Great for Document Management, Minor Glitches Persist

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc's capability to simplify document management incredibly valuable. The system allows me to complete, review, and sign documents seamlessly, which is particularly beneficial when working with families. I appreciate the ease of sending documents via email or text messages, making collaboration with families and therapists straightforward. The in-person signing feature is highly functional and useful, facilitating efficient document processing. Furthermore, the notification system in PandaDoc is excellent, as it notifies me when a family receives a document, views it, and completes it, keeping the communication streamlined and transparent. The platform's simplicity and user-friendliness make it accessible to everyone in my organization, enhancing our transition to a paperless model. Finally, PandaDoc's openness to feedback and active involvement in solving issues, particularly in document merging and formatting, reassures me of their dedication to enhancing user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"Initially, there was a learning curve with PandaDoc, especially in how to get to documents, edit them, and merge them. This indicates that the onboarding process was not as smooth as I would have liked.","We encountered issues when merging documents, particularly from a templated preview to a new template. These challenges slowed down our processes as it required additional assistance and troubleshooting.","Sometimes, documents that are typed and completed are sent off as blank documents to the recipient. This inconsistency can be very frustrating and diminishes trust in the software's reliability.","PandaDocs should be able to integrate better with other services such as OneDrive. Currently, completed documents aren't automatically stored in OneDrive, which requires extra steps for file management, potentially causing inefficiencies.","Occasional glitches occur within the app, which, although expected to some degree, can disrupt workflow and user experience.","I would like improvements in the mobile application for everyday use. There are glitches like in many apps, but better stability would enhance its functionality.","Improvements are needed in how documents are shared, specifically concerning confirmations or 'read receipts' when sent via text message. This feature would ensure better communication tracking."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves my paperwork distribution issues and aids in document completion, review, and signing. It also offers document status notifications and supports moving towards a paperless business model.

I like the user-friendly setup. It is easy to train new users. I like the flexible options. Smart forms are great.

I wish there were more options to connect with other programs. I want to implement more batch processes for SMS and emails as well.

Costly, but powerful contract management system that is ideal for small to mid-sized businesses

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful platform for maintaining contract flow through the organization. The templating, pricing and brand consistency are key strengths, but you must invest time into the platform before you'll begin to see the payoff. The cost per use is high, but the time saved ends up paying for the subscription fees when operating with a small footprint of users. We have begun using PandaDoc for all internal and external legal documents, contract change orders, statements of work, and other agreements. The templating features are powerful and relatively easy to use with a couple of days of practice. There are a lot of workflow automations available, however we have had some challenges with many that are available. Overall, PandaDoc saves us time, ensures consistency, and provides basic integration with the tools that matter to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing makes it prohibitive to expand beyond a few core users, so it would be challenging to scale the contracts team with such a large per-user cost. The contract redline process is a big cause of inefficiencies in our business process leading to a lot of manual rework. Our customer's legal teams have no interest in using the PandaDoc native redline tools and will only use Word documents for legal reviews. The Pandadoc offline Word redlining feature rarely works, resulting in someone taking manual steps to merge contract changes back into the PandaDoc format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc reduced the contract creation cycle from 3-4 days to 1-2 hours at most for nearly all our agreements.

Streamlined Document Management, But Needs Enhanced Features

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless the work becomes with the ability to upload up to 10 documents in one go. This feature significantly enhances my efficiency and makes the work process smoother. I also appreciate the straightforward setup process, just registering my account was all it took to get started. The option to change signers even after emails have been sent and before documents are signed is incredibly beneficial, allowing for flexibility and timely delivery of approvals. PandaDoc's frequent updates and upgrades are a testament to their commitment to improvement, and these updates have been advantageous for the type of work my firm does. I value the improvements and new features they bring, showing that they are constantly working to enhance their system. Overall, using PandaDoc has been a great experience, aligning well with my professional needs and expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the restriction of reminder notifications to once every 24 hours problematic, as it requires those awaiting approval to frequently check their emails. Returning to the previous unlimited reminder feature would be more effective. The document upload limit is another area that could be enhanced; increasing it from 10 to 50 documents at a time would significantly improve workflow efficiency. Additionally, the lack of a bulk approval feature is inconvenient. Having the ability to approve multiple documents with a single click would greatly reduce the tediousness of the current process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc streamlines document approvals, offering features like bulk uploads and the ability to redirect signers, enhancing seamless workflow and timely delivery. However, the limited reminder functionality and lack of bulk approval capabilities make some tasks tedious.

User-Friendly with Great Templates, But Miss the Old Layout

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. There are tons of templates you can create and use to simplify business processes. You also can get real time tracking update on documents you send, which shows you if a client has opened a document, signed etc. When there has been issues, their ticketing and support team are always quick to respond and solve any problems you have, which is great because we use this product daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
with the newest update, the layout is quite different. I wish we could go back to the original layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue with e-signature difficulties. it makes a seamless end to end process not only for our company, but also for our end users as well

Effortless Proposal Sending, Minimal Bugs

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc extremely valuable for its overall reliability and performance. The software 'just works' effectively, unlike our previous solution, Proposify, which was plagued with interface bugs and usability issues. Since switching, I've experienced significantly fewer bugs and end-user problems, making my tasks smoother and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, contributing to faster implementation and usability. I particularly appreciate the template architecture and its seamless integration with HubSpot, which has facilitated a smoother workflow. The ease of copying text and manipulating data impresses me and positively impacts our proposal sending process. The excellent user experience provided by the lack of bugs is a compelling reason for me to continue using PandaDoc and consider purchasing it again in the future. Additionally, the overall ease of use and the efficient handling of proposals enhance productivity and streamline operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the HubSpot integration and data migration has been a little bit challenging to get through. We are figuring it out, but my marketing team has found some challenges figuring a few things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that PandaDoc just works really well, with fewer bugs and an easier-to-navigate interface compared to Proposify, making proposal sending smoother.
