What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to onboard on the PandaDoc platform. I could easily sign up with my Google account. They have a very clean dashboard to upload, sign, and manage the documents. You don't need to email documents to your customers, you can send it right from the pandadoc platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy so far about it. So, no such things were found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saving time to create the proposals. I dont need to print the document and sign it manullay. It saves cost on printing and courier the document.

That helps me streamline hiring processes and make business agreements very quickly

Honestly, I still haven't found anything I don't like about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to expedite and finalize business quickly, since to start working the most important thing is to be able to sign the contract, and this saves me a great amount of time.
Worth every penny and easy to use, anyone can implement!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and not hard to navigate. This requires little to zero prior experience with online document signing. My client's can fill out and sign documents with no instruction or having to physically come in to my office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was free but everything comes with a price and this price tag is worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients can sign from anywhere in the state or on the go. This has opened up sales opportunities because it is professional and safe to use. My clients dont hesitate to sign from home

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about PandaDoc is it's user friendly interface and Signature Integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about PandaDoc is that it is too costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing E-Notary and E-Signature using PandaDoc. It is really very effective.

Nothing I really dislike other than I wish more companies used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was working in startups this was our go to platform for getting documents signed with customers.
Excellent replacement for Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization used Docusign for over a year, and while it performed very well the cost was too prohibitive. We are a nonprofit, operating on a limited budget, and at our annual renewal time decided to evaluate our options. We found Pandadoc to not only be more affordable, but to have many features not even available in Docusign. Pandadoc is easy to use, easy to implement into our workflow and a great tool for frequent contract sending (300+ per year).
What do you dislike about the product?
While Pandadoc is an excellent alternative to Docusign, and less expensive, they do not offer 501(c)3 discounts. We still purchased Pandadoc based on merit and the fact that they were already less expensive, but an additional discount would have been nice. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to easily manage contract finalization of the adoption process at our nonprofit rescue organization.

The ease of sending international contracts online.

Honestly it's a great product, it could be cheaper for larger teams. That's about it

The way pandadoc fills in tedious information that would otherwise be filled in by me helps out alot. I use Pandadoc for all my deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the correct Template can be difficult but once you get the hang of it, it becomes so easy. And if you do need help there customer support is great.

I am in Facility Management Pandadoc helps streamline creations of MSAs and Proposals.
Proposals and Client Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
We use it daily for proposals, and the Room feature is really great, driving lots of customers to our services 1000% better than sending a follow up email with URLs. PDFs look really clean, easy to read, image integration is great, easy to build content library items to speed up proposal writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to copy paste content from one doc to another more easily. than creating content library items or templates each time. The content library gets really messy with everyone creating templates and content just to copy from one doc to another. Also would like to be able to duplicate docs easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is making Proposal writing much more efficient than traditional word docs or google docs - content library is curated by company admin, terms and conditions, resumes, testimonials, project summaries etc... We're using the Rooms functionality a lot, when we follow up with clients after an introductory meeting, if they seem like they're ready for a deal we set up a Room to share all our company info and provide links to our various services, photos, capability descriptions and pricing etc..
Consistently Excellent After 3 Years of use
What do you like best about the product?
Impressive versatility and functionality. From creating and editing all kinds of documents to managing signatures, it covers it all. Easy editing is a must-have for me and Pandadoc really shines here. The communication with their customer support is easy. They are consistently responsive and easy to work with.

Nothing comes to mind. It's worked reliably for our needs

We send multiple proposals and contracts daily, so having a reliable and efficient tool is essential to our workflow. PandaDoc is a key part of our sales process. Versatility allows us to move quickly, stay organized, and deliver a smooth experience to our clients which is our DNA as company.
