PandaDoc + SalesForce Integration Makes Opportunity Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc connects with SalesForce to manage our client opportunities. The ease of use to send to clients and track the contract process has been super beneficial as part of being a CSM and managing renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing some fields/columns/rows can be glitchy at times, wish it were easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Tracking, Contract Drafting, Proposals, both internal and external reviews

It can sometimes be clunky and I would like to be able to customize the message people receive upon email

Flexible Form Editing That Makes Sharing with Insureds Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can really edit a form however you would like. I really enjoy how you can fill things out and send to an insured to only fill in the blanks

Sometimes their are bugs that take time to fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of insureds possibly not having a software to edit PDF's and send it back
Bulletproof WYSIWYG Editor, for-reals not a pain to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The wysiwyg editor is very consistent! This is actually sort of rare. Usually, drag and drop editors are a gigantic pain to use and pandadoc's is bulletproof.
What do you dislike about the product?
The variable system *seems* powerful but actually isn't very feature-rich. Having a parallel quote system which does not interact/update Salesforce opps/quotes can be very confusing for our Sales team. Why are things like table heading labels wrapped into a quote editor rather than a "table properties" dialog? Assigning a new contact to a role in an existing document (as opposed to choosing one on doc creation) is much harder than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having insight on whether clients are opening proposals is helpful, as is the high-level look at our pipeline for opportunities which have reached the proposal stage. Having a flexible templating system has made it much more easy to be organized and consistent with proposals.
Effortless E-Signatures Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy to use PandaDoc is. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to get my documents signed with just a couple of clicks. Plus, the pricing is very competitive compared to other platforms, which is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to say because it's a great e-signature platform for us to get started with e-signatures. But maybe pricing wise, it could be a little cheaper comparatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us get customer contracts and investor agreements signed easily through esignatures. It's user-friendly and we've used it for years.
Helpful Reminders, Direct Signature Links, and Clear Document Status Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send reminders and direct links for signature have been very helpful. Also the status of where the documents stand (sent/viewed/completed).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have found yet. The archiving is a bit confusing to me but I seem to find the documents I've needed when archived.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to bulk send has been a great feature for certain projects throughout the year!.
Effortless Document Management, But Gets Expensive if Add-Ons
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc very easy to use, with a low learning curve. I appreciate that they consistently add new features, which makes it simple for us to get documents completed. The ability to share forms (standardized documents) , has been particularly beneficial. I also think the entry price point is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we don't use all of the features because it does get a little bit more expensive. We have to do invoicing manually outside of PandaDoc just because of the expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to manage contracts and get signatures from clients, vendors, and employees. It's easy to use, has a low learning curve, and the forms feature simplifies document sharing and completion.
Effortless Document Management, Needs Annotation Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to drag and drop documents, add pages, delete, and perform other tasks with PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been needing a way to circle or highlight sections. We have to currently edit the document and then add it into PandaDoc, we would love to do it all in the program.

I use PandaDoc for signing documents easily.
Simplifies Contract Management but Needs Better Search
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to edit templates in PandaDoc. If a contract needs changes, it's simple and automatically saves, which is a huge time-saver for me. The fact that creating the same contracts is streamlined and making changes is effortless makes PandaDoc incredibly valuable. The ease of updating templates is a big reason why my team switched from Acrobat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing files is challenging, and it's hard to search for specific files. For example, if I'm trying to find a file labeled IGR/TT, I can't find it if I search for IGR TT.

I use PandaDoc for creating contracts, as it simplifies making changes and automatically saves. Editing templates is easy, making them straightforward to update.
Efficient Remote Work with Intuitive E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy PandaDoc is to use and how it enables us to work quicker and more efficiently. It's intuitive and helps us complete most of our work remotely by avoiding in-person signatures. My favorite feature is the ability to save templates for easy use, as I can quickly send out a template in less than a minute without having to recreate a form. I also liked having a dedicated account manager in the past who could answer any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that PandaDoc got rid of account managers. I wish that the way that completed documents were stored was a bit more organized. I wish that the interface for that was more user-friendly. I wish I could drag the view so that I could read the entire folder name, and I wish there was an easier way to download multiple documents. A lot of times when you go to download multiple documents, it does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc enables us to complete most of our work remotely, eliminating the need to collect signatures in person. We work quicker and more efficiently because of it.
