What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's ease of use and seamless integration with Salesforce. Monitoring document activities is incredibly valuable to me. The custom approval paths feature enhances our order form processes, which would otherwise be slow without PandaDoc. Setting and tracking document approvals is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to change who is supposed to sign the document more easily. This aspect could be improved to make the signing process more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc solves document editing issues, speeds up order form creation, and facilitates approval process and monitoring, boosting efficiency. Additionally, its integration with Salesforce and ease of use are significant benefits.
Fantastic tool for sending commercial proposals to customers
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers several features I appreciate, including the ability to require a real signature rather than an automatically generated one. This is particularly important to me, as it helps ensure the validity of contracts or proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verifying a contact can be quite challenging, but this step is important to ensure that the signer of a document is actually the person with the signing authority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PandaDoc, I can send contracts and proposals to my customers and get the signed documents returned, all without needing to meet face-to-face. This brings a significant time saving.

I CNAT EVEN START TO TLEL YOU BC IT USED TO BE YOU NEEDED TO GO TO A PRINT SHOP TO PRINT SOMETHING OR HAVE YOUR OWN PRINTER THEN EITHER TAKE A PIC OR SOMETHING BUT THIS HAS BECOME A ONE STEP SHOP VERY GOOD

What do you like best about the product?
Great team and very useful software, especially with the HubSpot integration! PandaDoc allows my team to have a flawless workflow and communicate more effectively with our customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really enjoy the product. I might say the interface can be slightly confusing as a beginner, but tools like the learning center help with that.

It is solving the workflow aspect, allowing a seamless integration into HubSpot and direct contracts to our customers
Efficient, professional and trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use once you become familiar with it. It has helped us save time in our daily workflow and work life. By organizing the way we work, it ensures that all parties involved have the proper information. We now deal with fewer emails and documents. Implementing the platform was straightforward, and it was simple to get everyone on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is that there are certain limitations if you don't have a standard license assigned to each user.

There are too many documents to manage, and sharing information with specific stakeholders can be challenging. However, the system allows for prompt notification of all relevant parties with just a few clicks. I also appreciate the reminders for document expiration, which help keep everything up to date.
PandaDoc the best decision I have made for digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about PandaDoc is that it has no limit on digital signatures, while other providers usually charge per number of envelopes. I also love that it allows us to create our own templates, which helps us maintain that youthful style focused on students.
Additionally, the ability to insert images and adapt the templates with the company's corporate image makes a difference: this way our clients continue to feel the personalized touch we strive so hard for.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like PandaDoc not to charge the license per user. In my case, I had to pay for an additional license, much simpler, just so another employee in my company could log in to review a contract that only pertained to their department.
It would be ideal if they considered a plan designed especially for small businesses like mine, which has only 10 employees. I'm sure it would be even more accessible and practical for this type of company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We must conduct around a thousand interviews a year and all of this had to be done through a scanned signature, which took time and caused reprocessing.
Intuitive design which has been a game changer for arranging quick sign-off of documents
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and I can send documents to people with only brief instructions as the interface is straightforward and intuitive when they arrive to it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, I've only had positive experiences with it so far.

Arranging remote sign-off of documents.
Efficient Signing & Recording
What do you like best about the product?
As a property manager, I'm constantly organizing/coordinating leases, addendums and notices to communicate with residents, owners and HOA boards. PandaDoc has been a great help with this. So easy to send documents quickly via email or text message. Simple to navigate, share, track and always reliable. Thanks for helping save my time and that of my stakeholders!

No constructive feedback other than complimentary, at this time.

I'm constantly seeking to improve efficiency in my processes, to benefit clients and myself. I continue using PandaDoc for this very reason! Love the options of sending docs to email addresses or as text messages. Helps me adjust to my client's preferences.
Simple, effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward and quick it is to send my documents to customers. The integration with Hubspot lets me update my packs efficiently, even while I'm on the phone with clients. My customers also find it easy to navigate my proposals and installation packs, thanks to the clear layout, which works well across a variety of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little I dislike about this product—it does exactly what I need it to do. However, I would appreciate a feature that lets me edit documents without causing my customers to be removed whenever I click edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to send install packs and proposals to customers with direct integration from our CRM's, this means all notes and information required to be on the document can be automatically added without us needing to manually change anything
