors are great features. Looks like you guys have more functions but I haven't checked them all out yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The name pandadoc itself might not sound professional enough if it's for business use.
For docs requiring multiple signature, may consider adding function like sending order {send to John doe first, then once John signed, Mary for signs next} right now I think both parties get the email at the same time which both could sign a version that has his/her own signature only.

PANDA DOC IS AWESOME
What do you like best about the product?
For a number of my carriers it was required that I get a signature (wet signature) After getting Panda Doc and seeing how easy it was to save as a pdf and then email a client to sign electronically I'd never go back. Saves you postage, time and helps you keep track of documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the way it works. Client just points and clicks with their mouse and you're all set
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings, easier for client to sign on timely basis.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use. There was no learning curve at all. In a year where teachers were swamped with change, PandaDoc was a change that made my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when the person receiving the document to be signed is unfamiliar with the process, and forgets to check boxes that are required. It would be nice if they were alerted that they have unfinished items before they are allowed to send it. This way I wouldn't have to send it back requesting it be re-done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a special education teacher, obtaining parent signatures for required paperwork during remote learning was difficult to impossible. PandaDoc really solved the problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For documents that need to be completed and returned, it is excellent. I appreciate the filing system so I can track what has been sent and completed. Very easy to use,

I have been a loyal Docu-sign user for years and have been frustrated at my ability to create dynamic and changing documents.
A colleague recommended PandaDoc, and it has been a game-changer!
My company provides over 15 services, with their individual requirements. PandaDoc's content library allows me to craft invoices, contracts and proposals in a fraction of the time it used to take.
I like that if I send a document and then discover a change needs to be made, I can make the change without having to start over again (as with Docu-sign).
But what I REALLY love is that there is an attentive representative available, via chat, whenever I need it! Seriously... this is the best tech support I have ever experienced!
And recently, when I had an issue with a document with fields that weren't operating the way I thought they should, I received compassionate support from the chat reps. This company trains on customer service, and it shows.
There is no such thing as a perfect platform, perfect software or perfect customer service, but PandaDoc is the closest I've seen.

There are certain features that PandaDoc isn't providing yet, that I wish they would provide. However, this company is very responsive to new ideas and even provides a platform for customer suggestions.

PandaDoc's content library saves me time, because I can store information in a single place, and have it accessible in the future with ease.
PandaDoc allows me to have templates which are easily modified.
PandaDoc allows me to collect payment from my clients immediately after signing.
PandaDoc's dashboard allows me to see the status of my contracts & invoice at a single glance.
All of these are time savers and make my office run more efficiently and with greater confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides useful features even to free users. Unlike many solutions out there that provide free account with very limited functions.
There are no nagging about upgrades.

Great Contract Application for Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow options for document approval. It keeps us out of slack and allows for a controlled contract environment while still allowing BD/Sales to own the process. Saves time for our operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tile view of the homepage isn't very user friendly - the executive signers can't tell what it waiting on them for action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve the problem of am approval workflow without sending duels through slack. The approvals in the system have worked nicely!
Excellent Product, Easy to Use, and Fantastic Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy PandaDoc is to use. I do not even need to explain how to use it, I can send a document off for completion because it's so user-friendly that anyone can figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a dislike, I would say that the signature doesn't look real. It's not really an issue though as the documents are certified.

It solves our need for a signature service.
