Very user friendly and detailed and quick results.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PandaDoc is the ability to see what part of the contract the client is viewing and real-time feedback when they are signing the contract. It also is very user-friendly for the customer to use on their mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to PandaDoc that I have discovered yet. I have only used it for a couple of months but so far it has worked great and has been a very reliable place to get contracts signed and filled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it extremely easy to send forms and contracts to clients and have them fill out without the hassle of sending the document back and forth between emails.

I lose track of who needs to do what, need to set up notifications/reminders.

PandaDoc provides an easy-to-use, secure way to send and sign time-sensitive documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the most useful features cost extra money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With digital interaction increasing, people often do not meet face-to-face. PandaDoc allows virtual meetings/interactions to end with signed documents.
A seamless integration that really simplifies my day-to-day!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Copper integration as a whole - it's so easy to create a document in Copper and know that my colleagues can view it in the PandaDoc dashboard, as needed! It allows for better collaboration and organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, after being at my company for 18 months, I haven't found anything dislikable about PandaDoc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract generation and management - we are able to keep all of our document templates organized and easily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I depend heavily on the use and operation of the PandaDoc e-notary platform. I love the cost, the ease of the platform and the flexibility within the platform to design it to fit my needs as a notary.
What do you dislike about the product?
No proper tech support, no email updates when there's an outage or technical issue, no automatic response when there's a glitch with a customer's ID verification that can be answered on the spot during a session. No editing feature once completed if a signature or stamp was missed. No ability to edit tags without clearing out all progress and signatures.

My need for a remote online notary platform.
Fantastic Platform-
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is like id Docusign became way more user friendly. It's way easier to edit everything on here, design our contracts to be visually appealing, etc. The templates are so helpful and are linked up directly to our CRM. Additionally, being able to collect payment straight from here is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have too much to say on the negative side. We evaluated multiple vendors and each have their own flaws. I guess not being able to push out as many manual reminders as I'd like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc let's me template out contracts so they take way less long to build. I can also standardize the contract templates to avoid any inconsistencies. We used to have to manually update fields that were repetitive in our CRM and now they all auto populate over.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has served me to sign documents electronically and easily without having the physical document, apart from that I can have control and monitoring of all processed documents and an ease of creating them by the already prepared templates

It is an experienced platform and have not failed in operation or attention services

Pandadoc Is the Ultimate Document Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
An exceptional document automation tool that has simplified my document management processes. One of the most notable features of Pandadoc is its streamlined approvals for documents. It makes it easy to track and manage document approvals by automatically notifying approvers and allowing them to sign and approve documents electronically. This feature alone has saved me a significant amount of time and effort in managing approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Pandadoc is an excellent document automation tool with a range of useful features, its cost can be a significant downside for users in emerging markets in Asia. Unfortunately, the high pricing makes it difficult for smaller businesses and individuals to justify the investment, which can limit the tool's accessibility and reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me countless hours of manual document management, and the streamlined approvals process is an absolute game-changer. The document organization tools are also very helpful, allowing me to categorize and group documents as needed for easy access.
PAndaDoc makes it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
So we work with a CRM and it has really been flawless on working right into PandaDoc. As a lifelong sales guy, this platform to get a proposal out and have payment work so smoothly really makes my job easier. I'm not chasing around invoices and following email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has been there for any issues our company has had. That if any is also an issue with the other platforms we work on. So, as a whole PandaDoc and our company have had little issues. Me personally after learning the platform have had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To speak with a new client and after our conversation in a matter of a few minutes, I can paste a proposal of our conversation topics and pricing and have it sent before a new client can get a cup of coffee.
Panda Doc is a great resource for the small biz owner
What do you like best about the product?
The signature selections are nice. It gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the best user experience. Too many windows and the "finish document" button isn't where I would expect it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An electronic signature is the only way to go. Printing and signing in ink makes zero sense in this day and age. There is no point in having an electronic document if it cannot be signed electronically.
