Very easy to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. From creating professional-looking documents to tracking signatures in real-time, the entire process is seamless. The interface is clean and user-friendly, which makes it easy to get started—even if you're not tech-savvy. Sending, signing, and managing documents has never been this efficient. I honestly can’t imagine going back to manual paperwork. Highly recommend PandaDoc to anyone looking to streamline their workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you sign a document yourself, it has a tab on the top of the page that says to send the document instead of finish document. This can be annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using PandaDoc since I launched my business in 2020, and it's been an essential tool from day one. What stands out most is how user-friendly and intuitive it is. I didn’t need a manual or training to get started—it just made sense. I also really like the organization features, which help me keep track of drafts, signed docs, and pending items. The tracking capabilities are a huge plus; being able to see when someone has opened a document and what sections they viewed helps me follow up more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few minor formatting issues when working with more complex layouts, and occasionally the platform can be a bit slow to load. It's nothing that prevents me from getting work done, but I do notice it from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has streamlined my document workflow. I use it for proposals, contracts, SOWs, and NDAs. The guesswork and manual follow-up were taken out of the signing process. I love that I do not have to guess whether a client has opened a document. PandaDoc provides real-time updates and notifications, which save time and help expedite the contract process.

I like that Panda Doc is very user friendly and that it is easy to look up documents that have already been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to use it outside of the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly and easily manage and complete project approvals and proposals, the platform is always responsive and haven't experienced any type of delays / lag when using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing comes to mind as a down size, its priced reasonably and I use it frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to quickly implement proposals and get approval to get projects completed quicker

Creating and editing new documents is simple and easy. I love being able to drag and drop documents from my desktop into PandaDoc
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes several weeks to schedule a meeting with customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solved our problem of managing our contracts in a desktop folder and tracking renewal dates. We also needed a combined e-signature and contract management platform.

I love being able to connect my Stripe to my proposals, so clients are prompted to pay to be able to finish signing the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any downsides as of now .

Helpful, Easy, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to set up and the staff are very helpful with any questions you have. Really easy software to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
American format for a few boxes so for example dates are mm/dd/yyyy however this can be easily changed so not a big deal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it a lot easier for our clients to sign forms sent out to them. Also saves us a lot of time having to try and help candidates sign forms as the original process is so easy for them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and intuitive tool that makes our client onboarding process easier. In addition I appreciate the flexibility of PandaDoc as well as the clear methodology and instructions. We use PandaDoc for our contract management, accounting compliance and investor tracking. I use PandaDoc at least 20 times/week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to change or criticize - I am very happy with the solution.

Ensure that we have a reliable record of contracts signed - and that our payment approval process is compliant for auditors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using PandaDoc for e-signatures because it is very easy to use. The drag and drop features are really easy to use. It also allowed me to track when someone opens the document or signs it.it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the document editor is a bit limited. I have faced little challenges when editing the layout to how I wanted it to be.

It helps me save time by sending documents online to sign and manage. It saves from the hassle of printing, scanning or emailing back and forth. With this I can send it online and track everything in one place.
