Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Friendly environment and mobile app

Some times It is a little slow but not all of the time and some minor bugs but you take care of the fast

I can close deals remotely and locally along with charging fees

What do you like best about the product?
It makes getting your signed order form back quick and easy. It's simple to use and clients are able to navigate them selves through the signing process without any assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are competing a form with order details there is a slight delay of around a second before you can start typing. You soon get used to it though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers not having a scanner. Or having to post back. They can sign and move on quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. My first document took seconds to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
After I send a document and want to sent another, you have to go back to the document screen which is awkward to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a CPA and it was easy to send tax documents for signature and we also used it to send them their tax return copies. Much easier than the secure portal we use.

This is a great document signing app.
Clean, Customizable, Implementing new features
What do you like best about the product?
We could create beautiful and customizable documents to present to clients, create templates to make entry quick and easy. It was fairly simple even for our non-tech savvy customers
What do you dislike about the product?
We were excited to see a potential Xero integration. However, it would not work for us because it didn't match us to our custom tracking fields in our accounting software, so in the end, we would have had a lot of double entry. Also, at the time - they may have improved, but our team could not input estimates in the field from an app

It allows us to control what a customer sees and has to acknowledge, sign or initial in a contract. We were able to control if a client signs or allowed sending to someone else for signature. It captured a live signature rather than simply an acceptance time and IP address

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is highly customizable. You can create a wide variety of documents and insert a wide range of images or videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lay-out editing tool could definitely be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to print, sign and then scan all documents that needed a signature. With PandaDoc e-signing this is no longer necessary and it saves us a lot of time.

The integrations between 3rd party apps as well as their support response times & aptitude.

Not much, maybe the online negotiation can have some comment/redline functionality

Automating corporate agreements and taking out the guess work for everyone involved

I love the fact that it is so easy to setup agreements

The fact that if you copy a word document into a template that the entire spacing etc is out

Sending service level agreements are quick and easy. So much easier that all is in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The company I work for - Rainbows United - uses Pandadoc to quickly get parent signatures on important documents to ensure their children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Developmental Disabilities receive the maximum amount of support they can get. As a Targeted Case Manager, I take on extra responsibility with collecting signatures and distributing support document to the appropriate parties as they need them. The Pandemic has eliminated our ability to visit with these families in person, and as such collecting signatures is more difficult. With a E Signature service like PandaDoc, that inconvenience is eliminated!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if the option to delete drafts was more noticeable in the interface. Currently, to delete a document draft in PandaDoc you must clik on your list of drafts, or enter the draft itself, and choose an option to delete from a small drop down menu. I would recommend putting a "Delete" icon next to a draft on the Dashboard page for easy deletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easy to get signatures from parents on important documents while working from home. Working remotely has been a challenge when my job, and my career as a whole, relies so heavily on face-to-face interactions with the families and children that we serve. Using PandaDoc helps make getting these families the help they need infinitely easier. While adjusting to working remotely during a pandemic has been challenging, I worry every day for my clientele who surely face adversity in this past year that I can not even begin to imagine. I'm thankful for PandaDoc for making things just a little bit easier for everyone.

The process is incredibly streamlined, and hopefully, it will bring you the ease and convenience that it has for my clients and me

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the site and the tracking of documents. PandaDoc made my onboarding process much more streamline and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using PandaDoc for a couple of weeks; I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now using PandaDoc to send out applications to potential candidates. My old application process was a nightmare PandaDoc change that making the process easy and professional.
