Great program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc stores all of our agreements in 1 convenient location
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to upload the agreement and fill in the sections every time I send a new agreement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run an e-commerce business, and our vendors are in Jamaica. PandaDoc allows us to send agreements and have them returned quickly.
This APP makes my life so much easier in HR!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super easy to use for both the facilitator and end-user - simple, visually appealing, and fresh. I like that I can amend the dates to show in English UK format rather than English USA, and that I can add various options, i.e. yes/no, text, signatures, values - it's super helpful to be able to use this app for different formats. As a micro-business, this is the perfect solution for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently cannot see anything that I would change or look to improve other than the price of upgrading!
I would love to upgrade, but it's price prohibitive because I am a sole trader and have limited income. Should this ever change, I will consider upgrading!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use this to issue Contracts of Employment and receive their acceptances digitally and Services Agreements with new Clients - I also use it to gather signatures on forms and documents as required towards HR, employment documents, learning & development requests and agreements, appraisals... ultimately I do use PandaDoc a lot, and it means that signatures can be quick, instant and legal!

Highly intuitive and easy to use. Along with the ability to view metrics on quotes sent to provide the best level of support.

Update to 2.0 fixes issues that previously existed.

Quote response time. Ability to understand customer needs prior to following up with a phone call to provide the best level of support.

What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc. I send agreements to my members to sign. The process is easy and quick and I don't have to think much about it. It is so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike really anything except maybe other members of your company can view your documents. You may have to adjust your privacy settings but that's not too big of a deal. Very easy to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting agreements/contracts signed much quicker than waiting for the member to find time to come in and sign. This delivers it right to their email, at their convenience.
Excellent for Travel Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Panda doc allows flexibility for proposal development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I can save images, I cannot save them as snippets in the same way as text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to take a couple of hours to write proposals; now I can do it in 30 minutes or less.

Panda docs support is unbeatable. It is 24/7 - all you have to do is initiate a chat and they will help you out.
Awesome Product and Time Saving Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create templates and add products to the catalog for easy quoting. The support is amazing. They will show you over chat exactly how to accomplish what you are trying to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike. Sometimes its hard to find the file I was working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get quotes and contracts out with ease quickly. I save so much time by using templates and getting e-signatures.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and sending documents to new hires using templates is incredibly easy. I love that you can see when they review and when they sign the doc as well. It's easy to stay organized with the folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit of time to understand how to use the variables feature, but I feel like I have got the hang of it now. It also took a bit to understand how to format everything. Just a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employment offer sending, execution and organization. Gives us the ability to create improvement plans for underperforming employees and ensure they are viewed, signed and filed.
Terrific product - Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to design, and documents are easy to create. My physicians have been able to utilize PandaDoc for getting consents signed, and it has saved them a ton of time (which is a ton of $). The customer service chat feature is incredibly helpful. Though much of the design process is intuitive, whenever I have had questions, I have been able to get immediate help via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
No spell check! Even this form I am filling out has spell check and grammar check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is extremely efficient to the patient care process to have consents signed prior to the patient showing up for their appointment. Not only does it save physician time, it saves the therapists time and headache.

If you are frequently sending out lengthy documents that need to be filled out with client details, PandaDoc will make the process 10 times faster, smoother, and simpler. To add to that, their team is always engaged and responsive in answering queries making the experience for us even better.

There's nothing to dislike. It works great for its purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc's creative flexibility is unlike anything else. I use PandaDoc for everything and anything I send out to clients. From proposals to notes, and even when I receive a document from a third party that needs a signature, I immediately throw it in PandaDoc to complete digitally. Any other UI from other tools that I have used or had to use while signing a document looks super outdated and not as user-friendly as PandaDoc.

There is nothing about the product that I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole admin process is not only streamlined, but I look SUPER professional with all the branding and creative flexibility within PandaDoc.

You can't beat the functionality you get with the various license types. As someone starting to grow my own business, I have the perfect plan for me and PandaDoc offers functionality that meets my needs as I grow.
