Best choice for digital signature and API integration with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with my CRM thanks to the API/Zapier connector made my sign-up process (for new customers) much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price could be high for a small business that doesn´t use it too frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automcated doc generation for signature.

Same features but way more affordable than Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
The affordability is great. Unlimited envelopes are a great deal. I was recently with Docusign and had to switch because it was very expensive
What do you dislike about the product?
The system/website could be faster. I also wish there was a way or an option to just print out one esign certificate for all the docs as opposed to having one e sign cert for every document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did suggest having the option to print just one e sign cert.
Easy to Use and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Interface was easy to learn, without having to watch a ton of orientation videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting can sometimes be difficult. If I need to change text spacing after already creating fillable forms, those fields can sometimes get shifted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have new clients provide valid signatures without ever having to see them in person or print anything out.
Easy Peasy Pandadoc
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many options to choose from .
What do you dislike about the product?
Manouvering around , training not enough , need more in beginning , although now I think I'm pro:)

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of working on Panda doc is a major plus point.I didn't even take an Hour to learn about its usage.All though I am only using partial part of pandoc I am sure the other features are similarly remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't think there is much of anything to dislike as I only use it for approval,So,that basic work is efficiently completed by panda doc without any hiccups

The main problem that panda doc is solving is that earlier things had to be individually mailed or physical signatures were required .WithbPandadoc this mailing headache is totally gone and notorizing stuff is nit a hasale anymore.

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our customers had complained of not having an easy way to sign and return our contracts. We were spending $$ on sending physical copies out in the mail and struggling with multiple file formats being returned by customers. Also many elderly customers just couldn't understand how to handle this task. Now all of our contracts come back signed, in pdf format, and all in one location that is easily searched. Our elderly/non-technical customers have no trouble with the simple click-to-sign process!
Mission Critical to shorten the closed sale cycle
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc's is mission critical in my role a sales person from begining to end of the sales cycle. Fron document gathering to post contract communications via a secure server Panda docs helps me cut my document gathering time in half. Eveything is stored in one place, I recieve immediate alerts when all parties have signed and the documets are easily downloaded to my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of improvement:
- Customers are able to upload duplicates in order to finalize.
- Would be nice to have automatic reminders at set times until all parties have signed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to dig through my email inbox to find documents that are emailed by the client for one transaction on diffrent days and times.
User Friendly and easy signatures
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Panda Doc to sign up new clients ever since Covid started. It has made our job much more easier and clients no longer have to visit us in office which saves them a trip.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues as of yet, the platform has exceeded our expectations.

We have been able to edit our documents on Panda Doc for each of our client's needs.
Superior Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the best customer support I've received in like the last decade. Not joking.. As a customer, it is so reassuring PandaDoc has a team readily available to hear a customer issue AND be able to quickly troubleshoot the issue for the immediate needs of the customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. PandaDoc hasn't disappointed me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are critical to gaining clients' trust and building a successful partnership. Many clients have special requests with contracts, and PandaDoc's CS team is there to help accommodate their needs.
Leaves much to be desired
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the team collaboration and tracking that allows you to see who did what in each document. It is helpful to be able to send it for approval and have it sent back for revisions without outside emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is clunky, and trying to design form templates in it is very frustrating as boxes jump, fonts change size, and formatting becomes hopeless. My ops team has trouble with it as the sending mechanism is complex and confusing, sometimes leading people to be unable to tell if a form has been sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we use PandaDoc as our primary client document creator and to send things for electronic signature. It has helped our proposal stage by having group templates that can be filled and sent quickly.
