Sleek, Intuitive Workflow Automation with Great CRM Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate workflows and connect to our CRM is a huge plus. The interface is sleek and intuitive and a huge step up in overall professionalism for our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
the formatting with templates can often get a bit funky. Ensuring things format to PDF correctly is a major pain when working with long documents. There are certainly work arounds but it almost involves purposely braking the system to get it right. If it could work closer to how word or Indesign operate, that would be more ideal with the complexity of the agreements we generate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credibility and consistency. Visually, we made a major leap and with approval workflows it allows me to better manage our discounts and pricing before sending to customers
Easy to Use with Great Redlining and a Straightforward Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and helpful extra features. I really like the redlining capabilities, and the approval process is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing white labeling to get contracts to most clients and being charge for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need electronic signatures on our contracts, and PandaDoc handles this really well for us. It’s also helped us expand into other areas that used to be done manually, like proposals and quarterly business reviews.

What is most valuable?
I find the integration with HubSpot to have automated agreements particularly interesting. The best features PandaDoc offers are the intuitive and visual interface, along with how organic the use is. I really appreciate this aspect. Other signing platforms are not as intuitive as PandaDoc, and I value how it integrates with HubSpot for automations.
The design of the interface and the way things are displayed make it very intuitive for me compared to other platforms.
What needs improvement?
I wish PandaDoc would be more affordable for automations, as the credits we have are very limited and expensive for the agreements sent by automations.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using PandaDoc since I started my current job in June 2025.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
PandaDoc is completely stable for me.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We are receiving more agreements and are trying to automate our agreements with HubSpot as much as possible, so the increasing cost of credits for automated agreements is becoming a scalability problem.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I am not the one responsible for costing as that is my boss's responsibility, but she has mentioned that it is somewhat expensive.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using PandaDoc is to embrace it, as it is very easy to use. I have been with my company since I started, and we were already using PandaDoc at that time. I do not know how it was working with another platform in my company, but my peers have mentioned that PandaDoc has been working more seamlessly since the company switched to it. They mentioned that it was more intuitive and easier to use than other platforms. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
Streamlines Contracting Processes with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is straightforward to use. It's been a useful tool for status metrics, which gives us a lot more insight into our processes and efficiency, especially with various contract work. These metrics and monitoring measures make it valuable because we didn't have them before. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the CSM support has been excellent, making the onboarding and ongoing management smooth for our organization. Overall, PandaDoc offers a valuable solution at a fraction of the price of competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration library could be more robust as it hinders greater adoption. The biggest integration improvement I'd like is with Workday and ServiceNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me see the status of contracts, making my contracting team more efficient and reducing time from creation to submission. It's easy, straightforward, and offers useful status metrics that enhance insight and efficiency.
Effortless Contract Management with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for pushing contracts out to clients, and it really helps with automation. I like the ease of use and how it automates the processes. The integration with HubSpot and another system works well for me, and I found it was better integrated compared to DocuSign. The initial setup was simple with no difficulties.

Intuitive UI and Navigation That Just Makes Sense
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the UI. Everything makes sense, the left hand side navigation

Editing within documents - once I have written a description int eh product section it can be so difficult to amend it

Keeping track of proposals being sent, tracking when they've been opened, forwarded and signed
Easy-to-Use E-Signatures with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is an easy to use app! I like the ability to generate electronic signatures the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be time consuming to place all the different kinds of text boxes in the right spot.

Virtual meetings where participant signatures are required.
Efficient Integration but Needs Easier Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how things are encrypted in PandaDoc. I also like how it is easily integrated with Salesforce for the most part. It has fields that are directly pulled from Salesforce, which means we don't always have to manually enter information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping the fields can be a little bit confusing sometimes. And we do have to outsource a contractor to help us with this, which is a little bit frustrating. I wish it was a little bit more direct and easy to use in that aspect. I do think that it could be a little bit easier for teams to use on the back end when setting things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to get agreements signed and encrypted, ensuring industry-standard compliance. It integrates with Salesforce, saving time by pulling fields directly, reducing manual data entry.
Inexpensive and Easy to Use for Sending Client Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the inexpensive cost and the ease of use. I can quickly send out contacts for my clients to sign with ease

I wish it had more integrations but so far the worst thing I find about panda doc is is the limited customization options.

Effortless Proposal Creation with Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love easily filling out the text variables in PandaDoc because I can fill out the variables in one space and it saves me time by filling out the rest of the blanks for me. It's really awesome! The saved content library also saves more time compared to using Word or Adobe. The initial setup was pretty easy.

honestly, I enjoy every part of it. I'd improve nothing

PandaDoc solves the problem of creating and customizing new documents. I love filling out text variables easily, which saves me time. It replaces Word or Adobe, especially with its saved content library, making drafting proposals more efficient.
