It can track everything if you use it properly, and it’s very convenient.

You should be able to create an amendment to a current deal inside the original deal

The template process. Once I set up a series of flexible templates, I am able to work quickly on proposals.

Getting familiar with the smartest ways to use Quote Builder for adding optional items and "either or" selections and then have it tally for the client.

PandaDoc simplifies the proposal workflow which expedites quick customer quotes. This enables customers to sign off quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's ease of use. It's easy to set up docs for signing and helps me get signatures quickly while allowing me to send info docs for dissemination and execution effortlessly. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc allows us to have long-distance clients sign directly from their computer. It's easy to navigate, and the initial setup was very easy. I also remember finding it particularly useful when I signed my first client.

PandaDoc Makes Templates Easy and Streamlines Sending
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use, and being able to save email templates is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I can’t edit a document after sending it without everything getting erased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a document that requires signatures without having to go through 20 different steps.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc helps me use my existing drafts by converting PDFs into sign-ready agreements without any errors. The UI is comfortable for most of my clients, making the process smooth. The initial setup was super easy, which is always a plus. I'm happy using PandaDoc and even rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the date of sign should get populated based on when it's signed.

PandaDoc converts my existing PDF drafts into sign-ready agreements efficiently without errors, and clients find its UI comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for setting up quotations for customers, and it's really handy because it saves me time on checking if the customer can actually see the quotation. It's simple to use, helps me navigate and edit things quicker, and saves time typing extra stuff. The analytics tool is awesome for seeing where my customer is focused on in the quotation. Additionally, I find the initial setup very easy.

Efficient Signature Tool with Easy Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc to send documents and it's mostly about saving time, as everything is fast since it's via email. I find all of the tools pretty useful and the website is pretty easy to use. We mostly use the signature options, which are pretty easy for our customers to sign, and it's very quick, which we appreciate. I've been using PandaDoc for a year, and it's been pretty easy and comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be kinda useful if we could send at least two or three reminders a day since sometimes they forget to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for sending documents. It solves time problems as it's fast via email. The signature options make it easy for our customers to sign quickly, which we appreciate.

Wish that there was more options to customize documents if need to edit

Sending out documents to patients and getting them sent back completed in a timely manner is helping the practice by how efficient it is to use.
