Easy to Use and Speeds Up Document Signing
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is generally easy to use, and it definitely helps me complete documents very quickly. Even when I need to go back to check a document and review the information, I can do that without any issues. I use it for employee verification, and also for any add-on requests that I need to share with the client, so they can sign the documents for orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels slow in working on the docs in Pandadoc, and there is limited usage as I don't have an admin role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any new orders I’m working on as an account manager, I find it helpful to create a document with all the required related details and share it with the necessary stakeholders for approval, and then with the client for signature. Once that’s done, I can download the document after all signatures are completed, and it also come to my email inbox. Additionally, when I create a document, I receive an email notification when someone opens it and when they sign it, along with the timeline, which is really helpful.
Intuitive and Highly Customizable Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty intuitive and has lots of customizable features. There are customizable features and it is easy for our clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most people have not heard of it. The help topic aspect can be clumsy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a huge help in obtaining signatures and info on forms without having to be with people in person or wait for the mail.
Effortless Contract Management, Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc for creating contracts with UGC creators or for influencer collaborations. It helps with the organization of storing contracts by having them all in one place. I appreciate the ease of automating the sending of contracts. I also like that I can put in signature forms, send it easily to anybody's email, and make a copy to change things easily. It's an affordable product that solves our problems, and I like that it doesn't charge per contract. The monthly fee isn't hundreds of dollars like other platforms. The initial setup of PandaDoc for my team was super easy!

PandaDoc helps me organize and store contracts, automates sending them, and includes signature forms. It's affordable with a single monthly fee, no cost per contract, and is easy to copy and modify.

I use PandaDoc mainly to create, send, and track proposals, quotes, and contracts that need e-signatures. PandaDoc helps me create proposals and contracts faster with templates, reducing errors with required fields and speeding up signing with e-signatures. The tracking feature, which includes views and opens, helps me follow up at the right time and close deals quicker. I like the templates and drag-and-drop editor most, as it makes proposals look professional in minutes. The e-signatures are smooth, and the view/track notifications help me follow up at the right time. The templates save me from starting from zero, ensuring everything stays consistent in layout, branding, and sections. The drag-and-drop editor is simple, allowing me to quickly adjust blocks, pricing tables, and signature fields without formatting issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor can feel a bit slow on bigger documents, and formatting can be tricky with complex layouts. I’d also like more flexible customization options in templates and smoother integration/setup with other tools.

The content library allows me to insert approved tax liability clauses with a single click. Data field automation eliminates typos in fee amounts, and automatic reminders ensure the workflow never stops.

The editor can be frustrating when I try to import complex financial tables from Excel.

I like getting notifications when my clients have viewed and signed documents with PandaDoc. It's really easy to set up, which was great for my team. I also appreciate that it eliminates the need to meet in person to get signatures and fits all my needs perfectly. The price is another positive factor that made it a better fit for us after switching from DocuSign.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease. It takes away the need to have to print, scan and resend docs. In just a few clicks, you can have the document signed and sent right over. No need for a printer.

The ease of not needing to have your clients print and scan to sign. they can sign from their phone/device and send it right over.

What do you like best about the product?
In the PandaDoc The drag-and-drop editor is works like a magic because it lets me build out proposals that look way more professional than anything I could do in Word. I really appreciate the number of features it has, especially the tracking, because it lets me know the second customer has opened the document. We use it with such high frequency every single day because the ease of integration is so smooth with our CRM. It’s honestly made the whole process faster for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue in the PandaDoc for me was the ease of implementation because getting all our old templates moved over took way longer than I liked. And I also think the customer support could be a bit faster when I have to message for the help about a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has really saved us from the nightmare of chasing people for physical signatures and dealing with messy email attachments. It solves the problem of not knowing if a proposal is actually being read, which benefits us because we can see exactly when a client is looking at the price.
Modern Document Management with Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The PandaDoc has the drag and drop editor which makes it easy to use for document creation and editing. And getting setup it very quick and direct to the point and also it comes with the so many pre-made templates, so i can directly use it. Also it provides integration with the so many CRMs that allows me to take data directly into my documents with tokens, so that eliminates manual data entry errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Pandadoc sometimes UI becomes laggy when editing large documents with the complex layouts and also it takes little bit time to reflect on the UI. And Also the Customer Support takes time to respond on the urgent technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PandaDoc solves the problem of the workflow fragmentation caused by jumping between Word for drafting, email for negotiation, and separate tools for e-signatures and payments. And The PandaDoc consolidating these steps into a single, cloud-based workspace, it solves the problem of the deal stall.
