Endless Use Cases

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use however is awash with functionality. Users have developed use cases for it far beyond the initial document signing functionality we signed up for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We've had no glitches and the implementation support was brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post lockdown we all work from home and central printing and postage facilities are no longer a feature of how we work. We are are also focusing on reducing our carbon footprint. Panda Docs has enabled to do this whilst also professionalising the look and feel of documents.

I really like the fact that I can assign fields to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you can have two times the same color for two different assigned people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for clients to sign contracts.

Signing contracts, reducing the paperwork time. Time-saving and easy to navigate. I can spend less time on paperwork and do more business. The business performance increased!

The most convoluted pricing model and restrictive product

What do you like best about the product?
Not a log, its own UX within its own app is good, however, if you want to do anything within your own platform then the options become expensive and limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales call was so confusing that I walked away confused and angry. The pricing model is the worst that I have seen from any eSignature provider - $1068 per year just to use the API. The embedded document creation process is an SDK with zero control over the user experience. Their internal terminology doesn't appear to match the rest of the industry, well at least the salesperson was telling me a signature is not called an envelope, rather it's an API call. Envelopes are well-priced, however, they do expire which causes undue stress for consumers. Of all the eSign providers that I've gone through to find the right solution, PandaDoc stands out as the worst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not solving any problem as we won't be going forward with it.

What do you like best about the product?
We used PandaDocs for about 6 months to help share day-of project information with our clients and external team members. It was customizable in that we could choose the look, the colors, and set specific triggers for information to show up wherever you wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our use, we used PandaDocs in combination with Zapier and that connection was great, but also left it open to issues as Zapier is known to break. The custom set up was a bit intensive too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to take pertinent project information and relay that in a visually pleasing way that was clear for all parties viewing the sheet including clients, internal team members, and external team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which it achieves collaboration and also the multiple options to signing a document. via link, inperson sign or via email
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality can be made better for days I don have the patience to type the full name of the document I am reviewing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We drop highly competitive Docisign for a more flexibility and a simple but optimal interface. The journey has been awesome. Pandadoc aids seamless collaboration between remote teams

It's fantastic to keep track of documents and open views and templatize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to edit and customize it to reflect our own brand, has some limitations on features, and the pricing is really high.

We have all our documents in one place; we can track who opens our documents and templatize pricing and services.

What do you like best about the product?
-- Smart Content has allowed us to manage over 50 different versions of the same client contract in one simple template
-- Enterprise level support is out of this world. Always responsive in an hour or less, happy to help, and always work to resolve issues quickly
-- Account managers are very hands-on and proactively schedule a time to check in and see where they can be helpful in our business
-- The Onboarding team is highly collaborative, helpful with learning the system, and generous with their time.
-- Visibility into and ability to upvote items on the product roadmap is transparent and shows that the PandaDoc team cares about building what customers want.
What do you dislike about the product?
-- PandaDoc is still an up-and-coming platform. They iterate quickly and learn from customer feedback. If you aren't willing to be part of a beta or participate in the agile learning process, this may not be the platform for you. But my company appreciates working with a truly agile business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-- Smart Content streamlines document generation
-- Separate workspaces allow us to keep all departments under one "roof" and also in their own "rooms" for confidentiality considerations and removing confusion among departments
-- PandaDoc support team is second to none. They are very responsive, helpful, and patient with all of our users. It's like having an in-house support team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for digital signatures. It remembers the emails and clients name after usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything I dislike about pandadoc

It quickens my customer onboarding process. My customers do not have to print out documents to sign with me.
