What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. From uploading the document to sending it everything is easy and smooth

Some of the paid tools should be pretty basic and should be free in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc primarily for my sidehustle. Getting documents signed that are legally binding is a large part of that. PandaDoc is perfect for that type of work.
Efficient Signing & Recording
What do you like best about the product?
As a property manager, I'm constantly organizing/coordinating leases, addendums and notices to communicate with residents, owners and HOA boards. PandaDoc has been a great help with this. So easy to send documents quickly via email or text message. Simple to navigate, share, track and always reliable. Thanks for helping save my time and that of my stakeholders!
What do you dislike about the product?
No constructive feedback other than complimentary, at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm constantly seeking to improve efficiency in my processes, to benefit clients and myself. I continue using PandaDoc for this very reason! Love the options of sending docs to email addresses or as text messages. Helps me adjust to my client's preferences.
Makes Clinic and Client Document Work Simple and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
I manage my wife’s homeopathy clinic and also work as a dietician and content creator, and PandaDoc helps me handle all important documents easily. At the clinic, I use it to send patient consent forms, follow-up reports, and bills for digital signature. It saves time because I don’t have to print or scan papers again and again. For my diet and content work, I sometimes use it to send service agreements and invoices to clients. The best thing is that everything looks professional, and I can see when the person opens or signs the document. The templates are easy to edit and help me prepare documents faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large documents take a little time to load, and the free version has limited templates. Also, for small clinics or solo professionals, the paid plans can feel a bit costly. But apart from that, it works very smoothly once set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me manage all clinic paperwork digitally. I can prepare and send consent forms, patient updates, and diet plans without wasting paper or time. It also keeps all records safe in one place, which is great for follow ups. For my content work, I can send agreements or invoices to clients and get them signed online , no confusion or delays. It makes my daily work organized, faster, and more professional.
Simple, effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward and quick it is to send my documents to customers. The integration with Hubspot lets me update my packs efficiently, even while I'm on the phone with clients. My customers also find it easy to navigate my proposals and installation packs, thanks to the clear layout, which works well across a variety of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little I dislike about this product—it does exactly what I need it to do. However, I would appreciate a feature that lets me edit documents without causing my customers to be removed whenever I click edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to send install packs and proposals to customers with direct integration from our CRM's, this means all notes and information required to be on the document can be automatically added without us needing to manually change anything

I appreciate the variety of options, the real-time updates, the templates, and the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how group workspaces are organized, and my main concern right now is with the structure. However, this does not necessarily mean that the structure is incorrect.

Pandadoc supports workflows throughout the organization, offering increased efficiency and effectiveness. It also ensures proper retention and tracking of documents, as well as facilitating the signing process.
Drafting contracts and SOWs are a breeze!

I like the ease of templates and the accessibility of the component library.

The formatting with bullets and fonts, etc.

Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use for obtaining e-signatures—just upload your document and send it off.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues. Everything is running smoothly.

To sign documents in person, I don’t need to go to the client in person and it’s easily done for international contact

What do you like best about the product?
We send contracts out everyday and I absolutely love that there is no limit just one set fee per month. Also you have the option to send to a costumers cell phone and email and track the activity in real time. Will never use another program!!

I really don't think there is anything I dislike about PandaDoc.

We are able to get out customers from all over the United States their contracts in an easy way for them to complete it.
Easy to use but difficult to edit the changes directly

Very simple to use. Pretty much drag and drop, also the tracking capabilities of whether the document was opened or not was really helpful.

Editing is really a big headache. Even for minor edits we would have to make the changes on the original doc and then reupload them.
Also the placeholder for signature can be improved to make it even more easier to place them.

For us it's making easy to track the contracts and quotes that we share and also helps us to fasten the contract signature process by making it very straightforward.

PandaDoc has completely simplified how we handle proposals, contracts, and agreements. The drag-and-drop editor, ready-to-use templates, and built-in e-signatures make it so easy to create professional-looking documents in minutes. I especially like the real-time tracking, knowing when a client opens or signs a document saves a ton of follow-up time. It’s intuitive, fast, and feels built for modern teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While PandaDoc works great overall, the template editor can occasionally lag when dealing with large documents or complex formatting. Also, the customization options for branding could be more flexible, especially when it comes to styling fonts and layouts.

Before PandaDoc, sending proposals and contracts was chaotic - multiple drafts, scattered approvals, and delays in signatures. PandaDoc brought everything under one roof with real-time status tracking and ready templates. It’s helped us close deals faster and maintain a consistent, professional brand image.
