Great platform with intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Easy sharing of docs for signing with staff
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at this time, works well for our organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes generating and managing contracts and agreements easy for our staff, and admin - saves us time and money!

It’s easy, user friendly, amazing and work in progress to something great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact it's easy, setup and user friendly. This will be my preferred platform I can't wait for more features to come! I will continually provide feature request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is 15 a session, and then when you buy in bulk it's not much of a discount. There is no notary queue or notary profile to share with direct clients to book or schedule. I am making a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I have a direct link to the session, the easy navigation for myself and client. How I able to add or remove signers. Time has able to cut down during a session.
Easy and simple - gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Requires very little preparartion/setup. Nice with a free tier as our need is really small and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing the first time as some features required a paid subscription that we decided to postone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a letter of intent for our coaching clients and need them to be able to sign it easily and without printing, scanning etc. This works perfectly!
Everything works perfectly, effortlessly like an apple phone hehe

The simplicity and ease of use. We used another cheaper system for a year and it was just headache after headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggling to upload sms credits for otps but it isn't that necessary the signature certificate is accepted by everyone with just email.

Easy field assignments and customization. Templates are simple to convert from PDF.

Formatting isn't as convenient as MS Word.

The name of your company "pandadoc". It sounds unprofessional.

I work in insurance and often need time-sensitive documents signed quickly. This solves that problem.

It's a tool that is very easy to use, and it's amicable

The mobile app is not configurated by automatically

It was really intuitive and easy to set-up.

At first I was confused with where each document was stored, but it just took time to get used to the platform.

We needed a quick document add-on that needed to be signed live, so we send it and they sign it and we move foward.

The product has:
1. Decent set of Contract Templates while capabilities to create your designs
2. Custom workflow creation capability with drag-and-drop features
3. Integration with leading CRMs, HRMS and Finance ERP applications
4. Custom form creation capability to handle Compliances and get them digitally signed

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It is not very popular in Middle and South East Asian countries, so very few Delivery Consultants are available
2. Additional signing capabilities based on local SSN is also missing
3. Features like clause library, terms and condition library and obligation management if added, will create massive value to Small and Medium businesses
4. Good Implementation partners are also needed to create more successful use cases

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more than just an eSignature tool and adds value while sharing proposals and drafting contracts. It also integrates with leading ERPs and CRMs
Quick and Easy Edits!
What do you like best about the product?
Fast to edit! I like how I can do the link-sharing as well. There was a big problem before we could not forward our documents to the right signer. Now the forwarding feature allows it so anyone in the company can get it to the decision maker even if we don't have his/her email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was daily reminders. There are 3 day or 5 day or even longer. I want the prospect to be reminded everyday until they sign and I wish that was possible for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I it easy to get the prospect the document. We actually stopped using Hub Spot quoting system because Panda Doc made our terms of service and official contract easier.
