Excellent UX, great support team, good integration with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is great, as it's very easy to navigate, draft, move things around very quickly, and manage the documents. The integrations they have are fantastic, such as Hubspot's which we use since a year to everyone's satisfaction. We're also very happy with the support team who are very responsive and security aware which is important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issueing contracts, master agreements, NDAs, amendments...
Everything I hoped for and more!
What do you like best about the product?
SO user-friendly, and fast. I have used DocuSign for years and never knew this kind of platform could perform and be so easy to use, until we moved to PandaDoc - being able to compare is helpful, and I am confident that PandaDoc is the best platform of this kind all around. Easy to integrate with other systems and also easy implement - we all learned how to use it in a training call that was under 30 mins, and it is just such a breeze! Customer Support is top-notch, they care about their users, and that is palpable. I use PandaDoc every day, the work I do is now easier than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything honestly - I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem-solve was around ease of use. The other program we used to use for years was bulky, and difficult. Using PandaDoc has made my workflow so much more manageable!
User Friendly

It's super user friendly, very easy to figure out. Plus it's free if you only need to use it occasionally.

There are some items that I can't use on the free plan, but that's understandable

I needed an easy way to send contracts to clients, and I wanted it to be easy for them to sign. This is a super easy way for them to sign and I've never had a client reach out to me saying they couldn't figure out how to do it

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc CPQ streamlined our entire contracting process with a custom-built solution tailored to our needs. It has continuously helped us maintain and improve the process. The implementation was fully aligned between our team and the PandaDoc product team, ensuring we were informed about every change and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’d mention is that, since the feature is highly customized, most changes usually need to be made by the PandaDoc product team. However, they are extremely responsive and always deliver top-quality results.

PandaDoc helps us streamline the contracting process, while CPQ ensures our custom pricing is accurately reflected in the contract. At the same time, it's incredibly easy for our sales team to use, as the pricing process is structured as a quick questionnaire.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy. And to be frank idiot proof. I don't have to explain where to sign anymore.

Multiple emails to inform the client has signed

Sending contracts electronically instead of in person signatures and reviews. Like I said an absolute timesaver. Takes only a few minutes to complete and send to clients and then you are notified when they have completed the document.
PandaDoc is truly a gift from god
What do you like best about the product?
Like?! What is that?! I LOVE PandaDoc. In fact, I love PandaDoc so much that I named my first born child Panda Doc. She has all your merch. I truly feel as though I've fulfilled my lifes duties since the creation of PandaDoc in 2011 by my lord and savior Mikita Mikado.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would file for a marriage license with PandaDocs name on it if I could and since I can't, we all suffer.

Every problem. Even the problem I call my mother in law.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides the ability to create a single template with placeholder fields, which makes generating multiple contracts effortless as these placeholders are automatically filled when sharing. PandaDoc also integrates smoothly with well-known CRM systems, particularly Monday, thus further streamlining my work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc tends to slow down as the number of created and stored documents increases. Also, the user interface could be further improved to make navigation more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I run a small cleaning company, and PandaDoc has been a game-changer for how I handle client agreements and payments. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need without being overly complicated. The ability to send out documents effortlessly and keep track of them in real-time has been such a time-saver. I love that I can see when a document has been opened, how many times it’s been viewed, and when it’s been signed. Knowing exactly where everything stands gives me peace of mind and makes my workflow so much smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. Maybe I haven’t figured out the best way to handle this yet, but it’s one thing that bugs me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to keep track of what documents I've sent and review them. It's very simple to use and organized.

I haven't found anything that I've disliked so far. I love the way it's set up and how I can easily access all my documents.
